Delicious food. Awesome Service. Classy Ambiance. This is my go-to-place whenever I need comfort food. Their 'Mommy's Pasta' is a must try!
Our family's favorite Sunday breakfast place. They have great garlic beef tapa. And they know how to cook their eggs! Good coffee comes free with your breakfast meal.
At first he pusit wasnt as tasty and crispy like it used to. It also took a long time for them to serve the french toast. We had to follow it up a couple times. Whats worse, the portions got smaller. I am disappointed. They got too much of a good rep for me to give them a failing grade based on my past experience though. Im hoping its just a bad day for them. But, after giving them a bit of a feedback, everything turned out great. They re-served the pusit and its crunchy again!!! First time my negative review turned into a positive. Good job K&L. My faith in you has been redeemed!!
Everything on their menu is good! The place is small so make a reservation when dining with a big group. Love the design of the place. You can buy goodies from Baguio here!
The summer heat is really intense. As much as I would like to visit one of the coolest places in the country like Baguio, I could not because of the massive amount of work I have at the moment. Good thing there’s a place in Quezon City that will remind you of the City of Pines called K&L Cafe.
My cousins took us here for comfort food as they were really craving for the sardines! At first I didn't get the craving for sardines - it seemed like something you can do at home. But it's really comforting! I also like their champorado - they serve it with danggit. I found the turmeric milk tea too sweet though. Will come back here when craving hits!
Dropped by here again at K&L after a filling lunch nearby, and to get a cup of coffee while working remotely. I also went back to get a bag of Figures of Beans Sagada Dark Roast ground coffee for my #HomeBrewing weekends with the family!
I got my usual Café Latte and it’s just as good as the first time I tried it! They’re using Sagada Dark Roast ground coffee beans on their coffee which has a stronger aroma and taste (than Benguet Arabica) to complement the milky and foamy Latte coffee variant. I also tried the Red Velvet Surprise cupcake and I was surprised with its moist texture and creamy red velvet flavor. Perfect to pair with your coffee!
Since K&L is bringing Baguio closer to Manila, you can buy a lot of Baguio-crafted products here such as Strawberry jam, Ube jam, brooms, coffee beans (by Figures of Beans – I highly recommend Benguet Arabica or Sagada Dark Roast), homemade organic tablea, some famous pasalubongs such as lengua de gato, alfajor, and a lot more!
Visit K&L today and experience Baguio city in Manila!
Our quest for good weekend restaurants got us here. A homey cafe that reminds us of Baguio with all the jams and goodies on sale!
Sagada Coffer and Hot Baguio Chocolate Tablea were great. The latter especially is arguably the best hot chocolate we've had.
Sessions Salad with Strawberry Wine dressing is yummy. Such a refreshing salad with greens, crisp croutons, candied walnuts, orange pips .... and tasty and zesty Strawberry wine dressing. Garlic Beef Tapa strips with eggs done your way and rice is ok. The beef strips were too dry though.
We took out Mommy's Pasta, a yummy al dente pasta with olives, capers, tomatoes, basil and feta cheese

The best beef tapa with mountain rice. They also have red rice if u want a more healthy rice to pair with yummy ulams. Pumpkin soup and chicken tenders also is superb!!
K&L Cafe tries to bring Baguio here in Quezon City. They offer classic Filipino food with northern twists.
We ordered the following: Buffalo Tenders with Blue Cheese Dip, Chicken and Mushroom, Parmesan Wings, Two-Timer Fish and Chips, and Sinigang Bagnet with Strawberries.
I think everyone on our team was pretty satisfied with what we individually ordered, though, I think I need to give a special shot out to their Sinigang Bagnet with Strawberries. It was my colleague's all-time favorite dish!
Was the food good? Yes! Was it filling? Yes! Was it worth it? Err, it depends. For the price you are paying, I wouldn't be honest if I say you are not better off somewhere else.

After a radio show guesting in Quezon City, A and I went here to relax and have brunch.
PARKING ☑️
Super limited. Good thing we didn’t bring our car with us.
WIFI ☑️
There’s wifi but it’s excruciatingly slow. No electrical sockets as well.
FREE WATER ☑️
We had a pitcher for the two of us. Thank you!
OUR ORDERS
Strawberry Calamansi ⭐️⭐️
It’s just plain calamansi juice with a teaspoon of strawberry jam. 😂 Hardly worth the almost P140-price tag. So disappointing.
Cream Kalabasa Soup ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It’s warm and filling. Good for rainy days.
Bourbon American Ribs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Serving size is HUGE. 2 people can share. They should have put more rice.
Logbook Breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️
3 slices of bread + corned beef + omelette + butter + strawberry jam. It’s overpriced, in my opinion.
COMING BACK? ❌
I’m sorry. We’ve had better breakfast at several restaurants with cheaper price points. For the price, they should have improved the wifi or even improved the serving size of the drinks.
Maybe we’ll come back here for their cupcakes but not their meals.
