Bacolod Chicken Inasal is arguably the best filipino restaurant of its kind. They serve authentic food that can reflect the Filipino culture. I love how their famous chicken is savory rather than sweet.
We had the following:
Paa
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Classic chicken inasal. The skin is really crispy and the meat was very savory.
Tres Adobos (3 kinds of adobo)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Their adobo really taste homemade, like the ones cooked by your “yaya” or helpers. The meats were really tender and flavorsome. I only had a problem with the adobo flakes being too salty.
Tortang Talong
⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was okay. It had ketchup on top.
Adobong Kangkong
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I like how it wasn’t too sweet like the typical Filipino restaurants that serve kangkong. The only problem is that it lacked flavor.
Toto’s Suman Surprize
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This has got to be my top pick for Filipino dessert. We had to get two. I love the combination of the suman, vanilla ice cream and mango.
Zomato’s menu is pretty outdated. They have a lot more choices now. I can’t wait to come back to try their other dishes.
Nung unang nagbukas ang Bacolod Chicken Inasal sa may Crossing, ten years old ako nun. Every Sunday night, dun kami lumalamon ng family ko. Minsan nga nakikipag-shakehands samin yung may-ari. He's a nice, portly man who looked like he was in his fifties back then. Favorite restaurant ko yun kasi SOLID ang isol nila. Dun ako unang nakakain ng isol, one of my all-time favorites, and also one of the leading contenders sa last meal ko. Sadly, wala na yung sa Crossing, pero at least buhay pa sila sa Greenhills at Megamall. Haaay, memories.
Through the years, ang isol ng Bacolod Chicken Inasal ang gold standard para sakin. You ignore everything else in the menu nga lang, kasi di sila masyadong kalevel ng JT's, Jay-Jays, at yung hifalutin na inasal resto sa Megamall. 5 siya dahil sa isol, 3 kung wala yun.
It’s one of those busy days when you’re just looking for a quiet place to eat in Greenhills. And I always look forward to dining in Chicken Bacolod Inasal because of the Filipino food, clean venue and awesome customer service. Anyway, since they serve quite a hefty serving of viand, my friend and I split the Crispy Dangget for viand.
I love the ambiance of chicken Bacolod Inasal in Greenhills branch. It’s so cozy and the whole place is well kept. When I visit any restaurant or hotel for a review, I really check the comfort room aside from the dining area. It always feels good to be in a nice and clean place. . Aside from the cozy feel of this restaurant, I also appreciate their high ceiling which helps in good ventilation. At times, I end up smelling like the food after I dine because there’s little room for air to circulate. However, in this case it’s not an issue.
When you're in Greenhills and you're craving for affordable Filipino food, this is one of the place to be. If you're craving for some clean fried chicken skin(Chickyninees), you can have it here. They have a pretty creative yet weird way of calling some of their dishes. You'll know why if you look into their menu and if you know the meaning of those Filipino terms 😊 I always want to try something new everytime I eat here, since the food choices are always enticing to eat. This time I tried out their petso, grilled chicken thigh, it was good, though the skin already tasted bitter. Their buko pandan tasted fine, it somehow lacked the creaminess in it, but other than that it's good enough to remove that 'umay' factor for eating dry(grilled/fried) food. Me and my husband almost always order their iced coffee since it's unlimited. The place offers a lot of table to occupy, they do have space outside if you'd like to have a drink(yes, they serve beer), or you can also occupy their tables inside(ground and second floor). They have a great customer service too.
Continuing my Bacolod Chicken Inasal foodie adventure! I think this is the 3rd branch within 2 weeks, as so much menu items to try so this time I felt another Sarap Meal. Restaurant itself has 2 levels but was only able to see the ground floor and plenty of tables and chairs outside. The one noticeable about this branch is the huge high ceilings, which made the place so much bigger.
Branch has kept its consistency with colors and wall paintings similar to the older Jupiter, Makati branch.
This time the most appealing was the Buhay Na Buhay Meal with 16oz nestea houseblend. It consists of pork spare ribs, 2 pieces Bangus Lumpio niMom, garlic rice and for dessert Buko Pandan.
Meal is certainly a Sarap Meal especially for its awesome price. Besides a good size drink u get an awesome dessert. All in all another popular Sarap Meal!! :)

The food was fulfilling. The servings are big enough but kinda pricey. Customer service was a winner when we dined here. The waiter was very courteous and attentive.
