Great ambiance and great service. I was able to use my Zomato Gold too which is a huge plus! Pad thai is do delicious. The beef ribs with XO sauce is not very tender and quite expensive for its portion size. We got a lot of bones.
Cozy ambience and great food. Let’s start with the drinks, surprisingly refreshing thai iced tea tastes authentic You wont stop after the first sip. Green mango tastes fresh and balanced perfect for salty dish. prawns with pepper and garlic is sweet & salty, we liked its crispy and glazed with the aromatics and honey. Thai red shrimp curry is perfect pair on your jasmine rice, everything is balanced except the pineapple twist seems confusing thai flavor but overall satisfying. Ver excellent service and experience.
Best pad thai we've had, hands down. The beef rendang's sauce is tdf! Will definitely go back to try their satay dishes
This food experience was one of the most unique ones I've had so far. I like the ambiance here at Basil, simply because it's so hidden and it's not the usual (for context, only mall restos are really accessible for me). While it's not the best lighting for photos, it is the best for a nice, quiet meal with a loved one. My boyfriend and I had spring rolls, pad Thai, and this beef stew with holy basil. All of them were really good and really filling! For me, the star really was the pad Thai. Will try other dishes the next time I come by, hopefully they're all so good that I can give this place a 5!

Food: Of course, Basil lives up as that one place in Manila to get the best Pad Thai! Huge servings and very close to the original recipe in Thailand. Satay was also very satisfying. Mango Sticky Rice was okay and huge in serving, but MyThai's is better.
Service: Very responsive and accommodating.
Ambience: It really looks like a spa. Loved the vibe inside - so much wood, flora, and Thai elements. Just a bit dark inside, but I thinkt that's intentional.
A near perfect score of Basil! I just thought the Mango Sticky Rice from MyThai does a little better; hence the 4.5 mark. Their craving-inducing Pad Thai wins them so much positive feedback!
Love the food here 😀 and zomato gold applies to everything on the menu except the duck curry and roast chicken! Excellent deal 😍 This is the only place that got me eating pad thai. We ordered another one btw after the first was finish. The chicken pandan was really tiny though not worth it. My favorite was the pork bbq (not in photo coz it came out last) and my least favorite would be the thai halo halo. We weren't able to order the sticky mango because they ran out na.
The service was really quick and we waited around 10-15 minutes for our dishes to arrive! The price was just right, not overly expensive. Would recommend! Great Thai food!
