The place is great; it's homey and spacious. The food is mouth watering in presentation and tastes even better. We actually liked everything we ordered (a feat accomplished by few restos). Among the things we had, I personally recommend porterhouse steak with mushroom gravy, PUMPKIN SOUP, and their chocolate cake. Everything in their menu is reasonably priced and the serving portions are adequate. Will definitely come back to try other items (:
Salleeedhhhh. Must try,
For the place and aesthetics, it’s very comfortable, classy and homey because of its tables and sofas that are ergonomically comftable. They have clean comfort rooms too.
Far from a typical pricey steak house, I was surprised that the food is so affordable with its mouth-watering, ”lasang isa pa" quality and serving. It was worth every penny. All in all, the place is great and I will definitely go back!
P.S. they serve A&W Rootbeer float, hehehe faaaavooriteeeeee!!! -arkitektong_matabuff
The fillet mignon was cooked just perfectly! Plus the garlic rice and mashed potato were superb! I’ll surely go back and bring my family....a drive within minutes from home. Perfect, just perfect!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ate here today with my family for my brother's birthday lunch. I honestly didn't know what to expect since I vaguely remember seeing the place featured in The Chui Show.
The place was packed. Several people in our table ordered the mignon steak, pasta and bone marrow. We ordered their 12 piece chicken wings to share and a big boot sized glass of root beer float for me.
Serving time took slightly longer than expected since the place was full. Then when the food came, mine was the only steak that was unevenly cooked or partly raw. They got that sorted out for me promptly. That's when I had the time to try out mixing the marrow with the pasta. I swear, the last time I experienced such complex umami in my mouth when I first tried truffle dishes. It was that good.
I thought my steak would be lousy since I had it redone but that didn't disappoint either. Their chimichurri did the meat justice and their wings were quite big, well-seasoned, and had a batter that tastes better than Popeye's. Our server was nice enough give us Leche flan as treat for the birthday celebrant.
Aside from that small hiccup, everything was fine. Quick side note: my mom is not really fond of steak but this place is an exception. We'll definitely come back here. 👌
My girlfriend and I ate here in the afternoon :)) they were super accommodating, I bet the dinner service is decent too
They have an attentive team! Love the place and the milkshake. Masarap naman ang food for its price range. I'll definitely eat here again 😁
Me and my boyfriend played Badminton whole morning at Circle, Diliman. We used too much energy and we craved for meat. Good thing he knows a place that we can eat delicious meat.
When we entered we were greeted with a staff - although he didn't smile - his aura gives off respect. The ambience was so great - the place was airconditioned & there's a movie playing at their television.
The food was pricey but it was all worth it (Attached the picture). We ordered their Porterhouse Steak, TBone Steak, Blue Lemonade Carafe and Calamansi Juice.
Thumbs up!
Had the 350g ribeye and a scampi dinner delivered thru grab for only P700. It's not mamou or raging bull but for 1/10 the price, not bad at all! Will order again.
Steak has got to be one of our favorite food and we know how expensive it could be. That is why we decided to create a “Steak under P500 blog series” where we will feature restaurants that offer steak worth P500 and below. (We might create one for our YouTube channel too, stay tuned!)
First on our list is something that we tried last February... it’s called Steak To One.
Steak to One is located inside the Quezon Memorial Circle.
We have been meaning to try this after learning it opened in 2016 but we rarely visit the area so we only ended up trying it out this year. Better late than never, right?
Steak To One offers appetizer, soup, salad, sandwich, meats, seafood, sides and dessert priced at P395 and below.
During our visit, a lunch-time, post-Valentine’s Day, we ordered pumpkin soup and two plate of steaks, T-Bone and Porterhouse.
The P85 worth pumpkin soup is already good for sharing. It’s not as creamy as the usual but it tastes just fine.
Meanwhile, we had the large T-Bone and Porterhouse which costs P285 and P390, respectively for 250 grams.
Regular T-Bone is priced at P168 while regular Porterhouse costs P280, both for 150 grams.
You can choose two sides and one sauce for every order of steak plate.
Here are the sauce choices:
Mushroom gravy
Pepper gravy
Chimichurri
Here are the side choices:
Sides plain rice
Java rice
Garlic rice
Roasted baby potatoes
Mashed potato
Coleslaw
Mixed Vegetable
For the T-Bone, we chose the chimichurri sauce partnered with garlic rice and roasted baby potatoes.
We ordered, java rice and mixed vegetables to accompany our porterhouse.
We also wanted to try Steak To One's Filet mignon which is priced at P280 (150g) and P390 for (250g) but it wasn't available during our visit.
Meanwhile, Ribeye also costs P280 (150g) and P390 for (250g).
You can upgrade your steak plate to surf and turf by adding P120.
The servers will happily ask how you want your steak done, they would also recommend in case you don’t know what you would like to order.
We loved our steak orders as they were cooked perfectly. We had ours medium done and medium rare.
While the meat was already good without sauce, we loved the chimicurri sauce as it complements the steak well.
The mushroom sauce was just okay but we prefer and we recommend the chimichurri.
The rice wasn’t as hefty so you may opt to order extra cup.
For the sides, we prefer the roasted baby potatoes as they were sauteed well while we felt that the mixed veggies are kind of bland. We recommend the latter for those who want healthier options.
We also wanted to try mashed potato but it wasn’t available during our visit.
Service
Some orders take longer and there was only one server who attended us during our visit but it was understandable since we got in a little early, around 11 a.m. The store opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m.
Ambience
The place is not that big so it’s good for intimate dine-outs plus it’s located in the quiet corner side of the QC Memorial Circle. The seats were cozy and we liked the simple interiors.
They also have TV screens that played NBA during our visit so if you wanted to watch sports channel, they have it here. We learned they also had pay-per-view of the recent Pacquiao-Thurman fight.
Overall, Steak to One is a place that we’d return to. It’s really a simple dining place where you can bring in friends and loved ones for an affordable and quality food. Imagine a tasty steak under P300?
We want to try their bone marrow and baked cheesy shrimp on our next visit.
Good news! Steak to One is also on Zomato Gold! You can have two orders for the price of one.

The Eatventurers
We got the usual steak, plus fish and chips and mango salad. Sulit siya for the price, though I don’t suggest getting the T-bone if you don’t want to battle with your meat. I had to switch knives multiple times to be able to cut my meat. Pay a bit more for the more tender cuts and your dinner will be nice and smooth sailing.
Was super curious about this place because I like discovering cheap steak spots to satisfy meat cravings without breaking the bank. I finally got to try it out!
I will only cover 1 thing for this review: steaksSteaks
We got the two orders of the 350g filet mignon steak for Php480 each. It comes with 2 sides of your choice and sauce of your choice. Steak was cooked to a good level of medium rare. I liked it a lot and will be going back for it!
We wanted to order a 3rd serving, but the waiter said they ran out already. We got the last two servings! Next time, we'll call ahead to make sure they have filet mignon before we go.
Since we wanted one more serving, we got a 350g ribeye for Php430 instead. Not too happy with this one. Unfortunately, won't be getting this again.
It was our first time here and we weren’t disappointed. Food is a little bit pricey but it’s totally worth it considering the service and delicious food. Serving’s good too but rice and sides are ordered separately.
Place:
It was our first time to go to Steak to One and we kinda got lost finding our way there. Good thing we saw a staff member that led us to the place. I recommend you watch the walk-through video at their Facebook page to help you get there if it is also your first time. I think the easiest route would be to go through Visayas entrance of Quezon Memorial Circle. From the parking, walk towards the playground/bike area to the restaurant.
The restaurant only has a few tables and seats, simple interiors and a homey feel to it. If you are coming as a big group, you may want to have a reservation.
Product:
We ordered Group Meal Set C (good for 12 pax). It has pork BBQ, ribs, fried chicken, beef ribs with Java rice. We also ordered pasta, kani salad and had leche flan for dessert. Every dish we tasted were yummy and I think that their flavors were on point. Meat were tender, not too salty nor greasy, it was just right.
Price:
Value for money. Sulit na sulit!
People:
Fast service and accommodating staff.
Verdict: Pop na pop! Will definitely come back.
The food is great, it was an adventure looking for this hidden treasure. But now i know a great spot whenever i'm craving for steaks!
great food for a very affordable price!
who would have thought that there is a great steak house inside Quezon City circle... LOL
the place is very homie and cozy. the the food serving was sumptuous and worth the wait. the service was amazing, friendly and warm welcome.
surely I'll be back for more steaks! LOL
diet another day 😋😋😋
The Tomato cream pasta with the rootbeer float was the bomb!! the T-bone steak was okay too, mashed potato and veggies were all cooked very well. plus, my vegetarian husband was able to eat well. We'll probs be back for more ❤❤❤ lovely setting! watching people bike was very entertaining aside from the movies shown inside~
Recommended by a friend. A Budget friendly steakhouse inside Quezon City Memorial Circle!!! Tried their porterhouse and fillet mignon. Place well air-conditioned. Good food and good ambiance. We’ll definitely go back here. 😄
Learned about this place through an article about restos in QC Circle. I got curious since I can't pinpoint where exactly this place is.
Soooo I did some research and eventually invited one of my friends. And another. And another. 🤣
Sulit kasi ung promo nila sa steak. Yung andaming choices ng pwede mong kainin depende sa pipiliin mong side dish. 👍👍👍 I usually order filet mignon, baby potatoes and chimichurri sauce with java rice. I especially like the chimichurri sauce. Masarap din ung coleslaw nila.
They also serve beer and other adult drinks in the menu so madami daming pwedeng pag-usapan habang andito. 😄 But I have yet to give in sa offer ng promo girl nila dito na kamukha ni Sarah Lahbati. I usually go here for lunch and dinner on weekdays.
I like the place as well. Parang nagka-niche ako sa Circle with good food. Pwede din kasi to pag gusto mo lang mapag-isa at and do stuff alone. May widescreen tv at wifi din sila. One can stroll around the garden in the Circle before or after going sa Steak to One. 💚💚💚
Introduced this restaurant to my office mates and they loved it! Now this is our go-to place for a quick steak fix since it's just near our workplace. The homey ambiance is also a plus.
We were lucky to have a free serving of leche flan from the lady owner the last time we were here for a send-off lunch of a colleague. So nice of her!
Definitely a combination of good food and excellent service.

Been here twice and I can say that this is one of the best steak house around QC. If you are craving for a steak and you dont want to spend a lot, this place will surely satisfy your cravings! :)
The best steak in the whole Metro Manila that won't hurt the pocket! Affordability and steaks are two words that usually don't go together but you will find it right in the heart of Quezon Memorial Circle. Aside from steaks, try their Iced Tea, and pastas as well.
They have a great place and plays feel good songs for dinning but I just hope they are in a better location nevertheless, Steak To One is a must visit!!
The food we ordered was great:
A&W rootbeer float
Kani and mango salad
Creamy chicken pesto
I'm satisfied that we ate here, this is our first time. We'll definitely eat here again and try those steaks!
Great for any intimate occasion, nestled up in a cozy place at Q.C. Circle. After a few minutes of searching for the place. We were greeted by the very warm and welcoming crew. The serving time could have been better but the food was worth the wait! The Fillet mignon I ordered was exactly how I wanted it, medium rare and melts in your mouth like butter, didn't even need the steak knife to dissect the meat, yeah it was that tender. Will be coming back soon. :D
Great service! Crew are attentive and approachable. Great food! For the price i don't expect that much but we're amazed when we tasted it. Budget friendly. I love the ambience. Yum yum yum
So far so good, service is good, place has a good ambiance, price is crazy affordable... even the cocktails are affordable.. looking forward to returning here with my wife and kid..
The place is a bit hard to find if you are not familiar inside Quezon City Circle however, it has a restaurant feel inside.
We ordered their steaks that come with two sides, nachos, and root beer float. Steaks were done medium rare but don't expect much from it because the serving is quite thin. Taste is so-so.
Prices are affordable and they have free wifi.
Who knew that in the middle of QC Circle stood a steak restaurant? My officemates and I decided to eat here in one of the rare chances of being able to get out of office hours and I was glad we chose here.
Their main steaks have 4 options: Porterhouse, T-bone, Rib Eye, and Filet Mignon. Each comes with 2 choices of sides and gives you an option of gravy between mushroom, pepper, or chimichurri. I chose a rib eye steak with and pepper gravy and java rice and roasted baby potatoes as my sides. I also wanted to order the pumpkin soup and they offered their combo that gives you have soup and iced tea too just for an additional 100 Php. I grabbed the chance and I did not regret it.
The steak was soft even if on well done. I know steak is best on medium rare but my mouth can't stand it. ☹️ Despite it, I enjoyed it! The only downside is how small the serving of the sides are. One of my friends ordered hers with mixed veggies and baby potatoes too. Both were on small amounts. Good thing I ordered with rice because this was my first meal of the day and it made me full. 😋😋😋
The pumpkin soup was not that sweet compared to other pumpkin soups. You know this was pure pumpkin because you'll know that the vegetable underwent food processor. The serving was in great quantity compared to other restos. Did I mention this was also only for 68 Php? For a soup lover, this was a bang in the buck! 😍
Laslty, the iced tea. This had got to be the best iced tea I've had in my life. 😭 I can't even identify what they added to have its flavor. All I know is that it tasted soooo good! I recommended it to my friend and she agreed with me. If there's anything I would recommend, it would be this iced tea! 🍹
Steak to one is an affordable steak place for me. I would like to try their other steak cuts and many more. They have a big selection of drinks from milkshakes to frappes to cocktails to alcoholic drinks. They have pastas, appetizers, and other entrees. There's just so many and affordable. I would definitely come back here. 😍
Steak To One is probably one of the more underrated restaurants around the Diliman area. I was able to try out this place with a couple of friends a week ago. We ordered the porterhouse steak (cooked to medium), lengua in mushroom sauce and calamari.
To be honest, the place gives you value for money as their steak is really cooked to your preference. Although the steak was tender and flavorful; what really caught my taste buds were the roasted potatoes (an absolute winner). The lengua was just okay and this was a bit expected since this joint specializes more on steak. The calamari was overcooked as well so I would recommend just sticking to their steaks when coming down for a visit.
Staff was great and prompt. Ambience is a delight. Truly a diamond in the rough since you'd never thought finding a good dining place within the QC circle area.
The steak is too good to leave any crumbs. The coleslaw with baby potatoes was a nice touch as a side then washed it down with an amazing Mojito

This is a cheapskate steak lover's paradise!
My girlfriend (Regina Marie Peralta) and I came here after a rather long walk. Famished as I was (since I didn't eat breakfast), I knew from the moment that I entered the place that any further waiting will be worth it.
[Ambiance: 9/10]
It's very nicely decorated. Very earthy, just like the steaks (more on this in a bit). Air-conditioned, which is a huge plus considering the mess outside that is QMC.
[Service: 9/10]
Very prompt and straight to the point. Though as pointed out by my girlfriend, I wish they gave us an estimated waiting time for the food.
[Food: 10/10]
My girlfriend had the pumpkin soup, the T-Bone steak with Garlic rice and mashed potatoes on the side, and mushroom gravy. I only got to try the soup, the potatoes and the gravy. Love that soup. It's a bit sweet, but definitely creamy. An awesome departure from my usual mushroom soups or crab and corn soups. The potatoes had an awesome rich texture, but were a bit bland but I guess it's fine since the flavor of the mash is really dependent on the gravy. The gravy is awesome! Can't say much about it, but it's better than your average mushroom gravy.
Over to my side, I had Fish and Chips/Fries, and a Ribeye Steak with Pepper Gravy and Java Rice and Roasted Baby Potatoes on the side. The fish and chips were amazing! Definitely worth the price tag. Fries aren't soggy, but aren't really that special. Ketchup they used was a good match, though. The fish was incredible: lightly battered, marinated nicely with hints of pepper and citrus, plus married with that tartar sauce, it really just dances in my mouth. I didn't mind how hot the fish was; I just kept on popping the stuff in. And now, for that STEAK. It was just...Incre...Amazi...Gorge...I can't even find the words to describe this steak given the price! I had my steak Medium Rare. The ribeye is a thicker cut compared to my girlfriend's T-Bone so it had more bite, more chew. Paired with the rice and the pepper gravy, it was just a savory flavor explosion in my mouth. It wasn't as greasy as I thought it might be. I wish I didn't forget to use Worcestershire sauce, but the deliciousness of that steak made me forget what was around me. I just focused on that slab of meat and chowed it down. There are no words to properly describe this gem.
[Conclusion]
Budget-friendly steaks on a budget? I'm definitely coming back, and I'll bring my family with me. Super worth the hassle to find it and get there. I might come back tomorrow for dinner; will definitely get that Filet Mignon~
I'm honestly feeling guilty about not giving this place a 5.0. It's that good. You have to try it to believe it.

The moment my boyfriend and I entered the place (after a looong walk) we were amazed. The ambiance is quite upscale! It's swank on a budget (I'll get into that later).
The staff were attentive enough, and our orders came quite quickly though I wish they'd given us a time estimate. We were famished lol!
I ordered the creamy pumpkin soup, the T-bone steak, and sides of garlic rice and mashed potato. Mushroom gravy was my choice of sauce. My boyfriend got fish and chips, ribeye steak, and sides of pepper gravy, Java rice and marble potatoes.
The soup was delightful! It was my first taste of pumpkin ever and I was pleased.
The fish and chips were amazing! They weren't oily or greasy, and the ketchup was strangely amazing (or I was just amazingly hungry?). I liked the light marinade and batter on the fish though the tartar sauce could be improved a bit.
The mashed potato is good, though a bit in the bland side. But it is amazing with gravy. Gravy is loooove and potatoes are liiife.
The garlic rice was a bit small in portion, but it was good. And I got to relish my steak in its solo glory hehe.
Now on to the star: the steak. We both ordered medium rare steaks and they were just oozing with flavor and juice. Seriously amazing and for such a price! My boyfriend and I ate in silence, just relishing the steak and gravy. Though the cut is a bit thin, I was able to thoroughly enjoy my food. The moment the first bite went down I knew for sure I was coming back here for the filet mignon! It's seriously that amazing. What a gem, and so close to home!
God, that steak was gorgeous. You need to come to Steak to One to taste the love yourself.
I'm definitely steaking to this one! Thank you so much huhu love this place.

I've been seeing this restaurant on my Facebook newsfeed for the past few weeks, mainly because of their introductory price of the T-Bone steak for P99. Since we're just a few kilometers away and 13th month pay just kicked in, we decided to try it out.
We ordered a porterhouse and a filet mignon steak, with coleslaw and mashed potato on the side, as well as their house blend iced tea (look at the size of that!)
The mashed potato is chunky.
The coleslaw is ok.
The porterhouse steak is ok.
The iced tea is great.
The filet mignon is amazing. Yes, it's smaller than the other steaks but it's so flavorful and juicy.
Why 3.5? Mashed potatoes and ambiance. Ever tried eating steak with someone rapping on the background? Hahaha!
looking for a good steak with a reasonable price? this is definitely the place that you've been looking for.
We had medium rare porterhouse steak and fillet mignon, both were cooked the kind of medium rare that we've been looking for. Steak was also seasoned well and the pepper gravy sauce was really good. everything we ordered exceeded my expectation. ☺️☺️
Place was a bit hard to find tho, but the food was definitely worth the hassle of getting lost hehe can't wait to be back ☺️☺️
I like the look of this place a lot (the interior). Too bad the whole place were occupied due to a birthday party. Opted to dine outside instead.
I like the fact theat their fillet mignon cut is quite thick. I like the taste as well. Their t-bone is big, but a bit thin cut. Still it also tastes great.
Steak to One is a place you would want to visit when craving for cheap, affordable steak.
We loved everything that we ordered. Fillet minion, medium well, was tender. Just the right size for the affordable price. The pepper gravy was delicious, tempted me to sip it like soup. Caesar salad was fresh with generous serving of croutons. The cakes were perfect. I especially recommend the chocolate mud cake. The only drawback is where it is located. It's inside Quezon Memorial Circle where the flee market is, and the surroundings do not justify the quaintness of this restaurant, nevertheless, we will dine here again. Maginhawa, Marikina and Kapitolyo would be the perfect places for its next branches.
Definitely a must try! Steaks are tender and portions are just right. Ordered the rib eye and was asked what sauce I wanted on the side. I had 3 options: the mushroom gravy, pepper gravy or the chimichura. I chose the chimichura and it was delicious! It had a bit of spice and with the very slightest brush of mint and the silantro I think sealed the flavor perfectly. Was able to try the pepper gravy too and I ended up eating just rice and the gravy. Caesar salad was good too! So were the crispy crablets, chicken skin and calamari. I guess the only thing I didn't like about the whole experience was having to walk a bit to get to the place. That's coz we didn't know we could bring the car all the way inside the park. Will definitely come back because food was great and the price is very reasonable.
I had the pleasure of trying Steak to One for lunch with my team. Servers was very attentive and accommodating. The menu was extensive and prices were reasonable. And of course the food was very good too. You can have your steak however you like it (well done, medium rare, etc.) and have various sides with it. A gem to find in the Circle.
Finding the place at first was a bit tricky but the rough sketch found on instagram helped a lot. The interior is really nice. Homey and a little classy considering the area outside with all those food stalls around.
For our first visit we tried the t-bone and porterhouse both well done with mushroom gravy. Porterhouse was a bit chewy. At first I thought the serving was a bit small but considering the price and taste I realized it was fair. Then we had Butter Beer. That was my first Butter Beer to be honest and I have to say it was really good. Frappes were also good. Then the staff offered carrot cake for dessert and I couldn't say no because I saw the nuts and the staff was nice when he approached.
We went back two weeks later with another friend and tried the nachos for starter and other drinks on the menu. We all agreed the nachos was greet because of the fresh vegetables used. The kiwi yogurt shake was refreshing as well. Then we had baby back ribs for sharing. I love barbecue sauce but I really wish next time they would offer dry-rubbed ribs as well. I hope they would offer options for group meals with sides sometime soon too. We also tried their cocktails like the refreshing mojito and chocolate martini. The chocolate mud cake was heaven, we all agreed to that.
Overall, the experience was good and we will surely come back again to try other stuff. I actually like the fact that they are continuously trying to develop their menu. I say it is exciting to know that there is always something new to try on.
Saw this place in Instagram and since my office is pretty close to QC Circle, my friends and I decided to give it a try.
First, the interior was really nice. It looked expensive but was really cozy. The servers were also very accommodating.
We got their Poutine first (fries with lots of gravy) and I was already solved. It was really good.
For steak, we ordered Porterhouse Steak, T-Bone Steak, and Ribeye Steak (mine). I was really happy with it. Affordable and very tasty. I really don't have much words for the place because it would be better if you would try it yourself.
