Not really a big fan of matcha stuff but I was caught off guard with Tsujiri. A bit on the pricey side but you can really taste the matcha here. The blend of the matcha and vanilla ice cream together with the other ingredients is just perfect.
Great place if you’re looking for an authentic matcha taste and other traditional Japanese desserts! The quality of their food and drinks are up to par with what you’d get in Japan. I ordered the yuzu-o-matcha and the mochi dessert with sesame powder and brown sugar syrup.
What can I say? It's the best matcha latte I've had for a while. If you are a matcha lover you should try Tsujiri! I am not giving a 5 so that there will be room for improvement. Can't wait to go back and try more matcha flavored deserts!
Im a huge fan of matcha and I think that theirs is the best here in the Ph. I love their Matcha Soft Serve and their Houjicha Iced Drink. Not a super fan of their parfait since Im not really into parfaits in general.
Last week, my college friends and I went to Vertis North and decided to hang out at Ujiri because we were craving for Matcha! 💚 I also learned that this branch just opened this January.
🏠 Place
It can accommodate around 20-30 people. There is also a table at the corner where you can sit on the floor. They also have cute and adorable Japanese Shiba dog stuffed toys that can serve as your company while satisfying your matcha craving!

Tsujiri Sundae (Matcha) (P295) (Sundae at the left of the photo) - it is a combination of brown and crunchy rice crispies at the bottom. It is followed by the tasteful matcha soft served sundae. Afterwards, you will have the red beans followed by another layer of matcha sundae. Finally, there are three additional ingredients available on top of everything! These are the mochi, chestnut and the crispy sakura flower liked biscuit which add flavor and appearance to the Tsujiri Sundae! I love the taste of their matcha sundae as it is not too bitter! It is perfect for my taste! I also like to combination of matcha and red bean!
Overall, I like their place and I will surely go back to try the other items on their menu!
I loved that there's a tatami type of area for customers to have a Japanese themed experience. There's something about enjoying food while seated in that manner.
Me and my gf shared one cup of the Tsujiri Matcha Jelly Sundae. The presentation is kinda cute with the Sakura looking ornament sitting on top of the sundae. I was amused that even the jelly was matcha flavored! Even with the small container to share it I can say that we were in matcha heaven. Each bite was dense with the deep flavor of matcha.
Definitely a must try for those who are crazy over matcha. Whether it be a large serving or a smaller one I am sure that you can find what you fancy in Tsujiri.
If you love that authentic tasting matcha, this place is for you!! Ordered tsujiri sundae and tsujiri milk ice blended. Tsujiri sundae has a more bitter matcha taste than the ice blended drink. I think the mochi and whatever is in the sundae doesn't go well together though, but with the matcha taste overcoming every other flavor in the sundae, it's still worth the try for me.
if you are curious about what a matcha ice cream tastes like in Japan then this is the right place for you to go. legit. 💯👌🏼
ambiance 8/10
The place has simple environment in soothing green and white theme. They have a variety of hot and cold drinks. Tsujiri specializes in authentic, premium green tea drinks.
We ordered tsujiri matcha jelly sundae and chiffon cake parfait sundae. This is one of the best-tasting matcha I have tried. Their ice cream is creamy and it tasted like the matcha ice cream I've tasted in Osaka Japan. You can taste that premium ingredients are used in every ice cream served. Desserts here are instagrammable, staffs are careful and meticulous about presentation so it takes a little bit of time to make the orders. I do not know how to fully describe the cup I had, but it was smooth, fresh-tasting, pleasantly-bitter and complex at the same time.
The staff at Tsujiri were super friendly and seemed well-trained. I will surely fo back here because of the quality, taste, and variety of matcha desserts they offer.
we wanted everything matcha, so we wouldn't miss trying out Tsujiri. We already had dinner elsewhere, loved how Vertis north sectioned restaurants to it's origin country, Japanese restaurants are all at the same floor, so we didn't have a hard time looking for where to eat at since we are really planning on having Tsujiri for dessert.
space is too small to accomodate a lot of people, you would probably have to share because there's only few tables available.
service was good, staffs were friendly and very honest about the amount of serving, we are initially planning to buy tsujiri sundae and Uji sunrise, and they informed us that Uji sunrise is already enough for the both of us.
At first I thought Uji is just plain shaved ice with matcha flavor, but there are mochi balls inside and red beans that balances out all the flavors.
