Well, the "Beef flights" menu was a great treat especially when it's served in the VIP room. My daughter will never forget her train dessert treat for her birthday tonight! Thank you to kuya Miguel and other staff for the great service!
Since my daughter loves korean food. We spend her birthday at Seoul Train. I found the place so unique, the food is great, the staff are friendly and accomodating. Will surely recommend to our friends
I was aiming for a different korean place but then the bf suddenly thought of this place, was glad to finally come here and good thing we came just in time coz we were able to get a table as soon as we got in, this place can get really crowded specially on weekends. I soo love the place and the foods specially the Tteokbokki with the noodles and cheese (now I'm super craving about it), it's a must-try. Will definitely comeback. Kudos to the staffs as well.,
The food is very Good. The samgyupsal, Chapchae, tempura, spicy beef belly is well marinated.... their Seawoo Bokkeumbsp is very tasty and it has seaweeds!! Ang sarap!
the server is very attentive and the service is fast.
we will come back for more!!
This is the kind of place where you get what you pay for. A bit expensive especially for the Wagyu beef but there are other Korean Beef options you could choose from. Excellent service! Me and my friends will always come back for their tasty beef bbq.. and of course, the ambiance adds up to it.
A unique dining experience on a train, nice concept. A bit pricey although the beef and pork really tasted fresh, were soft and tender and left no after taste. I also enjoyed the Kimchi soup. I will definitely come back!😃
Great ambiance, great food with great service! If you're looking for an authentic Korean food then you have to visit this place. Highly recommended! Can't wait to be back again...
Where have you been all my life!?! lol
Best Korean food EhVer! (and i've been to korea!) lol
Ganda ng concept and interior design. 5 Stars din!
one of the best in many korean restos i've tried. The pajeon is very tasty and lots of ingredients... all the meat were all very tasty and tender. The citron drink matches well with the food. Jap chae is very tasty and not oily, perfect!
I really like the food, the ambiance and especially the service. They have good customer service -- something customers would definitely love to experience.
Seoul Train is me and my siblings’ go-to Korean food place. Although it is pricier than your average Korean grill place, it makes up for their selection of beef choices and delicious food items like their Tteokbokki and Kimchi Bibimbap.
Barbecue is practiced in many areas of the world and there are numerous regional variations. It encompasses multiple types of cooking techniques. The original technique is cooking using smoke at low temperatures. While grilling is done over direct, dry heat, Grilling may be done over wood, charcoal, gas, or electricity. It can refer to the dish itself or the way of cooking meat. In the Philippines we are so accustomed to our usual inihaw na liempo or the chicken inasal. But one type of barbecue that has been capturing the hearts of Filipinos, Korean BBQ!
Price-wise they’re more expensive than the eat-all-you-can Korean joints but their meats are of premium quality. Sidings are freshly cooked. My first time to try their Kimchi Jigae yesterday and I have concluded it to be my favorite so far. It just hit the right spot and had the perfect mix of sweet, spicy and a hint of sourness. The only thing I don’t like is their lack of parking space in the restaurant—one must park along the street when their 3-car parking slot is full. Nevertheless their food is awesome and I will definitely be back.
Love Korean Food? Want to dine in an unconventional place like a train with an amazing smokeless grill? (Yung hindi na tayo mag-aamoy ulam paglabas!haha!) Then visit and enjoy your favorite dishes here at Seoul Train such as: - Ssamjang Samgyeopsal
- Yangnyeom Galbi
- Dry Beef Bulgogi
- Soy Garlic Chicken
- Japchae
- Jajangmyeon
- Spicy Ramyeon
- Tteokbokki
- Bibim Naengmyun
And have a blast with their new dishes that you will also surely love: - Spicy Chicken Feet
- Tangerine Chicken - Beef Tripe and Intestine Soup - Kimchi Godeungo Tongjorim Jjigae
Aside from the delicious Korean dishes, you get to access their K-Pop Shop, where you can buy your favorite Korean stuffs and of course lot of things with your favorite K-Pop Stars!
K-food lovers have a lot of things to look forward to at Seoul Train Korean BBQ, the train-themed resto along Sgt. Esguerra Street in Quezon City:
1. The use of smokeless charcoal grills for the K-BBQ. A lot of the flavor, less of that “amoy-usok”
2. New dishes. Spicy Chicken Feet? Beef Tripe and Intestines in Broth? Spicy Fish Stew? They’re all here, waiting for you hard-core Korean food aficionados.
3. Take-out bento meals. Choose your favorite viand and bring it home in a cute reusable box along with rice, kimchi and fishcake.
Did you know that "inang" already has a KBBQ restaurant at Tomas Morato, and it's every K-pop fans haven!
Seoul Train was conceptualized by the owners' love for travelling, food, and producing concerts. Once you enter the resto, it really is a subway filled with kpop artists' logos on the windows, slot machines, upcoming Pulp/Kpop concert posters, and on the dining area-- cabin-like of course! Upstairs, there is the Pulp Shop were you can purchase authentic Kpop albums and merchandise-- for your collection.
For the food, we had a chance to try their grilled meats-- Dry Beef Bulgogi, Beef Bulgogi, Yangnyeom Galbi, LA Galbi, Samgyeopsal, Ssamjang Samgyeopsal, Dak Gui, and Bul Dak Gui-- and dakbal (what I ate on the challenge). They also launched their very own Dosirak (Korean bento meals) which consists of your choice of meat, rice, kimchi and fishcake! Definitely love the fishcake. It's not just a resto, it's a kpop lovers destination!
Seoul Train has Instagram-worthy interiors, place, and yes, it is a train-themed restaurant + there's a shop on the second floor for K-pop fans. The dining place is quite small. They use smokeless grill which absorbs the smoke so you won't smell like smoked samgyeopsal after dining here and it's a big big plus in this resto.
They don't have options for unli BBQ like other Korean BBQ restaurants out there but one thing's for sure, you can be sure of the quality meat they are offering.
I like the Tangerine Chicken. It was served boneless, sweet and slightly salty at the same time. Thrle Yangnum Galbi was one of my favorites. There's something with the marinade they used which made it flavorful. The Japchae was okay. Not filling and enough to make you get more. Also, I like how they have Dosirak (Korean Bento Meals) which you can take-out for your own comfort.
The price range is on the higher side.

This is Seoul Train Korean BBQ, oppas and unnis, the resto with the back of a green train for its facade along Sgt. Esguerra Street in Quezon City. Last Thursday, I took a ride with my fellow foodies on a gastronomic adventure during Seoul Train’s #ChewChewThursday Media Event to mark its reopening after it was temporarily closed for renovations at the end of last year.
It was our 2nd time here, this time we brought relatives. It did not disappoint, they asked how I found it because they liked it. One of them even ordered for takeout. We were too full afterwards! Too bad the upstairs had a lot of boxes, we couldn't take pictures of the faux cherry blossom tree. But will definitely come again.
P.S. We definitely like their new smokeless grill setup! No more chimneys overhead where you can bump your head 😉
At first I don't wanna try it coz it's too expensive for someone who's hungry and craves Korean Cuisine but hey! every single penny was worth it! We just ordered 2 samgyupsal (spicy and not) and it was so tender and tastes very delicious. The staffs were very accommodating as well as their boss I think? I will definitely come back here 😊
We enjoyed eating here tonight. My daughter esp enjoyed the kpop music and the merch store upstairs. The place however has limited seating so one should reserve in advance or be early like us 😁 the meats were flavorful and good for 3-4 people. The steak was good and cooked just right. The staff was an added plus as they were all gracious and accommodating 👍❤️
Seoul Train Korean Barbecue, as its name suggest, is a place to taste your favourite Korean dishes. However, they don’t just offer Korean food, they also offer Japanese dishes. Since we love Samgyeopsal, we decided to have their samgyeopsal jr (thinly sliced porkbelly), samgyeopsal (thick sliced porkbelly), and Bul Dak Galbi (spicy chicken thigh). Per meat order comes with a set of unlimited side dish. As compared to other Korean Bbq grills in town, they do not offer unlimited meat. Their meats are per order basis. For me, it’s actually a good thing because the quality of the food/meat does not suffer.
Downside is their milkshake. Although it’s buy 1 take 1, we didn’t appreciate it that much because the milkshake was not cold when served. I believe it’s supposed to be served chilled.
The service crew here are very friendly and accommodating. They willingly grill your meat in front of you and according to your liking.
This was so close to my heart. The ambiance is so nice, thanks to Inang Reyna for building this resto ♡. The food was great! The tteokbokki with cheese is to die for and also their mandu!!! The meat was good alsoooo. Worth the price =)))

Superb food! From kimchi, sundubu jigae, grill meats!
This place is heaven for korean food lovers!Highly recommended food, ambiance and staffs!
Whenever I’m craving for 물냉면, this is the place to be. Not all Korean restaurants here in QC offer naengmyeon, or if they do, they’re not nearly as good as the authentic one. So far, their naengmyeon gets a thumbs up from me.
I love this place!
It’s a bit pricey compared to the unlimited kbbq offered almost everywhere but those won’t compare with the taste and quality of food served here! I love the roll that was recommended by the waiter and it was really soooo good! he wasn’t lying! I would go back just for that roll!
I wast just a little disappointed with the side dishes for the price you are paying. Expected a little bit more. But the lettuce was fresh and high wuality compared to
other kbbq!
Staff was kind and welcoming which is a plus ❤️
This restaurant is for occasions only (if you’re celebrating something) or feeling a bit boujee and want quality food.
Ambience - 5

the place and ambiance is great! the food is so delicious! all the side dishes are yummy!
well definitely come back and try the other sidedishes.
Seoul Train is where comfort food meets your comfort place. My daughter and I love to catch up over Korean barbecue and bingsu every once in a while at this quirky-themed restaurant. Service is also great!
Most things on the menu looked good, but we chose ones that are more familiar so our taste buds could relate better. :) For starter, we had Haemul Pajeon (PhP 400), the “legendary Korean seafood pancake” that’s crispy on the outside, toasty on the edges, and soft and chewy on the inside. There’s also a vegetarian option available, so if you or your friends are vegetarians, you may request for one.
There is something yummy and heart-warming about a sizzling bowl of bibimbap. A meal unto its own, Dolsot Bibimbap (PhP 350) was a heavenly combination of beef and flavorful vegetables cooked just right.
Tteobokki with Cheese and Noodles (PhP 380) turned out as a heartier version of simple tteokbokki. Tteokbokki is a Korean street food snack made primarily of chewy rice cakes and fiery, funky gochujang chili paste. The final assemblage was unabashedly spicy but impossible to put down. This is the go-to hungry stomach answer for K-Poppers. Eat between sips of cold water if you can’t handle the heat.
The star of the night? Saeng Galbi (PhP 980), of course. For pure meat taste, many Koreans prefer cuts of meat that have no marinade, especially when it’s the primmest beef short ribs you can have. A little salt and perhaps a dash of pepper will do wonders for the house special ssamjang. Banchan and lettuce can be refilled once along as requested. To eat the Korean way, place a leaf of lettuce on your palm, place meat, and a dab of dipping sauce. Then, close the lettuce and enjoy the eruption of heavenly flavors in your mouth.
Kimbap (PhP 210) was made from steamed white rice and various other ingredients, rolled in gim and served in bite-size slices. It’s “Korean sushi” assembled with fillings of different tastes and textures. Yum!
Sumptuous food, fun atmosphere, and great train-dining experience. Seoul Train Korean Barbecue in Sgt. Esguerra Avenue ticks all of those boxes. Prices don’t come cheap (expect to pay PhP 600-PhP 900 per head) but has fair value. This Korean restaurant offers an intangible thing beyond just the food and service that makes you want to come back.
Food 5/5
Price 3/5 little bit pricey
Staff 5/5 kind and polite
The place was great even their comfort room, overall its an instagram worthy!
A bit on the expensive side. Additional basket of lettuce has an extra charge as well as the sauce for the meat. They accept reservations and they have a vip area so its great for parties if you feel like splurging a little on your special day.
Visited with family. We really love the place. The food is really great. We ordered duenjang chigae, haemul pajeon, dolsot bibimbap, kimbap, samgyupsal and chadolbagi☺ Even we felt that the prices of the meat were pricey, but still everything tasted really.great☺ Our family is planning our next visit☺👍❤😚😍
I'm not one to eat in Korean restaurants cause it's not really my preference when going for food. Though it will get you enticed on how the place looks which is really a thumbs up for me. Most restaurants here will have this "modern look". We ordered the dry age beefs and i could really agree it is dry aged as the meat was already melting in your mouth. The sundubu chigae and the kimchi chigae were on point so kudos to that. Only giving 4/5 cause it can get really crowded and smoky even if you're in the vip section.
We came here and instantly we fell in love with the aesthetics. Reminded us of the train stations in Korea and Kpop in one. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Food was great. We had a lot of fun grilling our meat. There were only a few diners during lunch so we almost had the place to ourselves. Though I can imagine it can get a little too crowded and cramped here which could affect the ambiance. Nevertheless, our experience here was memorable.
Polite staff and very knowledgeable about the food and drinks that they are serving. The ambience looks great as well. The food is delicious. Will definitely visit again soon!😊
Food 5; Service 5, Ambience 5; Price 3. The quality and freshness of the food were great and far from the “eat all you can” quality. The waiter cooked the different types of beef cuts for us and it uncluded a presentation which was an added touch. The concept of eating inside a subway train is a unique way of differentiating the restaurant from other Korean restaurants which generally serve the same types of food. But I gave it a 3/5 the price. Expect to pay close to P1000 per person if you want to fill your tummy to the brim. You can stick to a budget of P500 per person, but servings tend to be on the small side.
Great place. Great Food. Everything we ate were delicious! Their chocolate milkshake was so yummy! All the side dishes are refillable and yummy! We came home full without feeling guilty 😂. We’ll definitely come back and try the other dishes 👌🏼
Good food but pricey! The place is so cute and they even have crane machines. You could only stay for 1 and half hours but you can extend if no next costumers. Kudos to this creative resto.

Been here last night and we did really enjoy! Food, ambiance, friendly staff, and i think the owner? The guy in white shirt! (Forgot to ask his name. Haha) and special thanks to Kuya Kenneth! We had lots of nice picture. He even tour us sa VIP area. 😄
We will definitely go back here!
Very delicious food, worth the wait and price.. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back again for more!!
food 5/5 : great food specially the meat dishes
ambiance 5/5: are so cool , wall arts are very creative
services 5/5: very good service
Pricey yet satisfying. Attentive and friendly staff. Good restaurant concept, hope they expand to another location. Bbq was awesome, try all their bibimbaps too. Oh, we had lamb bbq also. Yummeh! Kudos Seoul train!

Had been wanting to try samgyeopsal here, since i've seen photos of this place. The ambiance was good and instagramable. We've ordered their Samgyeopsal and Dwaeji Galbi and ofc kimbap. For a first timer like me, i would say i really love it, but i can't really find any difference between the two meat. Although their lettuce and side dishes were fresh, i still don't find it worth the price. If you have a big appetite, i would suggest to order something different or more, cause their servings are only worth for 2 persons atleast. As for the service, it was good but the staffs are quite not friendly. The area was not that big so the waiting area are jam-packed with people. If you're not really into themed place or instaworthy place, i suggest to find other korean restau with a much better quality of food worth paying for.

Celebrated our 22nd Birthday here at Seoul Train. I should say that thiA Restaurant is one of the best. They serve best korean bbq and has a very unique place to eat. It’s somehow pricy but they give you quality products. The servers are very accomodating as well.🙌🏻🎈❤️
And my Korean food venture saga continues. Now, I landed myself on a Korean restaurant with a more modern approach.
Here's my take.
Food. 5/5
We had, as usual, samgyeopsal and some dalk galbi. Both meat dishes were great, especially when consumed together with the ban chan. I have realized how I used to dislike kimchi when I was younger. Back then, I cannot tolerate the smell of the pickled cabbage but now, I have gotten used to it and even enjoy eating it.
But what I enjoyed the most was the cheesy noodle tteokbokki and the japchae. They are both must tries, especially the former - the taste just pops in your mouth! This is something that I will keep on coming back to. 😁😁
Ambiance. 5/5
The resto is patterned after a modern Korean train. It is nothing short of unique. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed with how this place was conceived. It was really cool and unique.
Service. 5/5
The service at this place is something that I really commend. The servers were the one who grilled our meats for us. It was something that I didn't really expect, basing from my previous experiences. This is probably the restaurant I had the most interaction with the crew.
Price. 3.5/5
Perusing the menu, it was the prices that really popped out! I mean, they're really really pricey. This is a place average joes like me go to only when we have the means to. We still decided to give it a go because we wanted the experience. The food was worthwhile. The place was worthwhile, and so is the service. Now I guess I finally understand why the servers looked after our every need. Aside from the pricey food, there is a steep service charge. But I guess the experience more than makes up for this bloated pricing.
When you decide to try Seoul Train, be very prepared to spend! 😁
Date dined: September 1, 2017
I was craving for Samgyupsal and I look at Zomato where can I eat near in our area. I saw Seoul Train and I find it interesting because of their train theme. When my mom got off from work I instructed her to see me at Scout Borromeo St. We got there exactly 5:30 PM, their opening time. They advised us that they have a reservation at 6:30 PM, so I guess we can finish our food that time.
They minimum is 2 order per table, so we ordered their Woo Samgyeop (Php 400 - 120g) Thinly sliced beef belly, Samgyeopsal (Php 350 - 120g) Thick pork belly and Steamed Rice (Php 50). Their side dish can be refill only once.
I like how they make their interior as if you were really inside the train. Their restroom was also clean. But I suggest they should have a free wifi because network was weak when you are inside. I will be back soon to ride again in their train.
We were able to find this Korean joint and we enjoyed the food and service. We are definitely coming back. The ambiance was amusing, as if you were inside a Korean train.
We had grilled lamb and marinated pork. Pork dumpling and seaweed soup, pork dumplings, and their pork bibimbop... we also enjoyed our refreshing drinks - Guyabano and orange shake and their citron drink.
Be sure to have a reservation or be early to be accommodated. It can get really busy and line can be long!
Great food & fast service. The only problem was we were told to arrive 15 minutes before our scheduled time, but they didn't let us in. We waited outside the establishment for more than 20 minutes & it was so hot outside. :(
We got lucky walking in without a reservation, as it was raining plus it was a holiday. We were advised that on most days, the place is jampacked.
The place has a very unique concept. The lobby looks like a real train station. They have toy dispensers and claw machines for kids to enjoy. The doors are automatic, you push the button and it opens and closes like an actual train door. They also have functional car wipers outside the window, which we got to see as it was raining heavily that day. It was so cool. The setup is far different from the typical Korean restaurants we've tried where the ambiance is too serious.
You start of by choosing your dish prior getting seated. You are required to choose two different kinds of meat for grilling. The meat price range is from Php300 - Php6,000. We ordered Sampgyeopsal (Fresh Thick Pork Belly) and Bul Samgyeop (Spicy Pork Belly) and it didn't disappoint. We also ordered our favorite Ramyeon (Korean Ramen) and Tteokbokki (Stir-Fried Rice Cakes). I never thought Tteobokki would taste really good with cheese. They also have a variety of drinks to choose from.
The service crews were also commendable. You would not have a hard time calling them for assistance as they are closely waiting on the side. It was not even necessary for us to press the "Call Button" which was installed at each table. They would even offer to grill and cut the meat for you unless you want to do it yourself. The Korean owner was also accommodating. He even sat and mingle with the customers.
Overall, the experience was great. It was pricey but it was worth it.
💯👍 excellent for them from their services, place, and of course their foods 😍🍽 i recommend this place for people who wants to try korean cuisine☺️
Quality over quantity it is. Their food is really delicious and good quality compared with other Korean restaurants. But it has small serving for its price. The place was really nicely designed and I like their concept. Well played design. When we got the bill, we received candies in cute plastic containers as freebies. We also had a take out, which was put in their own personalized plastic ziplock (really unique and cool). No problem with calling a waiter since they have a doorbell for it.
Coming here with no reservation, we waited for 40 mins in the wait list on a saturday lunch, though we didn't mind, we didn't reserve anyway. The staff assisted us accordingly and warned us about the wait, so it's fine.
Anyway, we ordered their samgyupsal. As with samgyupsal, of course the meat is bland as expected, but I can tell that the meat they served us is high quality. The peanut sauce carries a samgyupsal meal and theirs did not disappoint.
Side dishes were limited compared to other kbbq joints, but the kimchi and greens were delicious.
Service is great, there's a button for each table to call a server and they respond right away despite how busy the floor was that time.
Ambiance is nice, and this is probably the number one reason why people swarm in. Just go see the place for yourself.
The only thing that bars from a perfect score, is that the place is really small. When we were seated, there were about five groups on the wait list. Soft opening at this time of writing but I guess that's fine.
tl;dr get a reservation, food, service, and ambiance is great
Good choices. Quick service. Clean serving. Waiter was knowledgeable. I like the quality of rice they serve. I made that comment to my dining partner and heard another guest tell her company the same. Limited parking though at lunchtime.
Seoul Train Korean Barbecue offers different kinds of Korean food. My favorite was their meat grills! Additionally, they have a good concept of their restaurant which is a train. Had a chance to talk with the owner. He and his team were so accommodating!
Their food is quite expensive but it's worth the price! ❤️
Great food, great ambiance, great service but the food is quite expensive for the quality. But I like here since they're accepting reservation.
You need reserved a table before dining here. If you're just a walk-in, expect to wait for an hour or 2 because they prioritize the reserved customer first.
Food. The food is excellent! The authenticity of the food is there. Probably a must-try korean restaurant for korean food lover and for kpop fans out there. The ambiance and the restaurant itself is very unique and one of a kind. Make sure to charge your phones and cameras if you'll gonna go here coz everything are all instragram-worthy! I'll definitely go back and dine again soon! ❤️
The meats are very delicious and fresh. It makes me coming back every month for this. I have also tried the VIP section which has consumable 5,000php per table. Their beef flight has three beefs, it depends on your choice. I highly recommend saeng galbi. It has a unique taste that you'll look for
Had an awesome lunch here with a friend. They serve impressively fresh green leafy vegetables for wraps, and their meats are tender and does not have any pungent smell (even when raw). The utensils are conveniently placed on the tables, so no need to call for the waitstaff every so often.
Their staff all seemed to be professional and our server (forgot his name) wears a smiling face & responds to our every query.
Their smokeless mechanism seems to be working perfectly well bec our clothes (& hair and body) did 't smell so much! Would love to visit again soon!
It was my first time going here yesterday June 16, 2017 to celebrate my friend's bday. Food was great 10/10 I would recommend this. It was just a hassle for us because we were 9 people.
So happy I finally got the taste of Soju! Something to check off my bucket list. Will definitely go back here again because I'm also a KPop fan 🇰🇷

Product: We ordered the Samgyeopsal (ofc) -P350.00 and Galbisal - P450.00 for our grilled products (It is a minimum of 2 for each table). Kimchi Bokkeumbap - P260.00, Ramyeon - P210.00, and a bottle of Soju - P210.00. An expensive meal but really worth the price, I have to say. You get a free set of side dishes for you to partner with your grilled food. You can also have the option to have them (grilled food) cooked at the kitchen or in front of you by either the servers or by you. They'll cook it for you if you don't tell them you want to do it yourself.
The grilled products were not too soft and not too hard, just the right amount of chewy. The flavor goes really well with the kimchi rice because it didn't stand out. They complimented each other rather than cancel each other out. That's the right way to partner dishes up.
The Kimchi rice was too sour for my taste but that doesn't make it bad at all. Like I said, it really tasted good with the meat. The bowl was so big that with the Ramyeon, we could barely finish this baby up.
The thing about their Ramyeon is that, it was definitely delicious, yes. The quality of the noodles were superb, it doesn't soak all the soup even after a while that it gets soggy, and the soup was just the right amount of flavor.. but it has a similar taste to a popular instant noodle brand. LM with Egg. Although, like I said the quality of the noodles way beyond that one of an instant noodle type. And they said that this is their own imported mix, so we're sure it's not what we thought it was.
And finally, the Soju. My goodness. It hit me faster than a cold shower on a rainy day when you've just woken up. I loved it but I don't drink so 2 shots were enough to make me red as a tomato and feel all woozy and hot on the inside. I'm not proud of it. But it is what is. The alcohol content of this grapefruit is higher than most Filipino alcohol products. I should've checked. I thought it was just gonna be like juice. I have to say, my curiosity for this was brought upon by the K-Dramas that I watched. Curse me.
Venue: It is impossible to miss this place because the exterior catches your attention right away. You can't help but take pictures right away. Safety tip: Look around before you get your phone or camera out. You never know who might be lurking around.
As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a waiting station where you will sit while waiting for a seat inside the train. Oh, they have train-related sound effects too. It felt like I was on a subway waiting for my ride. It made me really happy.
Although the food is really price-y here, I would say you're paying for much more than that. The experience, the vibes, the place, and the servers who treat you with utmost respect. They're paying attention to their customers even and would assist you even if you didn't ask for it. Now, that's good service for me. No wonder the service charge is pretty high in this place. Lol.
Giving it 3.5 because the food and service was great!! Took the meal deal which costs around 2000. A bit pricey for a not so much serving but the food is good!

We were greeted with a big smile from the crew and a cute background sound of a train. It really felt like we were inside a train. We waited for the reserved time for us since we arrived early but it never felt like we waited for about 30mins since the crew and the owner was very accommodating (and madaldal 😂). We ordered 4 different types of meat (I already forgot the name) and it all tastes like heaven. No wonder actors from the kdramas I watch gets really excited when they eat samgyeopsal. 😂
The food is really good and the staffs are very attentive. They will cook the meat for you so you don't have to worry about it. The place is quite small but, the interior of the place is really nice. 😊

Everything's sooo good! From the place to the food and the service. ❤ The place is a bit small than I expect it to be, though. Nevertheless, everything turned out really well.
P.S.
You guys better try their dolsot bibimbap. It's seriously the best! Their tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) is just perfect for my taste. Just the right amount of spice and sweetness. Although, it's not what a LEGIT tteokbokki tastes like. But I like how they added sweetness to it. Samgyeopsal's perfect as well as well as the dak galbi!!!!! ❤

I'm not a big Korean food fan. I don't like spicy food and I don't like cooking my own food. But Mother's Day, Restaurant A didn't pan out so, feeling adventurous, we tried Seoul Train. And I am glad we did.
First, the restaurant's interiors are one of a kind. As their name suggests, you eat inside a (subway)train, with K-pop playing in the background. I always appreciate restaurants who take pains, not only with the food but also, with their decorations to give their customers the whole experience. Be warned, though, that the place is a small. Best that you make reservations or go at an early hour, like we did.
We ordered their Choice Steak, 240 grams of beefy goodness. It was grilled to perfection (thanks to their server who gladly did it for us), wrapped in fresh lettuce, with a sprinkling of peppered salt swimming in sesame oil. Like a caveman, I always ate my steak as is; to do otherwise is sacrilege. But the grilled meat wrapped in lettuce is a refreshing combination. [Look, Ma, I ate my veggies! ;)] Hubby, my constant dinner date, ordered chicken. It was tender and succulent; he didn't need the lettuce. Just the spicy dipping sauce and he was good. While I would have given Seoul Train a perfect score for their good food and friendly service, the hiccup happened when our Korean sushi (kimbap?) arrived almost at the end of the meal. Still, the freshness and taste of the sushi made up for its late arrival.
Aside from what you order, they also serve free appetizers, a salad, and dessert (though I'm not sure if the salad and dessert are part of their Mother's Day special).
All in all, it was a great experience. We would definitely be back to keep on "chew-chew"ing.
My boyfriend and I went here one afternoon for lunch. We tried booking a table the night before but I found out that they were closed.
The restaurant had a nice concept especially for the KPop lovers out there! The food tasted good as well as the side dishes! It was a bit pricey compared to other Korean restaurants we've tried who offered the same variety of dishes. Overall, the experience was great! 😊
Booking is a must to secure a table, but we just winged it and proceeded without one, lucky for us we were accommodated and just asked to wait 20-30 minutes, while waiting we reviewed the menu and was surprised by how expensive some of the items on the first pages, as the owner told us they pride themselves to have high quality meats that it would be their brand differentiator amongst other Korean restaurants. Apart from their great meats, I would highlight their bibimbap which was exceptional and is the best I've ever tasted. Just prepare 1500-2000 for two and you will truly enjoy your dining experience here. They offer great food in a chic instagramable setting!
Amazing service and cool atmosphere! This was my first time going and i would definitely see myself go in another time 😋 Their beef was so fresh!! And the kimbap was to die for 💓
So, I had Korean food cravings today. Probably because I have been hooked on watching K-dramas lately. Hahaha! I was in a cafe and was about to order dinner but my craving won and I searched for Korean restos around. I have been wanting to try this place but can't find someone to go with since I know the servings are pretty big.
FOOD
.:Kimchi Bokkeumbap:.
Kimchi Fried Rice. Pretty spicy, serving's good for sharing. Been seeing this dish in my k-dramas. 😂 I would order this again.
.:Tteokbokki:.
My first Tteokbokki ever! 😋 Also known as the little price of Korean street food. When I saw this on the menu, it's an instant part of my order list. Since this is rice cake, it can fill you up. It's a bit chewy and spicy but definitely worth having. You can also opt to add cheese & noodles.
.:Ramyeon:.
I was really only craving for this but had to order more when I checked the menu. Haha! Comparable to those instant ones in the grocery but of course this is prepared with egg and additional veggies so it's still better. Had to buy this because I'm not sure of we still have Korean ramen in our pantry. 😅
NOTE: I only list food I have actually tasted in this specific location. I'm pretty sure there are other items in the menu worth trying. :)
LOCATION
Loved the place! Even before you enter, you'll here some "train sounds". 😂 Unfortunately, I was not able to dine in because I need go order at least 2 bbq sets or 1 premium bbq set. I'm hungry but not THAT hungry. Besides, the food I wanted to try are not "bbq". 😑 Long story short, I had my food "to-go".
Checked the tables and 4 can comfortably sit per booth. They also have a function room but I think it's 5K consumable per table and the room have 3 tables, no need to get all three tables. 😊
I was advised that they'll open up a 2F called "Little Gangnam". I'll make sure to check it out. 😊
The food was very good, i would have enjoyed grilling the food by ourselves but its was fine that the dining assistant did it for us because the meat was cooked just right..would definitely come back to try the other food on the menu.. 😊
We had a great time dining here. Food was really good and their crew were very helpful especially in grilling. We liked that the place had a nice exterior and interior. You can make reservations before going there as well. A nice place to hang out and truly enjoy korean food!
The coolest korean barbecue themed restaurant ever! Not only do they have the cutest ambiance but they have the best meat for Samgyeopsal in the house! Read more about it on the link below.
It is not heading to Busan nor a train of zombies, but this restaurant concept will instant take you to Seoul station. There is a huge fan base for K-Pop music in the country. The followers of K-Drama continues to grow and we all have that one friend who knows every show. The Korean invasion in the country has breached another milestone with Korean Barbecue restaurant built almost everywhere.
The exterior facade is an eyecatcher and entering inside is like walking through a subway. There is an array of claw machines you can play with and grab a toy using a P10 coin. There is a main dining area and private rooms for a consumable cost.
We finished a grilled a platter of 150g Samgyeopsal for P350. They don’t serve unlimited BBQ but the set comes off with fresh luttuce and a platter of sides.
They also offer different choices of premium meats. Prime cuts are available from Saga Striploin (P3600), Kagoshima Rib Eye (P3300), Wagyu (P6280), and Super Prime (P1820).
Service is okay and the place is clean. It can be worth the price if you’re a fan of everything korean.
Food was really great. The experience is also great. The place is well thought of and really stuck to its theme. The staff are really nice and very professional. I will definitely come back.
Tip: make reservations! Jed Parica Jude Parica Rosanna Acbo Parica
I really love the concept of this restaurant! It sticks with its name, the whole design being based off a train! Sadly, although the interior is unique, the food tastes like any other korean restaurants though.
This place is so cute! I've never been much of a fan of Korean food but eating here in this resto that looked like a train was a delight. It's so creative from the facade to the interior that is KPop inspired. The food, Korean barbeque, soup and noodles. Food tasted good too. The place is quite small since you'd feel like you're on board a train going to Busan (zombies excluded). I can't say more other than this place is just too cute. The price, well a bit on the high side but we enjoyed. The experience was fun. Definitely going back!
KP and I had dinner at Seoul Train a few weeks ago. We were curious on how good the food is and the ambiance since I've been seeing a lot of features about it. And KP and I were in the mood for a Korean date night! :)
Seoul Train is located at 28 Sgt. Esguerra Ave, Diliman, Quezon City. It's near Livestock hehe just for reference ;)
For the food, they gave us the usual ban chan. We ordered, Galbisal, Samgyeopsal and Dak Galbi
The meat was good, but what I don't enjoy that much was the sauces. I think that the options available were enough to really cover all of the flavor profiles that the guests are looking for.
Next up is Haemul Pajeon, or a Korean Pancake, very similar to the Japanese's Okonomiyaki. But I prefer the latter cause it has Japanese Mayo and sauce on top with Katsuboshi. The Haemul Pajeon is very bare in looks but the taste is good.
Lastly, we tried their Jap Chae. I like the texture of this but for me it was a bit bland and it lacked flavor for me.
Over-all the food that we ordered was okay, it was a mix of hits and misses. But I love the service here though, they are very attentive and quick to respond!
I love Korean food, but I think there are better Korean Restaurants in the area with cheaper price range. I don't hate the food, it's just that I won't come back here often because I miss the flavor of their food.
This place is quite unique. I already tried some korean restaurants, so my verdict for the food is just the same with other korean resto. The huge difference of Seoul Train from others are the cozy ambiance and unusual concept. One of the waiters also assisted us on how to grill our meat orders. Feels like I am inside a train with matching "cho-cho" sound effects and train station signages. For a first timer, you can easily find this place because of its train-like facade.
We ordered the woo samgyeop (P400), samgyeopsal (P350), and samgyeopsal jr (P320) for our barbecue-grilling. They come in six side dishes (yes to fish cakes and kimchi!!!) and fresh vegetable wraps. The waiter did the grilling, so we weren't able to truly experience the 'cooking' part. Beef meat is tender and with side dishes combined – heaven. We also tried the tteokboki with cheese and noodles (P360) which personally, is not the type of food I'd crave for, but not bad to give a try. We ordered ramyeon (P210) with mine always a spicy-flavored which tasted the usual I know. We tried the kimbap (P210) which is already flavorful you won't have to dip in a sauce anymore. Seoul train iced tea (P100) and bottles of soju (80) – drinks to help digest the heavy amount of food we ordered.
And yes, I'd love to hop on this train again – unique Korean dining experience!

Awesome theme...great food...great staff! A must visit Korean restaurant in Quezon City! I did not give a score of 5, due to space is quite small.
When i heard about this place I immediately hopped in for a reservation for my whole family to celebrate my niece's birthday and for the love of BTS (which has an upcoming Manila show then). We love Korean food, and we loved it even more! There is a certain je ne sais quoi about the food and this place that I even brought my Kpop friend the next day :) The staff are friendly too, even the owners who attends to the customers themselves 😄 5 hearts and 5 stars for Seoul train!
A lot of Korean restaurants have popped up in Metro Manila as Filipinos embrace the Korean culture which includes Korean bbq with banchan (or side dishes). It is only normal for someone like us, who have personally been to Korea in the past both for tourism and work, to hunger for quality charcoal grilled meat. On satisfying Me-An’s cravings during our anniversary celebration, we tried out Seoul Train Korean BBQ, a train-themed restaurant, which was still on its soft opening.
I love this quirky place. From the moment you step in their stainless "train doors" to the moment you sit in the booths - everything is well thought of, comfortable with all little details worth noting.
Definitely k-pop style, a bit small so it can get pretty noisy. However the place emits a happy atmosphere, a nice pick-me-upper.
I also love that they have candy machines in their hallway where you can drop coins and get all sorts of candies.
The food is very good, we started with the kimchi jjigae. The soup itself holds lots of hearty flavor. Spicy with the kimchi but sourness, fullness can be tasted.
Then we ordered the woo samgyeop and samgeopsal for the barbecue. I was delighted to discover soon enough that they use really good ingredients for the meats. They can also serve you USDA prime beef and even Wagyu if you requested, though not in the menu. Even the expandable tissue was prepared complete with its cute bamboo holder.
The waiters are very attentive and knowledgable in the menu. They can even give advise on food and wine and whisky-pairing if you are into that.
I love especially that they serve wine, beers and whisky.
They also have a Function room that can seat a comfortable 12 pax up to 15 pax.
Definitely a good experience both kids and adults will love the concept of eating on the train. A must-try experience!
A new themed restaurant in the Tomas Morato area, Seoul Train is the newest addition to the growing number of Korean restaurants in the metro. Inspired by the owners love of grilling food and travelling, they serve top-notch Korean barbecue to their customers with the exterior and interior of the restaurant embodying a subway train.
Place is nice but too small (I guess that's why they require reservations). The menu is limited and a bit pricey. Perfect place for kpop fans, the staff are also into korean idols.
