This resto really hits the nail when it comes to preparing meat. I had a good time with friends when we decided to dine here as the place was clean and the food was riddiculously good.
I thoroughly enjoyed the meat platter as the meat served were prepared to perfection. You want smoky and juicy? Pick this one. Not to mention, the variety of sauces to choose from.
There’s also this mashed potato smothered in cheese and bacon. Ohmahgod! It tasted like heaven on earth. I am such a big cheese and bacon fan so I am quite picky when it comes to dishes involving these ingredients. This dish was really good and definitely a must try.
The other food we had were also great. For the dessert, I really loved the smores. Simple dish but really good. They also have this bacon milkshake which was new to my ears. Not a big fan of it though but something for someone who wants a bit of adventure. My friends loved the milkshake. One said it was like a breakfast pancake on a cup.
Overall, great experience and I will definitely come back.

From South to North, it’s worth it to drop by and eat these tastielicious meals of fat daddys smokehouse. The place is big and spacious. Great interiors, indeed! I love the lights and the wall designs. Plus the service was great and staff were accommodating.
Their food are very generous in servings. And here are the best meals I tasted:
Hot Pork Poppers (PHP175) - Thinly-sliced and deep-fried pork belly coated with a homemade BBQ rub, served with Piedmont sauce. These are crunchy and one of my favorites. Not salty, and nice to pair with a cold beer.
Crispy Fried Pickles (PHP185)- deep-fried sliced dill pickles cooked in a panko and corn crust, served with an Alabama BBQ sauce. It’s kinda sour but tasty.
Buttermilk Fried Livers (PHP210) Deep-fried chicken livers marinated in buttermilk, coated with a homemade BBQ rub, and served with Piedmont sauce and an Alabama BBQ sauce. This is one of the best! Superb! Love the vinegar sauce.
Jera’s Ultimate Pulled Pork and Bacon Nachos (Half PHP330 / Whole PHP600)- very generous it is. Layers of BBQ nachos, smoked pulled pork, smoked bacon, salsa, and jalapenos, all drizzled with a homemade cheese sauce, BBQ sauce, and Alabama BBQ sauce. So cheesy! And also i’m good even if it doesn’t have any toppings. So inlove with this!

This meal is perfect for family and barkada. So yummy and definitely tasty! I would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family.
And they have the best dessert ever! Bacon and S’mores Dip (PHP250) Semi-sweet chocolate ganache mixed with smoked bacon bits, latered with melted marshmallows and served with graham crackers. This dish is best enjoyed hot before the chocolate hardens.

The food here is awesome. Literally the best grilled sausage I have ever tasted! Portions are good for the price. The BBQ sauce is also very good. After the first time I ate here, I had to go back after a few days. Haha
Halos every week na kaming kumakain dito ng jowa ko and it never fails to amaze us. Also kilala na kami nung isang waitress. Hahaha. Grabe talaga. Napanaginipan ko pa to kagabi sa sobrang sarap.
For dinner my boyfriend and I decided to get Fat Daddy’s cause, in his words, he was feeling “meat-y” I ordered the hungry daddy as he ordered the Smokehouse Mafia. I got a bite of his (just because I wanted to 💁♀️) and I can 100% say mine tasted so much better. If I were to go back again, I’d probably get a BUNCH of dishes for share and rice, the buttermilk liver WAS AMAZING and to die for, “hot mess” and Mac and cheese were drool worthy. Definitely a place I’d go back to!!! 7.5/10
The ambiance is good. Staff and crew were accomodating. Fast service. Foods are great and very delicious. Worth it for the cosy price. Recommended to others to visit.
With its 4.7 rating in Zomato, I didn’t doubt but trust the foodies in this app. I was surprised about their affordable prices for a steakhouse, quality serving with big portions! We ordered half nachos and several set meals. You can choose from dirty rice, plain rice, or mashed potato! I wasn’t able to take photos of everything we ate, but this is my personal favorite! It’s pulled pork dipped in sweet honey + bbq sauce with mixed veggies and dirty rice on the side. Loved it, and I came out of the place super full!

Man, I really loooove American style baby back ribs and I'd go all the way to the North just to taste their well-known and considered one of the best R.I.B.S.!
For the appetizers, we had the Hot Pork Poppers, Jera's Ultimate Pulled Pork and Bacon Nachos, and Chef Pat's Ultimate Cheese Dip. I definitely love their Nachos, and the servings for half is really HUUUGEEE and overloaded with toppings!! The best I've tried in QC, so far. Meanwhile, the Cheese Dip with Tortilla chips also caught my attention since I love cheesy goodness. The Pork Poppers tastes like salt and pepper chicharon!
For the mains, a Whole Smoked Pork Ribs and Smoked Beef Brisket paired with Hot Mess and Chiquito's Grilled Corn was presented. I nearly fainted when I smelled the aroma the of the pork ribs and I just can't explain how I'm going crazyyy over it! The Smoked Pork Ribs was so tender and perfectly cooked, that it's not gummy and falls of the bones (drools). Same with the Beef Brisket!
The corn, hot mess (mashed potato) and steamed rice are definitely a must pair with their meats.
And more mains! We got to try their Chicken Wings: Honey BBQ, Honey Mustard, Salted Egg and Honey Sriracha! I love their Salted Egg and Honey BBQ Wings. No words, just love. I don't like their mustard flavor though, it tasted weird to me.
And lastly for the desserts, we had the caramel drizzled banana pudding, and bacon & smores dip!
As you all might not know, Smores is one of my favorite desserts and my love for smores is indescribable. I'm so full, I didn't even got a chance to finish the smores! Huhuhu

After giving ourselves a break from eating meat this Holy Week, I think we deserve to crave for it. And our cravings could be satisfied with those succulent and tender tasty meats by a well-known smokehouse - the Fat Daddy's Smokehouse. Located in the ground floor of UP Town Center, Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse offers American style barbecue that first originated in the owners' backyard in Marikina. Now, they are quite popular on their wide range of smoky meats, burgers, tacos, starters, and even desserts.

been dreamin of beef brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs in one platter, all for my selfish self?! good thing all mah smoked meat fantasies are here at FAT DADDY’s. kaya Diliman darlings, let’s pig out na ng very very light.
had the chance to sample a whole lotta smoked meats at fat daddy’s and my fave was the ribs! oh my gosh - charred, fork tender, nummy and out of this world good, like i can eat it w/ only a few chews then swallow then repeat. haha.
for the sides and samplers, you have to go get the hot pork poppers and shredded corn: pork chips that goes so well w/ that vinegar, amazeballs and the pop of sweetness from the corn kernels when you down their smokeless meats, insanely complementary!
jera’s ultimate nachos are a scene stealer ‘coz it’s got pulled pork and bacon on top + that drizzle of cheese, aaah! another reason to scream is that the half order is one mountain of an order, so get ready to be in awe!
the beef brisket was good and soft and the fat was a melt-in-your-mouth experience, its just, it lost its shine when the ribs got dibs on my palate. same goes w/ the chicken wings- yet i have to admit, my inclination for the salted egg chix wings is still there and it was a toothsome for me.
as for desserts, both of the pudding and the smores were equally delish. the pudding, on the contrary, was laborious to fork down, twas a lil dry- had it not been for the ice cream on top, then this dish would not have been touched. the smores- gone in 60, uh prolly 180 seconds, haha.
One word. Masarap. Great place for comfort food with your family and friends. Food serving is great for sharing. Service and ambiance were great 💕
