The food is expensive, but paying P185 for tender pineapple-glazed tapa is worth it. I'm just disappointed that this branch is already closed because it's the one with air-conditioned dining and better cooking.
Best place for an all-nighter. Aside from the fact that it is open for 24 hours, the place is quiet (even with the TV on) and the staff are friendly. While some of them lack energy, they are attentive if you ask them for something. Since I'm on a low-card diet, they allowed to replace my garlic rice with an additional egg. For the same price! While their food may be expensive, I think it's worth the price. Will definitely go back.

I guess their unique selling point would be that they are open for 24 hours. If you ever go hungry in the middle of the night, there's a place in Malingap that you can head to.
They offer a lot of items in their menu. Some are affordable, while some are expensive, but it tastes good so it's somehow worth it. Their coffee is really good!

I ordered the Hot and Spicy Tapa, and found it to be very flavorful - flavorful enough to be paired with plain rice (yeah it has garlic bits but they don't affect the flavor if you remove them) and not sinangag. At P185, it's not cheap, but well worth the price for going out with family and friends.
The ambience is also good around dinnertime. The A/C was running, and the servers were polite.

Angus Tapa. Thats what you come here for. Unfortunately, i was expecting to be "wow-ed" and the food was just 'okay'. Since the meat they use is of good quality, you expect it to come with a bit of a price tag. This would prolly hold-up in other places, but almost 200 bucks for tapa at a food park (?).. not my thing. To its credit, the food was filling naman and the egg was perfectly cooked.
Im so hooked with their Fettuccine carbonarra. The creaminess left me speechless it has a generous amount of bacon too.
The staff were friendly, you may request the amount of creaminess you want for your pasta and extra parmesan cheese.
I just have few issues like the the ventilation, you will smell like a fastfood after which common in all our restaurants here.

Parking here may be a problem especially during weekends. I have long been a fan of their original angus tapa (I usually order another egg sunny side up). Hubby ordered an angus salpicao which he found unremarkable.
Just had breakfast here a while ago and we ordered their original tapa, buffalo wings and carbonara. I love the carbonara since it was so creamy and the buffalo wings weren't that spicy. The tapa was also good! The ambiance of the place was just not that nice since it was kind of crowded and dark.

Their angus beef is not ordinary. They have generous servings and nice cuts that you won't have a hard time enjoying every bite. Their beef will make you order another cup of rice. It is also nice that they offer variants of tapa, the spicy one's great!
Same taste of tapa as the branch in Kamuning but this place is a lot fancier-looking. I've always been eating Tropical Spicy but next time I will try their other breakfast meals.
We weren't really planning to eat, we were just supposed to buy something from its nearby restaurant. But my brother wanted to try their tapa so we went here. I chose the Original Angus Beef Tapa which is their bestseller. We also had some cheesy fries for appetizer. The tapa was good - you really get your money's worth. But I really don't find anything special with tapas in general.
If you are looking for "busog-satisfied" meal, you can’t go wrong with Angus Tapa Centrale. Our family loves their beef tapa because it is tender, juicy and yummy. It is said to be made from 100% Pure imported USDA - Certified Organic Angus Beef. Each meal comes with fried egg and garlic rice, best combined with vinegar (Pinakurat).
It has two branches: 11th Jamboree in Kamuning and at Malingap Teachers Village. The Malingap branch is located at the 2nd floor, it is small yet a pleasant place to dine. Unlike their Kamuning branch where it is open and has no aircon so prices are cheaper there.

Had a quick stopover here before getting a massage. Since I was super stressed from work, I decided I needed some comfort food. I ordered the Hot and Spicy Lite US Angus Beef Tapa for 200 pesos. It comes with plain rice and egg. I'm glad they have many options - original, tropical, hot and spicy, tropical spicy, and korean bbq. For the lean version though, it only comes in original or hot and spicy. My tapa didn't come out as spicy as I hoped, but I think I got my money's worth since the tapa tasted okay naman. They give you vinegar on the side, but I honestly thought the vinegar they picked didn't complement the tapa. So I don't know.
The sign on their door says Angus Tapa Centrale has the "#1" tapsilog in the Metro. I'd have to agree with that, because their tapa really is very good!
They have different flavors of Tapa, and I ordered the Tropical Spicy tapa; it's spicy tapa marinated in pineapples giving it a nice sweet and spicy flavor. My friends ordered the plain Tapa and their Korean BBQ Tapa, and they all loved their dishes.
Food's pricey for a tapa place (my dish was 180 pesos) especially because the servings aren't that big, but I believe it's because their Angus beef's "organic" and grass-fed.
Service isn't great. Neither are their milk shakes (just stick to the tapsilogs!), but I'd still go back for a good breakfast. :)
Ordered the Tropical Spicy (photo with the red sili on the tapa), and Korean BBQ flavor as well as Original Lite (not in photo).
Tapas are really good! Perfect with the egg and rice. Just be careful cause it's a bit oily and fatty. You'll really feel full afterwards.
I personally prefer the Original Lite one over the other flavors cause it's lean, feels lighter after eating, and has less oil and fats.
They also have REALLY good vinegar.
Be sure to order a soda or drink while eating cause the tapa's oil/fats will overwhelm you. :)
I don't have a lot to rate them on except trying their Frozen Banoffee Brazo de Mercedes.
My friends and I ate nearby for dinner. We saw their poster with the Frozen Banoffee Brazo de Mercedes and just had to try it.
It was pretty good! A very different experience too. It was a little confusing but a delicious kind of confusing. Hahahaha! I honestly can't eat a lot of it cause I found it to be too sweet when it started defrosting. Very creative though!

I was able to try their tropical spicy tapa with choco truffle godiva coffee. I sure can't pass up the opportunity to try their coffee, as I always do in any first resto visit. I fell in love with the combination of sweet and spice in my angus tapa and I could just care less about the oil. Coffee or no coffee, godiva goods do not disappoint. The choco truffle flavored coffee was served as a press and gives out roughly 2 cups. We also tried their pasta marina which was flavorful. I enjoyed the food very much. The TV was a bonus and the abrupt serving was a plus.
Just got here earlier for our valentine breakfast with ny hubby i love their angus tapa original and the tinapang bangus .. Thumbs up so tasty

Angus Tapa Centrale don't just serve the best tapa and other filipino breakfast meal, they also have this good tasting dessert. They're open 24/7 Malingap street, Teachers Village.
We ordered the hot and spicy tapa alongside with pares and nutella chocolate milkshake. And we both liked it (my lover and i)! The garlic rice was not oily. The vinegar was tangy with a hint of achara flavor. The milkshake was just average but was good for two already since it was 16oz. Service was good since they were accommodating and always smiling.
I actually enjoyed it here.
Go for all their Tapa related food as it's really good. Food can be viewed by diners as it will be prepared by their staff through a transparent protected glass. The food was well prepared and didnt taste oily, so all good.
The over feel of the place is also nice, it was clean, well presented and cozy.
We also ordered some of the blended drinks or, coffee drinks from their cafe but it wasnt really that good. I suggest go for the heavy meals and avoid the cafe, it still needs a lot of improvement.
Service is also good, not really as attentive but they were accommodating and will get you what you need.
Will definitely be back. Try this one when you swing by this part of the village.

This tapa house is located in the same building as Chef Mo's Ribhouse and Catabolic, and is open 24 hours, just like its original sister branch in Tomas Morato.
I don't think that this place is getting a fair shake for its menu. Sure, it's breakfast food, but there's also pasta, coffee, and Godiva chocolate products. Part of the problem is the ambience doesn't match with their mix of menu items, which in a way, could be marketed as an upscale offering. After all, the tapa is cooked in its own booth in view of the customers, but protected by glass, so that the smell of the meat doesn't stick. Then again, we are in Maginhawa territory, so I understand that value for money is a necessary proposition.
We ordered a plate of their original tapa plate - P165 for rice, a fried-up egg, and tapa. Not bad for the price, but a bit oily; the meat can be cooked with less oil and/or drained afterwards. The tapa has that sweet, fatty, Angus-y aroma and flavor. Many make the claim they use Angus; this is the real deal.
This will be a good place for a midnight food run. Some can have food, drink coffee or alcohol, or eat some of their rice and spam dishes, which they have too.
Please go to this place if you're craving for the best TAPSILOG. Haven't tried their other dishes but their tapsi will never ever fail. How's that for a review?

I ordered creamy pasta. It was a big serving for me ,like two people can share. The taste? Just like the average tasting creamy pasta, not that remarkable. The toast thats included doesn't taste good. It has a strong salty taste in it.. I don't know.. I'm looking for a taste that matches the pasta, but this one failed..
Angus tapa centrale is part of my late night, eat out favorite in Kamuning. It is housed in one of the streets, across a 2nd hand car shop. This 2nd branch is a restaurant over to the tapsihan look and feel from the old. A simple upgraded tapsihan restaurant that serves the same tapa you get from Kamuning.
It has been a late night favorite of the QC people like me. After going around morato or finished late from work, this is one of the best tapa restaurants in the area.
Angus strips sliced thinly and marinated in a soy-garlic marinade and cooked in a hot plate. It is served with egg and rice. What gives Angus the distinction is 'beefy' aroma that is derived from its diet and meat itself. It has a nice fat percentage that makes it juicy and tasty.
Its a sure win for P165 only!

A Maginhawa food crawl has led me to Angus Tapa Centrale. I first heard of this restaurant when I received GCs from Zomato but have never used it yet.
We ordered the Original Angus Tapa. It's your typical tapsilog with a strong angus beef smell. The meat is tender and the flavor is sweet. A tad oily though and the meat was small, I was surprised with the presentation.
An ingenious idea using angus beef for this dish and be available to everyone. A little on the cheap eats side but don't expect to get full. They also offer other dishes like burgers, salads, and pasta.
Ambiance is like a diner with two tvs. One showing ABSCBN shows and the other GMA shows. Ample parking in the basement.
Worth the hype! The meat is juicy and tender with a strong angus(y) flavor. Ambience is relaxing but service was a bit slow. They have lots of menu options including dessert.
Of course, it's more expensive than the typical tapsilog meal but don't expect to be stuffed-to-the-brim full despite the price tag. Serving portion is a bit diminutive. If you are fan of the meal, then try their Angus tapa at least once to experience it.

The Angus tapa was very soft and tasty. Very good price. The chocolate shake I tried was ok, needed more flavor. Overall good food and worth a visit. Not sure if I'll drop by again soon.
Went here for lunch one afternoon with my friends. Tried their pasta puttanesca and a macchiato, while my friends tried their Angus beef, Ribs and some Godiva coffees. Everything was perfectly delicious!! They have good coffees not just an ordinary one but Godiva and they have a siphon too! I'm impressed! After, we ate "the dome" made with belgium chocolate and inside, was a nutella filling cake was moist and soo gooood! We also tried their cookies it was all heaven! We're definitely coming back to try their sandwiches, more pasta/s and desserts! Highly recommended! I've been to their kamuning branch but this branch is better for me with good interior and it's air-conditioned with a smoking area. But both branches are highly recommended for me. :)))
Did you know they also serve good quality coffee? I mean the meat are all good and all but their coffee is also a must try! They have a wide variety of dishes on the menu, and the only problem I have is picking which one is my favorite! (Although I still haven't tried all of them yet) Anyway, my experience is overall great. I'd definitely come back here to try more from their menu. :)
Don't be deceived by the name of this resto. Food is pretty affordable. They also have great coffee and frozen desserts. Try their frozen brazos 👌🏼it is open 24 hrs, with wifi too. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their tapa dishes.

Ang ganda ng place, it has 2 giant TVs, nakakarelax yung ambience. We ordered the angus beef tapa, super sarap, it has this smokey taste, one of the best tapa I've ever tasted so far. :) we also ordered bangus belly and bacon liempo, the bangus is super good however the bacon liempo is medyo maalat, di namin naubos, sayang gusto ko pa nman yung pagkacrispy nya. The garlic rice was masarap, as well as the nutella milk shake. We'll come back for the pasta naman :)
They are open for 24 hours! :D Beef taste so good and the beef does not feel like rubber when you are eating it. :D Price wise it is affordable. Ranging from 100-200php.
This is a great place for really good tapsilog. It's a bit pricier than the average tapsilogan, but that's because they use higher quality beef. Worth a try.
P.S. They also have desserts.

We ate here for dinner. Tried their Angus beef original, buffalo wings and also their wagyu beef. Wow! I was so surprised on how it tasted! Not just an ordinary tapa..They serve Prime Angus beef! It was sooooo delicious! It was worth our money! Tried also their dome cake, caesar salad, pesto and their Godiva coffee (Hazelnut & Chocolate truffle flavor) Everything tasted good!! I highly recommend this place! Will definitely come back here for more!! ☺️😋👍👍👍
Currently Rank #1 among the Top 10 best tapsilog by Spot.ph 2015. They got featured in several TV shows and popular blogs, sites such as WhenInManila, Manila Coconuts, The Booky Report (ph.phonebooky.com). They've got the best premium Angus Beefs in the Metro and super love their Organic Angus Beef Tapas & US Prime Angus Beef Salpicao......the flavors "Original" and "Tropical Spicy" Angus Tapa are my favorites. Their Caesar Salad is the vintage Caesar Salad that I always look for and their Pastas are awesome as well specially my favorite Seafood Puttanesca. So far they're the only resto that I know of that serves pure premium Godiva 100% Arabica Coffee, Godiva Hot Cocoa and Gourmet Tablea Hot Chocolate. Their signature cakes (specially their Frozen Brazos, Dome Cake & Sansrival) are to die for.

One of the only few restaurants that is open at 8am. Their US Angus beef Tapa is the best Tapa I've ever tasted. The meat is so tender and its not dry.
The price of the food is justified by the authenticity of their menu. They truly have the best tasting beef in the metro. We also ordered hot choco (tablea) and it's really good as well. Very tasty. The place is bery modern and the ambience is very peaceful.
