Me and my cousin by chance tried this restaurant yesterday. And its been a while since the expectation of our taste buds has been met and its the food from this restaurant specially the obearloaded frites which is a big ☑️ for me. WE ordered ribs, steak, wings and frites. The food here stand out from any other restaurants ive tried in the philippines. Its also a good value for money. I should've given 5 stars but because of the plastic fork its a
challenge to eat steak and ribs with a flexible
fork. The drink selection is limited so we
opted to service water which is the best idea. Hats off to the service staff named Aira and Mj
which did a job well done. We would love to
try theeir ice cream perhaps next time we visit.

a menu board of ice cream flavors to choose from (as well as taste, for they’re so kind enough to accommodate) is a good and challenging thing.

good, because there’s much to choose from and challenging because... it’s hard to choose w/c ones to eat.

i did mention tasting it before buying right?! so i had a go at all the flaves until o declared my top three finalists. haha. javan dark chocolate, blue beary and SHOOOT, i forgot the name of the one that’s loaded w/ nuts!

these artisan gelatos are a real hit for me and my frozen treat cravings have been satisfied!

If I will be forced to pick only one ice cream in the world (literally) that is my most favorite - this will be Mad Mark’s Half Baked Madagascar Vanilla Bean! I seriously haven’t tasted anything better than this.

Their ice creams are priced at P99 for a single scoop and P188 for double. I was just lucky to be buying this on a Wednesday and got a free single scoop. Yey!

Compared to ordinary vanilla ice creams, Mad Mark’s uses vanilla beans imported from Madagascar, it has a unique flavor so distinct that makes it so unforgettable. It is also made with homemade bits of cookies which is fun to munch on.
I’ll never get tired of this flavor! Ever!

One great thing about Mad Mark’s is their value for money because each order is actually quite large that it’s good for sharing already for people whose appetite is not that big. Their grilled chicken, chicken bbq, and kebabs are good. However, for their steaks, it was a little tough but it’s expected from steaks at this price range. Their half baked madagascar vanilla ice cream is also a must try. Overall, it was still a great experience.

Happy to find out that they had a branch here at Robinsons Galleria! Same great taste, awesome service and affordable price! Double Black Ribs was tender, juicy and yummy! Yes, I really like the bacon potato salad, obviously, because the dish came with 2 sides and I got 2 potato salads 😂

Tried the Signature Steak for Php 305. It comes with two sides, I picked the Smashed Potato and the Bacon Potato Salad with the Bootstrap Steak Sauce.

For its price, Id say it is worth it.
The Bacon Potato Salad is delicious and perfect to be partnered with the steak.
And I enjoyed it more with the sauce.

Would recommend along side the JD Ribs

During one of our family’s forays at Robinsons Galleria, we chanced upon the newly opened outlet of Mad Mark’s Creamery & Good Eats. We first discovered this restaurant chain several years ago through its original branch in Kapitolyo, and subsequently ate at its other branches in Glorietta, Bonifacio Global City and UP Town Center, so its fare is already near and dear to us, particularly its Signature Steaks.

I always been in love with mad mark's and I am so happy finding out they have a galleria outlet which is so close to my place. Got in saturday morning after gym sesh and im starving. I know Mad Mark's wont disappoint. As a creature of habit, I went for my go-to Creole Chicken with the johnnie double sauce. I also got their triple shot white cold brew. It was placed in a cute to-go tumbler and tastes amazing. Im a cold brew person and I appreciate that this affordable brew (105php only) competes with the expensive cold brews of coffee shops. Happy tummy, Im caffeinated and my wallet didnt even hurt. I feel like Mad Mark's maintained their pricing or have very minor raise in the last 3yrs or so. The staff are also friendly and very attentive. Visit this branch soon guys :)

This place just opened recently at Robinson's Galleria and we were curious as to what they had to offer lunch-wise since they seem to be just an ice cream parlor. Looking at the menu, there were some items that appealed to our gastric inclinations. For my wife, she ordered the Lemon Anchovy Fish while I had the Beef Kebob. We also ordered Iced Tea to go along with it.

My wife thoroughly enjoyed the fish and even had me taste a few bites. I'm not really a fish lover but this was so good! No "fishy" taste (hindi malansa in Tagalog) and it had the crunchiness that was just perfect. The dip even enhanced the taste further.

My Beef Kabob was just as I had hoped it would be - a very authentic Mediterranean taste to it.

A bit strange but the cup of rice that went with our food was divided into two - one on each side of the plate (see photo below).

For dessert, we had to try their specialty of course - a double scoop of Roasted Pecan with chocolate and caramel toppings. My wife said it was so good that you will forget your name.

The service was also excellent with the servers, especially Laica, who responded to all our questions and requests. The ambiance was nice and conducive to good dining.

if you are looking for a cheap place to eat pero maayos yung ambiance, go to Mad Marks! highly recommend!!! 👌🏼

Creole Grilled Chicken — the chicken is very tender kahit na breast part sya. tapos very very flavorful! mapapa second round ka ng rice 😉 the sauce i chose was ROASTED NUT SAUCE, eto din daw best seller nila! then for the sides, i chose Garden Grains(fried rice) and Bacon Potato Salad, for me di ako nasarapan sa potato salad 😬

Pork Chop Steak — super favorite ko to dito!!! as in!!! super crunchy and very flavorful din!

Obearload Prites — basically mojos with toppings. pero guys this is a must try 👌🏼 may parang meat and then may pesto paste which made it so good too! also may cheese din and parang cream or like sour cream.

I had the Daily Celebration - Lemon Anchovy Fish for P165. This was so good. The fish was so tender and soft that you can swallow it. The coating had the right crunch. The green sauce is a bit salty, but blended well with everything, along with the lemon that you squeeze. My only complain is that the rice serving is a bit small. But the value for price and taste makes up for it in a bigger way. Will try all other dishes when able!

This humble brand started its roots in Kapitolyo. Back then it was the food destination in the city. Today, Mad Mark’s now has 5 more locations all over the Metro. Good work, guys!

Their menu is so simple. In fact, it’s only a one pager. And a bulk of the choices are more for the ice cream. Mad Mark’s on savory serves rice plates with your choice of sauce and sides.

I got their most popular plate, delicious and juicy Creole Grilled Chicken paired with garden grains (fried rice with vegetables) and corn & carrots in addicting Johnnie Double Black sauce. The portions were impressive for the affordable price tag of just Php 215!

I also had a scoop of their ice cream divided into two flavors- Chocolate on Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter. The former was so much better, milk chocolate mixed in with cookies. Must try especially if you love chocolate.

Glad you are now nearby Mad Mark’s. Looking forward to visiting you again soon.
