My friend and I went here on April 15 which is Sunday, the staffs were nice. The place is really cozy great for freelance workers. But, as for me and my friend we went there to get a nap after we attended the fun run in Ateneo. The place is so quiet that it's a bit awkward for us to talk. But overall I'm giving them 4 stars since my bestfriend was able to sleep and I didn't. Hahahaha! (kidding) kudos to the owner and staffs!

PS: for improvement... I hope you can work on maintaining the interior designs in the cafe. It's a big plus these days... #Instagramable

If you want a very conducive place for work or study, no one compares to Diligence Cafe. Situated in Katipunan, this unique store offers a strrrronnng (make that a capital S)wi-fi connection at such a reasonable price you would think it is not possible.

Yes, it is possible. For all the cafes and restaurants that I have visited, this one tops it all! I have downloaded a lot in such a short time; so fast it so unbelievable. You’d think I exaggerated on this. I never exaggerate.

The food, well, yes, the tuna omellete could have been better, but then again, I did  not come to this place to eat and expect something fancy anyway. The only thing that spoiled my dinner was the woman who kept on blowing her nose. I did not mind sharing the table, which was encouraged by the cafe, but did she have to blow almost each time that I was to open my mouth to get a spoonful of my omelette?! I partly understood that the place was really cool, almost chilly in my opinion( I was lucky to bring my hoodie at the last moment), but good manners dictate that you at least be considerate and rush to the restroom and blow until all the blood vessels in your nose burst. She was a rough diamond, a needle in a haystack. Not the positive meanings mind you. Exactly the opposite. Because everyone behaved accordingly. She must be depressed; or abused; or an alien for that matter.

The staff who assisted me was very accomodating, and soft spoken. A pleasant girl. She gave me what I thought as a routine info given to customers: coffe and juice are unlimited. Well, I can not vouch for that since I don’t drink those stuff. There was a soft music, a jazzy one playing in the background; it was not distracting in anyway but added to the relaxing ambience.

The restroom was clean when I checked.

The tables were nice and comfy. I  particularly liked the chairs in my table; they were like director’s chairs. Cool.

On one side was a napping area, would you believe that.

Great place for productivity! With the unlimited Internet, coffee, brain food, locker rental, napping and shower services, Diligence Cafe is the top productivity cafe for students and professionals.

Perfect coffee shop / lounge for students who wants to review and get high grades. This place is so quiet, cool, and has wifi. And the best part is unli drinks. (Coffee, juices, lemonade, water) Excellent service!

Place was almost full when I visited. The overall ambiance of the place will really motivate you to focus on your acads/work. 

I ordered the corned beef and it was really great, not just your typical argentina or 555 corned beef. 

The napping area was well-maintained. You just have to ask for a pillow at the counter and they will give you a napping coupon of some sort in case you want the staff to wake you up at a certain time.

Great place to study! I found the place apt for people who need serious work done for the day, they even have bits of motivators to help you like a to-do list, and a sleep/nap stub for a well deserved rest. I think it was very well worth the price if you pit it against what you spend in usual coffee chains, i.e. for Php 280 you can spend 4 hours here with unlimited coffee or juice (Their prices are Php 70/hr or Php 350/day). Very tech friendly as there are numerous plugs and extension chords available, not to mention their wifi connection is fast (I used youtube for engine mechanics). You would be a bit intimidated to make noise but they do have a separate room for people who intend to do group discussions which may bother other people or if you just want a bit more privacy.

The food is acceptable, it was good but a tad (like 5%) pricey for its worth (had the burger), but then again what coffee house doesn't have insane prices for their food? They do however have corkage fee for outside food, so better fill up if you have a big appetite.

The service was A+, it was my first visit, and the staff was very accommodating and attentive to customers' needs (not only to me but other people there as well).

It was a good place with a very comfortable atmosphere and bean bags!! I really liked the feel of the place, though it's best if you don't do group meetings there because it's a quiet place for productivity and not chatter. 5/5 decent food, good everything else

It's an ideal place for students, or to anyone who would just like to get some rest, yes, they have sleeping quarters, electrical extension cord on each table, and good staff. I was just too unfortunate that they just ran out of carbonara when I went here, but bolognese was fine. Maybe a little bit of improvement to the interior, then it will be close enough to perfection :)
