This restaurant is one of those that I take for granted mainly because it’s located just beside the food court where there are more choices at a more affordable price. But today I was craving for something healthy yet tasty. I ordered the beef bowl for 175 pesos. The beef was as expected tasty but can be made more tender and less rubbery. Since it’s rice toppings, I thought there would be more rice than viand but what I got was otherwise. :)

Happy with my visit.

Mongolian Quick-Box is my usual go to place after an intensity workout as they also serve vegetarian foods (I am not a vegetarian). Situated beside the food court is this asian fusion restaurant. Aside from the usual Mongolian Bowl, they also serve Vietnamese food that will surely peak your taste buds. Indeed, a must try.

Great if you're looking for value for money and delicious!

Their ingredients here look more fresh compared to the one in ATC, but taste wise they're just the same. However, the sauce mix was a bit blander compared to the one in ATC. They also have more menu here as they also have Vietnamese menu (though I prefer Pho Hoa if looking for Vietnamese).

The place is big! I think you can also bring food bought from the foodcourt here. Service is ok but some of the ingredients ran out and were slow to refill.

A good choice in foodcourt area!

This place is for soup and veggie lovers, but they do have a lot of meat options.

I chose a beef glazed bowl while my gf went for a chicken king bowl. The main difference was the amount of veggies on her bowl. I personally liked my order for its beefy and eggy goodness reminiscent of japanese gyudon, while her order tasted of chopsuey.

We also ordered a chicken pho which tasted clean and refreshing.

Oh and btw, save some space or take out some Banh Mi! Dont miss out on life!

Had lunch here today. I've seen this restaurant last year when we passed by the food court area. It looks like an expensive restaurant tbh. We ordered Beef Teriyaki, Goi Cuon and a dish that I forgot. Sorry! The Beef Teriyaki was good and tasty but the meat was a bit overcooked, I think? The beef on the other was good and tender though. The Goi Cuon is just okay for me. The price is of the food is affordable. There are a lot of people who dine here. Not sure why the reviews or ratings here are low. But with our experience, it is good 👍

I visited this place for the first time to grab a quick lunch, and had ordered the Chicken Szechuan bowl.

Here are my quick ratings -

4/5 for the food - I really liked the chicken bowl — it came with a good serving of white rice, topped with a generous amount of chicken pieces and the szechuan gravy.

3/5 for ambience - There place is really big and has a really simple layout.

5/5 for the price: The place is really pocket friendly. The bowl of Chicken Szechuan comes at PHP 165.

5/5 for the service: The service is really prompt.

Will I visit again? - Yes, absolutely! :)

Tucked in at the corner of the food court of the Festival Mall in Alabang lies this asian fusion restaurant.  The restaurant or restaurants is/ are called Pho Market and/or Mongolian Quick Box.  Kinda confusing and intimidating at first, having a vietnamese and mongolian themed restaurant in a spacious and nicely decorated dining area brings in a certain luxury of sort.  One will mistake them as having expensive food, really.  That was how I assumed them to have  on their menu items.

The reviews were true to their word - they do serve big portions here.

I ordered the Single Mongolian Bowl. And for P225, the bowl is definitely worth every peso.

The place was 'ok', a bit dull but very well maintained. Serving time was fast (about 5-10mins). It's a bit pricey, considering more affordable dishes are available at the food court (which was right beside the resto btw) but I assure you they will give you your money's worth.

As it was my first time coming here, I didn't really know my way around, only that the single bowl means you create your own dish. And so they just handed me my bowl and there I stood, staring blankly at the NUMEROUS selections. Lucky for me, the staff at the station was more than willing to help me out and offered to do the dirty work for me.

So they have the Veggies, Carbs, Meat, and Sauce Selections. Again, since it was my first time, the server suggested I get a little bit of everything, and so I did. A couple of minutes later, the bowl was this huge tower of veggies, rice, noodles, squid, chicken, etc. - very intimidating at first, but once you get them cooked, the dish would end up looking like any other average rice bowl.

Presentation-wise, the dish looked messy (I mean, what do you expect from a stir fried rice bowl, right?). But if youre that it-all-comes-down-to-the-taste person, then this bowl should not disappoint you! I had bursts of oh-so-Mongolian flavours in every bite, I just kept digging in despite the fact that the dish was smoking hot. Though the meat was bitin, it was the appropriate time to use the expression, "kanin pa lang, ulam na" in its defense - it was sooo tasty.

So yes, this resto is definitely a must-try. I'll come back very soon to check out other items on their menu.

Almost every Saturday I eat at Mongolian Quickbox for lunch. I always order the single bowl and I load it up with as much vegetables as I could. Then I ask the server to add beef and squid and to cook it in regular Mongolian sauce. It's great value for money because at Php 225, the portion is large and delicious. The interiors are quite inviting considering they are at the same floor as the food court. They also share the space with a vietnamese restaurant concept so diners can choose between 2 cuisines and still get to eat together.

Festival Mall has been our go-to place to have lunch since it's quite near our office. We always have trouble deciding where to eat since we have been having lunch here almost every day.

Mongolian Quick Box opened recently and we have been coming back a number of times already. I personally order their Seafood Bowl or King Seafood as it has became my fave. There are times when the mixture is a bit salty if they add too much soy sauce but still good. Their fried spring rolls is also nice. also tried their pork chop in thai rice. Thai rice only means bagoong rice.

Nice lunch place. Reasonable price and lots of variety on the menu.

Update: the Seafood King Bowl is not that ok anymore, it has lots of fish or squid balls and just a piece or two of shrimp. Will opt to order Squid or Shrimp next time instead.

Update 6/27/19: my new fave! Mongolian Squid! Yum!
