If you're craving for a legit greek food don't think twice and get over here at Cyma Greek Tavern! We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Fondue (please don't skip to order this, it's a must), Lamb fricasee is so soft and delicious and their braised Short beef ribs stifado is delicious too! Our sides are the cauliflower rice and crispy fries, the cumin dip is awesome! You can taste all the premium ingredients and cook to perfection for every menu. The clam pasta is simple but explodes in your mouth the freshness and tastiness, so perfect. We will definitely go back and will try their seafood soon. 👌🏻

The Shoulder Loin Lamb Chops is a bit tough, I suggest to try it cooked medium rare. We really liked the Yemista as a side, the rice is cooked perfectly and has kinda cheesy taste.
The Paidakia is really nice, perfectly grilled lamb ribs. It's very easy to take it off the bones.
The Onion Soup is kinda sweet from all the onion that has been caramelized, would be the best if you mix hot oil with it.
We'll definitely go back and try more stuff!
If you’re looking for delicious Greek food, then I recommend Cyma. I tried the branch at the Eastwood Mall. It’s located on the 2nd level. I ordered the Lamb Kebab which sat on a couple of pita slices. It was also served with tanziki sauce, grilled tomatoes and onions. I also tried the grilled chicken skewers and lamb burger. All were very good and made with fresh ingredients. Oh I almost forgot to make sure that you order the Taramosalata dip. It’s a Greek caviar, lemon, cucumber and humus combination which tastes very good.

The food is always consistent in terms of flavor. The pasta with white sauce was al dente, and the cream sauce was perfect not too watery not too thick. The pita with spinach artichoke dipping sauce was a bold and uniquely flavored dish, one that goes well as an appetizer. The pork belly was a little bit pricey for the amount and a little bit on the chewy side. I would prefer the Porkchop since it's more tender and cheaper. Nevertheless, Cyma never fails to disappoint us. We will always go back at this restaurant. We even had a free glass of red wine for the visa promo.
One word to desribe Cyma amd that is "SUPERB".

Excerpt: Cyma is one of our favorite restaurants and our favorite Cyma dishes are the paidakia and the chicken gyros.
Paidakia is Greek grilled lamb ribs (or chops). They do this dish so well even in their other branches. The lamb ribs are juicy, flavorful and not gamy (ma-anggo) at all. Interestingly. the rock salt they put in this dish gives an explosion of flavor once you happen to bite into the granules.
The chicken gyros is also a hit. The meat is not dry and the tzatziki sauce (yogurt and cucumber based) is beyond good.
The pastitsio is a pasta dish with savory meat sauce at the bottom, Greek béchamel at the top with the macaroni in the middle. It tastes as good as it looks. They did a good job here.

Was in the mood for less conventional cuisine here in Manila so we decided to try out the Cyma branch in Eastwood.
Just like their Greenbelt branch, service and food here did not let us down. Got the Ribs Stifado and Lamb Fricasse which we devoured in less than 20 mins. Even joked my friend that he should get a job here then quit 2 weeks after learning all their recipes. Though restaurant was on the pricier side, the food and ambience was worth it. Would highly recommend for those who want to have a balanced palate and try less conventional dishes.
You can’t go wrong with flaming saganaki, roka salata, and moussaka. They have great affordable food with big serving. A guiltless dinner full of cheese for tonight. #cheKKit

Taking photos of Cyma’s mouthwatering parade of yummy food is my equivalent of other people’s selfie habit — I can’t stop doing it, even though they look the same each time.
And how can I? I order the same things every time, and I know I can expect the same experience each time — the food will look amazing, and they will be even more delicious than they look.
Another thing I can always count on with Cyma, specifically their Eastwood branch, is the warm and friendly service from all their staff. Whether we’re a big party or just a small table for two, we get the same focus and attention either way.
It’s no wonder why Cyma Eastwood has become our favorite restaurant throughout the years for celebrating countless birthdays, Mothers/Fathers days, homecomings with balikbayan friends, or even just a nice and quiet weekend date.

Dined here during a business meeting with a bank. Cyma is always a go to restaurant serving tasty dishes. Go to food are always the salads and spinach dips. Price is on the expensive side though, but food is always guaranteed to be fresh, healthy and delicious.
have been dining alone for the past few days (boo hoo) and 'twas my first time to try souvlaki. now i know why an entire slowdive album is named after these skewered pieces of meat lol. i chose to order chicken souvlaki - mostly because am on a tight budget - and i have to say, i was pleasantly surprise cause??? even the onions were so damned edible (and i loathe onions. with a passion, bruh). to cut a long and rambling story short, i'd definitely come back again. (also mad props to the genuinely nice crew of cyma eastwood hihi)

I instantly fell in love with Cyma the first time I ate here. Meditteranean food may be an acquired taste and you can say that the price of the dishes are quite on the pricey side but the flavors are really amazing and I think it is worth every penny!

What my usual order at Cyma would be:
Tonnos Salata - this is their tuna salad. I love the coriander-crusted seared ahi tuna! so fresh and that summber herb vinaigrette is so refreshing. As I refrain from the homemade anchovies and the green beans (which I miss eating by the way), I love the olives and the boiled egg. One really yummy and healthy option for those who love eating salads.
Spinach and Artichoke Fondue - one of those really great Hot Mezedes from Cyma. Love dipping the EVOO bread and homemade pita to that dipping gooey melting cheee, sun-dried tomateos, feta and anchovies.
Pastisado - I love that buccatini pasta and the ohhh so yummy beef shanks swimming in that fresh Greek tomato sauce. I am salvating while writing this review, omg haha!
Chicken and Seafood Youvetsi - I super love the combination of chicken and seafood is this always hot and steaming clay pot of paella! The texture and the size of the rice is perfect! yum yum yum!
Hirine Brizola - this is my ultimate favorite here! I always order two pieces of this 3/4 thick and tender bone-in pork chops! I always chose roasted potatoes as side and ask for an extra helping of their sauce. I also use their spicy oil to dip that thick pork chop! OMG so perfect for the meat lovers like me.
Cyma Fillet Mignon - of course, what would be a fancy dinner without a Fillet Mignon! I always order medium rare! :) they put cheese on top of the the fillet and yum so perfect!
You should also try their bottomless iced tea! Love the stong taste of homemade iced tea with that hint of lemon.

This branch is adorned with thick ropes mimicking I think those galleon ships that the Greeks use long before. The walls are also adorned with people adorned in Greek robes reminiscent of Old Grecian people. The seats are comfy and the space are clean. There are unique lamps that hang from the ceilings of the restaurant. There are parts though that are too cold so better choose your seat wisely. You may also choose to eat al fresco as they offer plenty of seats outside the restaurant.

I have been close with some of the servers as I eat here almost once a month. The servers are quick on their feet and refill your iced tea almost instantly. Love that they know the dishes.

This restaurant is quite expensive BUT I dont mind splurging if you’re getting what you pay for.
We tried the Kreatika meat platter served with lemon, Greek chimichurri, tzatziki, parsley salad and pita.
The meat is soo tender and juicy. I was literally raving for it the entire day.
The staff are very polite and accommodating which I like. Though my only feedback is it really takes time for the food to get served.
Greek cuisine is always at the top of my list. I like everything about this restaurant, from ambiance to menu. The restaurant has an al- fresco area but we like the air conditioned section inside. The ambiance is modern with accents of Greek.
I've tried all of their gyros, biftekia and souvlaki, eveything is really good. This time, I ordered the mushroom soup and it was absolutely delicious. The lamb chops and salmon pasta are also good. The grilled pork is tender and tasty. The greens on salad are all crunchy and fresh. Ingredients used was superb and serving is big.
Service is also very good. Overall , a great place for lunch or dinner.
I think their baked mac is super sulit! Its meaty and cheesy. The for sharing size can feed up to 3 people. Love their gyros too. Tatzikis are fresh and on point. Staff are accomodating.
Can't count how many times we eat here. Finally got to write a review. Their roka salata is always our first choice of salad. It's cheese and walnuts do blend together. I love salmon, so we tried their fillet. The lamb yiouvetsi is also a must. The lamb was cooked so well that when it touches your mouth, it literally melted. Not hard but soft. Please give it a try!
One of our favorite restos! The food is expensive though, but I wouldn’t mind splurging every once in a while because you get the value for money. The ingredients are always fresh and the taste is superb. The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The ingredients are fresh and clearly of the highest quality. That is also matched by the price on the menu. The pita bread is probably the best I have ever had. Sitting outside on the second floor of the mall is nice. The menu is exhaustive and can get confusing to choose from. However I say that in a positive way - lots of great sounding dishes to choose from. I will definitely visit again to try something else. One point still needs to be deducted because the food is not spicy enough for my palette. Rest is all good.

I don't know why my previous review was deleted but yeah, here I go again.
One fine Sunday night, I told my family to come and try Mediterranean cuisine and brought then to Cyma. Since I am also a newbie when it comes to Mediterranean dishes, I opt to reading the description and ordered Pastisado and Seafood Makaronia.
The place itself is okay, they have an in and out dining too but I prefer eating inside since it tends to get damp and humid. Though they have an industrial fan, it serves as danger as well because once turned on, it can turn in an instant cat5 hurricane.
Orders arrived and I quickly got myself some Pastisado. They call it the Greek Osso Bucco, I call it kaldereta pasta because it tastes like kaldereta and the bones are so tender that it falls off to the bone. Love it!
The Seafood Makaronia is delicious as well! The combination of pasta, seafood and the saffron sauce makes the whole dish lit!
Also, they will ask you if you'd like to join their newsletter which I suggest you do as they email you promotions, discounts and other fun stuff.
The whole experience is awesome and I'm definitely coming back!

For our family day dinner, I've decided to bring my family to Cyma in Eastwood just to make things different, we haven't been there so why not?
The location is okay as there in and out option, although I don't suggest eating outside since it's really damp and humid, if they open their big-arse industrial fan, it will cause a cat5 hurricane and might ruin your experience.
I'm not entirely familiar with Mediterranean dishes so I opt reading the description. I've ordered Pastisado and Seafood Makaronia as the description makes me hungry (which is a good thing). We've waiting for a good 25 minutes which is long for only two dish. Anyway, orders arrived and we quickly digged in.
The Pastisado is similar to our very own Kaldereta in a pasta which is really delicious! I love the way how the meat falls off the bone, a good indicator that it is cooked with passion
Nice dining experience! The food was deeelicious and authentic. They use fresh produce and serve generous portions. The staff was friendly and attentive. This place never disappoints!!! Opa!
Was looking for healthy food and came across Cyma in Eastwood Mall. I got the mahi mahi souvlaki. At first I thiught it was not going to be enough but I ended up consuming only one yummy stick and pita and taking out the rest. It was good, tasty and filling!
There are exactly 3 bad things I can say about this place:
1) it closes too early
2) there are not a lot of wine choices, and
3) their soup (Aegean Kakavia P360).
Be forewarned: don't experiment with your orders. Stay with the classics.

Cyma is one of those restaurants that offer one thing which eludes most establishments: consistency. I walk into Cyma and I am assured of excellent service, delightful flavors, serving sizes that astound even a big eater like myself- at a price that is value for money.
Order the Roka Salata (Fresh arugula (roka), chopped romaine lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, candied walnuts), as well as the Melitzanosalata (Freshly roasted eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, fresh lemon- yum!). Pair with grilled meat (can't go wrong with any option: chicken, beef, lamb, seafood) and you're set up for a wonderful dining experience.
Grilled octopus was overcooked that made the tentacles chewy and hard to bite, the mussles looked like someonw already chewed on the meat itself and the ribs while the flavors are there it is also quite tough to bite.

Amazing Paidakia! Rich, fatty, tender, and smokey char-grilled smoked ribs with a size of spinach-tomato and feta rice is the perfect meal. Just had to drop by to satisfy a craving. Consistently great service from this branch too.
Another favorite cuisine of mine is Mediterranean because of how flavorful their food is and plus it is greatly influenced by so many cultures and cuisines which makes it a colorful one. I have visited a couple of restaurants in the metro that serve Mediterranean food and have always enjoyed it for the most part.
Cyma is a Greek based cuisine restaurant that serves a piece of Greece to whoever eats here. I honestly think that their cuisine is very delicious and I enjoy the taste of Greece in each bite . I would like to focus on the service of the waiters. I think that they are all very attentive and friendly. Price is definitely affordable. Overall ,Cyma is a good restaurant to eat if you're looking for great Greek food!
Great food and service. Nothing less from Cyma. We ordered the meat platter consisting of lamb, beef, pork, and chicken. Then we had their specialty salad, pasta and artichoke dip. Awesome meal.
We were here on a Sunday was expecting a long lines for table, it was not full but the staff decided to let us wait until I asked them about the free tables outside. Food was great as always we had the meat platter good for 2 (1,500 pesos) but the plate can fit 4. We waited for 30 mins before they served it. Although it was worth the wait I would appreciate letting us know that it will take that long. Staff were friendly. Place were ventilated but it was too humid outside, what do you expect in Eastwood Mall!
Cyma is a great place for anything lamb. More specifically, I go here for the lamb gyro. It has subtle flavors and you get to appreciate the meat. Be forewarned though, that red stuff that comes with it is NOT ketchup.
That being said, Cyma should really go easy on the feta cheese.

It’s been a long time since I dine at Cyma, so I was really excited to be able to dine here again. That night we ordered Chopped House Salad, Fried Halibut Gyro and Lamb Meat Ball Pasta.
They definitely always deliver on their salad. I usually order Roka Salata but their Chopped House Salad is also good. Love the strong taste of bleu cheese mixed in the salad that complements well with their summer herb vinaigrette. The fish is cooked well and greatly flavored by the tzatziki in it. I even can’t stop eating their fries. The crispiness is like that of Pinic’s. As for the Lamb Meatball, you can really taste the distinct smell of lamb, so it might not be a good choice for some people, but I like it. But I do eventually realize that I don’t like my pasta to be sweet like the one they have. I prefer the more sour, tarty taste of Italian pasta.
Overall while the meal is good, I find the service of this branch a bit slow. It took them about 30 minutes to serve all our order. They could have serve the salad first if the other dishes will take longer, that way we would have stave a bit of our hunger while we wait for the other food we’ve order.

It has been a very long while since I visited Cyma, it was used to be one of my favorite restaurants, so I am glad there's a branch in Libis. While waiting for the number coding to end, my wife and I went to Cyma. I love the interior design because it very much resembles a Greek tavern. The walls are painted with Greek gods and the place is very comfortable to eat at.
My wife wanted salad and I wanted keftedes (lamb meatballs), but when I saw a gyro, I felt I wanted it as well. Haha! So we ended up having Chopped House Salad, Lamb Meatball Pasta, and Fried Halibut Gyro. Well, we kinda over ordered but we finished it still because everything was so good.
Anyway, the chopped salad was the best I have tried. Your usual lettuce and tomato well decorated with pears, parmesan, and blue cheese. It has balance in every bite. The pasta sauce was sweet, sour, and very cheesy, which is really good. The meatballs are very flavorful. The gyro has good flavors and a good crunch, and the fries are really great and not oily, it was fun to eat them.
Looking forward to be back soon.
I wouldve rated Cyma higher if it weren't that expensive. They serve good but not exceptional gyros and moussaka. Grilled well and with the right blend of herbs and spices The ambiance is als quite nice depending on which branch you are in. Its a great date place if you fancy good mediterranean food.
The moussaka is a must-try! I also like their salads, it's not just lettuce with a few toppings, unlike other restaurants. I usually go to Cyma with family, it doesn't feel like a place where you'd hang-out with friends.
No Greek meal is complete without their melt-in-your-mouth national dish: the moussaka!
That was my first order, followed by spanacorizo rice then lamb fricasee and garlic pasta!
The staff in any Cyma branch is always on their toes, and always so very accommodating and the most important fact is that, they are knowledgeable about their dishes.
I think the well-trained staff is one of the restaurant’s strong suits, aside from the food. Of course!
Personally I love a lot of cuisines with a bunch of top-of-mind restaurants that go with them, but whenever I’m in the mood for something Greek I automatically go to Cyma.

Cyma still delivers one of the best Greek-Mediterranean cuisines in the metro. I haven't been back to any of their branches but they seem to have simplified their menu. The menu is in a smaller format than before. They always have the freshest greens available so always start a meal with their selection of salads like their Roka Salata (Arugula or Rocket lettuce Php520 Share portion). You could never go wrong with their selection of souvlaki (Greek Shish Kebabs) from beef to lamb to fish which are all served with 2 pita bread, a Greek salsa and yoghurt sauce. Kids also love the Moussaka (Php395) which kinda looks like a lasagna with layers of meat sauce, eggplant and bechamel sauce. The portion of the moussaka just seem small for the price. If you want to have a hearty pasta dish, get the Pastisado, a Greek-style Osso Buco (Php900 Family portion). This is beef shanks simmered in a rich tomatoe sauce then served over pasta strands.
It was a wrong timing when we had our dinner here in Cyma because it was New Year's Day and the receptionist informed us that supplies are very limited. It was also my first time to try greek and I honestly don't know what to expect. The chef suggested we try their best sellers and I actually agree that those definitely were best sellers. The Roka Salata was very rich compared to your usual salad. We also tried the Chicken Kebab, which was very flavorful. And the pasta was definitely my favorite. The ambiance was good. Felt like we were in Greece with the Greek God/Goddess structures. And finally, I love their service. The staff was really accommodating and their head chef keeps interacting with his guests. Too bad tho, their stocks were limited. I would love to try their other "out of stock" dishes next time. 😊
Very good food and friendly staff. Our waiter recommended Roka Salata for the salad which was very good. I loved the dressing. I ordered the Hirino Beizoila with mashed potatoes on the side. It's basically grilled pork chops. It was so delicious. It was a thick slice of pork but it was so soft and juicy. It was very good. Cyma definitely serves quality and delicious food. Will definitely come back.
2/7/16 - Take Out
I was wondering around looking for something to eat when I found Cyma. It's almost hidden outside, around the corner on the second floor. I ordered Chicken (kebab/souvlaki) and a melon shake for take-out.
The chicken was very good. There was too much sauce, but I attribute that to being a take-out order, so the sauce ended up just pooling in the container. I wish there had been more grilled onion and tomato, but that's just a personal preference. For most people I think the amount provided should be enough.
The portion of chicken was large and, when paired with the taste, worth the price.
The melon shake was overpriced for the size of the cup I was given, but I'm not sure if it would've been a more acceptable size had I dined in. (Although, I get much better shakes from the hospital food court at St. Luke's Hospital, and at a MUCH lower price.)
Ate here 2x last Dec 2015. Great food as always. We ordered hummus dip and spinach and artichoke. The pita was soft and hot. Roka salata is always a good choice plus the clam pasta is very flavorful. Chicken kebab was good but the beef kebab was a bit tough to cut and chew. The lamb chop was superb. A bit pricey so good if you are dining with a group.
Reliably good. Also consistently packed so expect a bit of a wait especially on weekends. The waiters have been there forever, particularly the guy with the mullet so if you ask for his recommendation he will tell you the truth. The food sometimes runs out quickly because of the volume so if you have a favorite order, ask them first if it's available before sitting down.

1) mahi-mahi w/ a side of roasted potatoes
2) cyma chopped salad (my brother will order a topping of octopus for additional flavor)

This is a resto where the wife and I enjoy eating at. With the lack of better Greek restos in the metro, you will find that this place meets your expectations. Once there, you should have their Roka Salata and their Moussaka! That is all. Opa!
4 of my friends and i tried this greek resto and it didn't disappoint. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip with bread. I am not fan of vegetables but their Roka Salata was so superb i can eat it everyday. The we had clams pasta and salmon pasta. Both so tasty. Then this very hefty serving of their meat platter. The meat platter took us to carnivore heaven. A tray of different cuts of pork lamb and beef served with an variety of greek sides and sauces.
We ordered salad, lamb and pasta and to our surprise it could feed up to 5 people and we're only 2 at that time... pricey but delicious and they give big servings too! I strongly suggest you try their pasta :) Just hoping they could make the place a little bit more classy.

Everything tasted awesome!!! The clams and mussels and squid were cooked perfectly. The pork was tender and juicy.
Service was rather slow. I think we had to wait for more or less 30mins. And the staff did not advise us that it would take that long to get our orders done.
Besides that, I enjoyed everything. :)

It's my third time here ..but the experience sort of varies every time , for my best dish tonight .. It's Garides Me Feta (roasted shrimp ,tomatoes ,feta, parmigiano ,parsley ) then next is Pork Tenderloin this is good for sharing ; and lamb chops were flavorful as well . What I didn't like was the Tonnos Salata - I didn't like the mixture of seared ahi tuna and greens .. Overall if you have that feeling of having a special meal .. this is the place to be ..
As always. Cyma Eastwood didn't disappoint. Food here is always good. And we always get the best service. Hi to Chin of Eastwood branch for taking good care of us. I highly recommend their Skolotina (The sexiest thing ever! ) We always have their Roka Salata to start our supper. Try their Lamb Gyro (My kind of snack), Garides Saganaki ( their version of Greek Gambas. Mas masarap mag kamay! LOL ) and Mousakka (Big portion. Very satisfying. ) Meat Platter for two is also good.

The food from Cyma always makes me happy for some reason. It's a refreshing taste from all the usual burgers and rice dishes we Filipinos so often have. And it's something I keep coming back for.
They are best known for their flaming cheese appetizer with lemon zest and served with a loud "Opa" sound from the servers.
Don't start your meal without their fresh greens! My favorite is their American Style Greek Salad with generous servings of pine nuts and feta cheese!
If you are a meat person, the Cyma Beef Fillet Mignon will make you drool to the very last bite!
But I personally love their pastas and my favorite would have to be the Ossu Buco with thick beef chunks and oily oily sweet tomato sauce! It's like caldereta, only better! They also have the black squid pasta which I've tried before. Don't eat this if you're wearing anything light colored. But this is really good as well!!!
This branch has an indoor and outdoor table setting. It can be full on weekends with families. But on weekdays, no problem in getting a table. Parking shouldn't be a problem too because Eastwood has ample parking in every building.

Cyma always gives a refreshing twist to greek food! Always loved their menu.. Most of it is a must try. What we ordered is a porkchop medallion, beef gyro, greek salad and musaka. The location is ok but gets a little crampy inside once the restaurant is full.

Another refreshing food place, being a Greek resto unlike the usual Asian or Italian restos. Great food here! Impeccable concoction of sweet, piquant and herby... Their dishes are an invitation to gorge more! 😋
Gosh darn! What a great family Sunday meal. Cyma Original Saganaki Opa, Charcoal Grilled Salmon and Pastitsio. All was perfect!!! Everything was worth the wait. Next time, I'm all for the steak with the beef shank pasta!!! Thank you Cyma! That meal was so awesome.
I love Cyma! My favorite is the Tonnos Salata. Its a bit more expensive than the other salad options but it just hits the spot. Their lemonade and iced tea are good too, tastes so much better than those offered by other restaurants. Will try their pasta dishes next time.
If you love Greek food, look no further than Cyma. It has the best lamb chops, beef steak, and grilled pork. I highly recommend the Paidaka, Fillet Mignon, and Hirino Brizola. I do not recommend the Moussaka, though. The dish's ingredients don't work together, and it's too weird for my palate.
Brilliant food as always. My mom and I are old time fans of the Greek salad with candied walnuts and sun-dried tomatoes. The artichoke and feta dip with the pita was lovely as well, and the moussaka was decent too. The food wasn't too oily, made and seasoned well. It was my first time at this branch and it did not disappoint. I was hoping to see the entertaining commotion I remembered from their Shangri-la branch, in which the staff would scream "WHOPA" in unison, but there wasn't much of that anymore. Nevertheless, it was an awesome dinner.
Greek food at its best. People go back here for the kebab, lamb and other Greek dishes on their menu. What I really love though is their Vassilikos Pasta which is rigatonni pasta with lots of olive oil, olive fruit, feta cheese and cream. The taste is just so rich and flavorful.
If u want to go greek then Cyma is the best place for you. They served the best salads and gyros. Big servings and perfect for sharing. Awesome customer service. The crew really knows about their products. Ask them what's best and they would love to explain it to you. Dont forget the cyma house iced tea!
Our Cyma adventure wasnt planned. we were supposed to dine at a different resto; nevertheless, it was a very satisfying food adventure for me and my friend aljay. The food tastes great, not an ambience where you'd like to eat with a date but the massive servings make up for it. their to-share orders can feed up to 4 people, like feeding a starving warrior. my personal favorite's the mixed meat gyro.
You may also want to experience "Oppa" shout of the waiting staff at dinner, it's fun!

As for the place itself,it's situated at the corner so foot traffic is undeniably there. That means people all throughout.
Among all the restos we've tried, this is certainly one of our faves. My girlfriend always asks to go here when we want to celebrate somethings special. We always open with the spinach and cheese dip and go on to the chicken souvlaki. Each dish is rich in taste without overstretching the taste buds. The flavours come out just strong enough to differentiate the fare from Cyma's competitors. Top notch in terms of taste and value for money. Topping that off is amazing service from the staff here who always make our visits that extra bit special. It might be my general talkativeness but the servers here always are friendly and game for things. The atmosphere is classy without being too gaudy, upper crust without being too snooty, and even rather romantic at night. This makes Cyma one of my tops, definately.
Every now and then, I find myself craving for Cyma. It is very expensive but also very satisfying, like a high quality mistress that you visit every now and then. I always order the lamb gyro because it's rare to eat lamb in this country. Their salad with sundried tomatos and shaved cheese is also something I'd like to eat every time I have a full wallet and an empty stomach. I will always return to CYMA whenever I wish to spend more than 500 pesos for a meal.
Cyma is without a doubt one of the greatest restaurant's in Eastwood city. However, every time I eat there the grilled octopus steals the show. Nothing but compliments to the wonderful staff.
Had a late lunch here with wifey. Enjoyed the food. Serving size is great. Will come back again to try new dish.

Our first dining experience at Cyma was not a good one - maybe because we were not open to exploring other dishes aside from Filipino food. Until that one time - in our goal of trying out all restaurants in Eastwood City- we came across Cyma again and dined.
We have been hearing feedback about Greek salads and so we decided to try Cyma's Roka Salata. No idea what the salad was made of, but though it might be worth the try. Guess what...it was indeed worth it! What surprised us is how big their servings are. A couple like us can even share a 'solo' which is very affordable in our opinion.
Aside from the food, we were very impressed at how Cyma's Eastwood staff are well-trained... from product knowledge to people skills. All the staff seem to be enjoying their work, which reflects through the way they deal with customers.
Definitely far better than our first Cyma experience. Since then, we kept coming back! Opa!
Solomos Angel Hair Salmon Pasta
Sauteed salmon with tomato, basil cream sauce, fresh lime juice, feta and parmigiano reggiano.
The most recent one we tried as recommended by our friend Ces Manalo. Glad we tried it because it was really good! That basil cream sauce was just so full of flavor. One very minor detail is that it seems the sauce was too much for the pasta serving. Other than that, we will definitely consider having this again!
Roka Salata
Fresh arugula, chopped Romaine lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, candied walnuts, with shaved parmesan in traditional Greek vinaigrette
Roka Salata is one of the best salads on earth! We will never get tired of having this when in Cyma :)
Lamb Shoulder Loin Chops
Charbroiled and served with your choice of side dish marouli salata, spanakorizo, rice-stuffed peppers or Greek roasted potatoes.
0Delish! It is seldom that we come across grilled lamb that does not have that after taste. This dish took away that phobia of trying lambs. Sooo good! Perfectly cooked!
Saganaki
Cyma Original - mozzarella, parmesan and EVOO
This is (we think) one of Cyma's signature dishes. This is when they shout "OPA" before serving it to you. Tried it out of curiosity but did not find anything special. However, we see this being ordered every time.
Chicken and Seafood Yiouvetsi
The Greek paella valenciana with orzo (rice-shaped pasta) parsley and EVOO.
This is very interesting. Again, one of those we ordered out of curiosity. At a glance, one may mistake this as a rice dish, but its not. Its made of 'orzo', which is a type of pasta that's good and very light. This by the way we think can feed 3-4 people - so it's worth the price. Definitely one of our favorites and something we keep coming back for.
Mixed Meat Gyro
Marinated pork and beef with tomatoes, white onions, tzatziki and wrapped in pita.
One of our favorites! This simple treat is so full of flavor which you get in every bite. We have tried something similar in one of the Portuguese restos, but nothing compares to Cyma's!
Baby Clams Angel Hair Pasta
Pacific baby clams,white wine, lemon, parsley, grated parmesan cheese and garlic EVOO.
Uhmmm...we do not remember much about this dish. That should explain the rating.
Grilled Pork Chops
3/4 inch thick, tender, bone-in, served with your choice of side marouli salata, spanakorizo, rice-stuffed peppers or Greek roasted potatoes.
Generous serving of perfectly grilled pork. So far, satisfied with Cyma's grilled dishes! Yummy!
Spinach and Artichoke Fondue
Blend of melting cheese, sun dried tomatoes and feta, served with warm pita and grilled garlic bread.
One of the most recent ones we tried and we will definitely try this again. This Artichoke Fondue is sooo full of flavor! We highly recommend this!
Seafood Macoranada
Mahi-Mahi, squid and shrimp mixed with clams and mussels sauteed in safron ouzo sauce and tossed in Bucatini pasta.
Anything with shrimp is definitely a favorite!
Greek Shish - Kabobs
Steak - Skewered with fresh vegetables served with parsley salad and yogurt garlic sauce.
This is something we would not order again. We did not quite enjoy how the meat tasted.
Moussaka
Greece's national dish. Layered seasoned ground pork and beef, rotated Japanese eggplant and Greek bechamel sauce.
Not a fan of eggplants but tried this out of curiosity (again). Somehow we did not like the combination of eggplant with the Greek bechamel sauce.
Their salmon is the one I keep coming back for. Must try! Cedar roasted plank salmon. They add olive oil on it before serving it to you. I could eat it forever! This is the food I'll pick if ever I'll be stranded on an island. Perfect for people who are watching their weight.
I love Cyma! Everything is good here from appetizers to main course and dessert. The staff is nice and attentive and it has a warm feeling that u know ur food as drinks will be great. Greek food that is good :)
Food is great. This is one of my favorite Greek Resto. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. You will immediately feel at home wether u eat Alone or with a group. Prices are a bit high but then again they have

Ate here for an intimate dinner with my friends. The place was buzzing, which was great because if you're a loud group like ours, you want everyone to be as loud or even louder. The only thing is that they dont have enough space really, we were seated al fresco, which was just the side of the walkway infront of the restaurant. We can't complain though it was a very busy night and they made sure to arrange the tables just the way we wanted them placed.
Osso Buco pasta is a a sinful and wonderful dish that I know I will be coming back for over and over. My friend has a knack for taking photos of everything we eat, which was torturous given how hungry the smell of the food made us everytime the waiter set it on the table. Everything we ordered was delightful and very flavorful.
The only thing is that if you want to make sure you have a seat, call in advance. Also best not to come too hungry as the wait time for the food takes a while. The waiters are also running around all the time so expect the service to be a bit distracted from time to time.
Food is great though can't complain.
