The place: We arrived at Sunday around 2 pm and the place was not jam packed. The table is spacious. The exhaust are working. The Staff: Excellent service! They anticipated our refill needs, pan, and charcoal replacements. The food: Our fave was beef bulgogi. The side dishes are average. Wagyu beef is ok. During our visit, ice cream is unavailable, they just offered unli iced tea as a substitute.
What we ordered: Unlimited Wagyu
What we liked: With so many Korean barbecue restaurants in the country, one cannot help looking for something unique. Fortunately, and as it name suggests, Wagyupsal gives us the opportunity to cook wagyu beef on our own, Korean style. This comes with a good set of Korean side dishes that surely complement the barbecued beef. It's a perfect fix for those who look for something unique.
An upgraded version of the usual samgyupsal, this place has everything you usually look for in a good samgyupsal place plus their wagyu selection. If you are expecting A5 Wagyu then you're in the wrong place. Nowhere in the world would somebody offer unlimited A5 wagyu for 899 pesos only. But if you are looking for beef so tender and juicy, which is very hard to find in these usual samgyupsal place, then you've come to the right place.
Sidedishes were average, tempura was tiny but was very crispy and seasones nicely, the size is not a problem considering it is unlimited after all.
Pro tip: Ask for some salt to dip your wagyu in, thats all you are going to need for your wagyu experience.
The only problem with wagyupsal is the exhaust. It seems they are due for maintenance/replacement for their exhaust as its barely working, causing the whole restaurant to be foggy. Good thing though is that their airconditioning was able to keep up so it was not that hot.

Very good food. Meats, both pork and beef, are satisfying. Side dishes are pretty good, can still be improved.staff are nice and proactive! đ
Walang tapon. That's what I can say. From the meat to the side dishes to their ice cream, everything's great! Their staffs are also very friendly and quick to respond to requests. If there's one thing I'd like for the to improve on is their exhaust and A/C. We went there for lunch on a Monday and it was very warm so I was sweating while I was eating. When we left, I felt like I brought home with me all the scent of the meat I ate. But overall, still a great place to go to if I crave for great tasting unlimeat. Will definitely come back for more.
Food - 4/5. The wagyu was soft and fairly marbled (donât expect A5 quality though), and the cheese dip and the sides of tempura and kimchi rice complemented the meat well. The dessert that comes with the meal is a watery soft serve ice cream that will disappoint you.
Ambiance - 1/5. The place was uncomfortably hot and smoky and needs more air conditioning units and a better ventilation system. Also a piece of the ceiling chipped off and fell on our table.
Service - 4/5. Servers were friendly and attentive.
Value for money - 5/5. Unlimited wagyu for less than 1000 pesos? Canât beat that.
Omgoshhhh soooo worth it!! Probably the best kbbq place with quality meat. Itâs unbelievably cheap too. Loved the wagyu, itâs like your eating silantroâs beef skewers but UNLIMITED haha. Insane I genuinely loved it. S/o to the waiter, Aries, for being super nice and accommodating!!!!
Very attentive staff! Great service and quality of beef is better than the usual. Props to Tristan (staff) who attended to us. Will definitely come back
This is my new go to place for samgyupsal!
Food is a 5 - Wagyu Bolar plate has melt in your mouth goodness. I would not be asking for more. None of the sides are a waste. Loved the kimchi soup, the tempura and the salad.
Service is a 5 - Staff were courteous, would even apologize just for waiting on the queue for just 15mins which is not even a prob since weâve waited for more than hours on some samgyup places. Would ask you proactively what is needed or what you want to refill. Service was fast too.
Ambiance is a 5 - The industrial facade of the place just feels so cozy to dine in. Exhaust were working fine too.
Price is a 4- Is on the mid range, almost on the high end bar(P500-1000 per person including tax, service charge and tip; depending on the menu chosen)This is because of the Wagyu and the tempura even so makes every penny spent worth!
Would I go back? OFCOURSE! I have been eating samgyupsal week after week already for a month now and this place gave me that satisfaction to pause my samgyupsal cravings for a while.
Wagyu all you can. Bolar blade upon bolar blade. Not too bad indeed.
Industrial kind of ambiance. Service was topnotch.
Will go back for sure.
Satisfies my kbbq craving every single time. Iâve dined there for a total of 6 times, and it really was âsulitâ each and every visit. My fave would be the marinated beef. Grill the beef to a medium, dip it in their yummy cheese sauce, and follow that with their signature wagyu rice. It is so yummm!
I definitely recommend this place for a dine out either with friends or family.
I am very happy and satisfied with the overall experience eating here. The quality of meat and side dishes was scrumptious, far from the other "samgyupsal" restaurants I've tried. I would definitely comeback here, worth every penny.
Wagyupsal and its scrumptious dishes/meals, excellent customer service, delightful ambience, and accommodations are quite remarkable. I felt how much they value their customersâ satisfaction and overall dining experience by working as a unit and joining together to achieve this endeavour. They never fail to âdeliverâ. Being able to eat at Wagyupsal is something I always look forward to. Itâs worthy my money. Try it out!
Service A+ for a soft opening, not once did I have to ask the staff to change our grill nor refill our sides. the wagyu beef meets expectations, juicy and soft.
Food quality is superb, great ambience and excellent customer service! Worth every penny especially their Wagyu set. Canât wait for their new additional side dishes! đ€€
A korean bbq unlike any other, what sets them apart from the usual korean bbq is their Unlimited Wagyu, yep you heard it right, they serve unlimited wagyu; Chuck Eye Roll (Steak Cut) & Bolar Blade (Thin Sliced). Their staff are well trained and very attentive, they even assist you on how to cook your meat. Try it for yourself!
A hidden gem in Kapitolyo, Pasig. Wagyupsal had it all; well trained and very accomodating staff, great ambiance and even better food! Their Wagyu; Chuck Eye Roll is a must try! đ„©đđ»
Best place to dine with your family and friends. They give you the best out of your money good food good place perfect for everyday dining. Their staffs are well trained and friendly their service is super fast and they always check on you so that they would be sure that you would have the best time they are always glad to see a smile on each of their customers faces.

A new and good place to eat in Kapitolyo. While everything is great, they still have to fix their exhaust system to lessen the smoke inside.
The long queue was definitely worth it, we really enjoyed our Wagyupsal experience. The food was great particularly the chapchae, fish cake, wagyu chuck roll and tempura. Their ice cream was also unique, it tasted like chuckie! The staff were also very friendly and attentive to our needs. The ambiance is ideal for a date. Highly recommended!
Itâs one of my favourite korean bbq spots! The ambience and quality of their meat is worth the drive to this restaurant. Would definitely come back again!
Excellent eating experience. From walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink/food order taken. Meal was served quickly and excellent taste on pork and beef. Wagyu was really great. Very unique experience since they are serving unlimited wagyu in a korean restaurant. Server was very friendly and helpful. I love this place.
Had dinner here with my girlfriend a few days ago. Staff was very welcoming and attentive though I think if you'll be seated next to the entrance, you might have hard time getting the staff's attention-esp with the background song.
The makis taste fresh. Was also expecting wagyu to be sparsely cut but surprised that it was thick. Would come back when we're in the area!
We had the unli wagyu option and it was sulit. Unlimited pork, beef and wagyu beef meat, tempura and other sides which were all good. The other review here was correct though â go for the thinner cut wagyu, it's yummier. Staff were great, everyone was attentive and addressed needs as immediate as they could. Giving them 4 stars though because the place was hot. Aircon wasn't working I think. So it was a bit uncomfortable. But will definitely go back.
I call this the level up of all the Samgyusals, love the side dishes, for wagyu unli they also serve unli tempura. 3 kinds of sauces all very good, staffs are friendly, the only downside is, thereâs too much flies inside hope they can do something about it.
Went here for the first time with my officemates and I must say that itâs worth every penny! We got the Wagyu option and we ordered wagyu meats all the way! The meat quality is really good. Itâs not marinated and we ate it at medium rare. There is also unlimited tempura (wagyu option) which tastes good. The sides are amazing as well, itâs probably at par with more gourmet korean restaurants. The only knock I think is the lack of variety in wagyu meats, but itâs fine since the meat quality itself doesnât need to be marinated. By the way, so far the Service has been great as well. Weâll be back for sure!
The Korean BBQ invasion has long started in Metro Manila. Filipinos have been queuing for at least 30 minutes just to enjoy unlimited grilled meats with their favorite banchans. But with all these Korean BBQ places opening around town, how would you know which one you would devote your time and money on when they all offer practically the same menu?
Can't get enough of All-You-Can-Eat BBQ but would like better ambience and service and of course, QUALITY of MEATS!?
You'd better head over to Wagyupsal in Kapitolyo. Gold it the color of anything metallic here from the spoons & forks to drinking cups to the exhaust tubes.
For Php599, you get unli pork + beef meats with unlimited rice and banchan plus cheese and steamed egg.
For Php899, you get the unli pork + beef PLUS the Wagyu!... And unli side dishes of shrimp tempura and Wagyu Rice!! San ka pa!?!?
I love the Wagyu meats of Bolar Blade (thin slices) and the Top Round ( thicker slices).
The Wagyu rice is so good too.
The Wagyu meats are so good!
Highly recommend!!!
The first time I saw this restaurant going around in social media, I knew that I had to try it. I identify as a carnivore and I cannot go one day- maybe even one meal without meat otherwise I'd just be disappointed until I have one. So, I skipped everything and went here immediately because KBBQ with wagyu? How often will you have the opportunity to spoil yourself like this? Honestly, this is probably one of the most enthusiastic reviews I have written in a while because I am just so passionate about KBBQ places especially since I can't wait to tell you that this is one of the places who actually plays Korean drama soundtracks instead of KPop songs. I mean, I love a lot of Kpop songs but Kdrama songs are what gets me in the mood. Okay, I'm getting a little sidetracked here but I needed to praise them for that.
ANYWAY, so here's the catch though, most KBBQ places you'd only pay around 500 to enjoy the whole experience. Here you have to pay 900 which is almost double the price but let me ask you again, how often will you have this opportunity? Unlimited wagyu? Unlimited tempura? Let me tell you a few points why spending your money here is worth it.
I won't even say the unlimited wagyu anymore because it's stating the obvious and you're asking for "what else?", right?
The side dishes aren't just vegetables, there's soup, fishcake, cheese, japchae, and with the wagyu package, shrimp tempura as well! I love their side dishes because they still paid attention to the quality of these dishes.Â
The cheese is also worth mentioning. It's so creamier and because of that it goes way better with the meat. I actually had to ask what kind of cheese they use but turns out, they actually make their own mix along with just cheddar.
The grill is also way better than most places because it cooks the meat quickly. As soon as the meat went into that grill, the meat was already sizzling. It probably helps that the meat wasn't too thickly sliced so we definitely ate a lot.Â
The rice also isn't just plain rice. They give you a cup of kimchi rice with wagyu bits. You won't even think about not getting that cup of rice. You can ask for the plain one though if that enticing combination isn't fit to your liking.
Their interior is also very pleasing to the eyes. I think a restaurant with a nice interior helps in the overall mood of the customer. If you like what you're looking at, you enjoy the food as well.Â
You can also ask the crew to cook for you if you're not the type of customer who likes cooking their own food. They're very attentive and they surely know how to treat their customers the best way possible.Â
I feel like if this place peaked your curiosity, you should give it a try. I've given a lot of good points but it still all boils down to the food, really. I love the meat and I love the side dishes and that's what's important. I'm already planning my next visit actually.
Wagyupsal (Unlimited Korean BBQ + WAGYU)
UNLI WAGYU for only 799php!!!
Wagyupsal is a level up modern Korean BBQ restaurant offering unlimited WAGYU for only 799php.
Interior design is very Instagrammable. Inspired by neon lights, modern concrete and wall art mural.
You get to enjoy flavored pork and beef and WAGYU. Other Korean restaurants focus mainly on meat flavors, Wagyupsal's side dishes are unique as they offer japchae, green onion salad, fish cake, pamuchin, steamed egg and cheese.

#20 D-Strip Building, Kapitolyo Pasig
Featuring Wagyupsal's Unlimited Pork, Beef, Wagyu and Tempura Set!
Wagyupsal was the first samgyupsal bar I've tried that also serves unlimited tempura (does that make them a Jap resto now too? lol), and what's special about them too is that they also include beef wagyu and I was lucky enough to be part of the private testing event!
Had tried almost ALL of their types of meat from pork (samgyupsal, pork bacon, pork bulgogi, spicy pork belly), beef (woosamgyup, beef bulgogi, spicy beef bulgogi), wagyu (bolar blade, top round, chuck eye roll) with unlimited kimchi or steamed rice, kimchi soup and side dishes! For their side dishes, we had the japchae, japanese salad, kimchi, and fish cake. On the griller, there are designated parts where they put the steamed egg and homemade cheese.
What I love most about Wagyupsal is their marinated beef. My personal favorite was their Beef Bulgogi that has the right amount of sweetness almost close to the mainstream Korean fast food here in the country. Especially when dipped to the melted cheese-- heaven!! Their tempura is surprisingly good too!
The manager and staff were approachable and very friendly. The ambiance is bursting of kpop visuals and made me feel like I'm in a music video with some kgroups. Really lovin' the interiors! Daebak! They even played some of my favorite songs from the DOTS (Descendants Of The Sun) OST!
Hoping to come back soon!
As the Samgyupsal era continues, innovation and additional flare are necessary. Wagyupsal understands this fully as they offer all you can eat local wagyu, tempura, pork, beef, and Korean side dishes for just Php 799!
Since they just opened, itâs best to visit them now as they are giving discounts and waiver on leftovers. Expect also a place thatâs cleaner and more organized.
If youâre on a budget, they have Php 499 only in 4 kinds for pork and 3 for beef. Both come in fresh and with marinated flavors. Personally, I liked the spicy and bulgogi varieties.
On Wagyu, the restaurant provides you two types- bolar blade and chuck eye roll. I suggest going for the latter as it is served thinner and with more fat. The tempura, on the other hand, was not as interesting. Maximizing your fill with Wagyupsalâs meats would be good.
When other Korean establishments focus mostly on mains, Wagyupsalâs sides impressed me. I recommend having their japchae, kimchi, wagyu rice, and Korean coleslaw.
So whenâs the next family hangout or office barkada meal? Wagyupsal is just in your neighborhood Kapitolyo.
WAGYUPSAL is a new Korean restaurant that recently opened at Kapitolyo where one can pig-out on Unli Pork + Beef + WAGYU for P899 (without Wagyu: Unli Pork + Beef for P588).
So, for an additional P300, you get to enjoy your Unli KBBQ. Don't worry, the Wagyu at Wagyupsal is not the inferior kind nor is it high-grade (they can't possibly sell at that ridiculously cheap price), admittedly. The quality of their Wagyu is above the average. The kind that you would enjoy (especially with the cheddar cheese bubbling on the side) with the Unli Korean Tempura that goes with the set.
Another thing that I liked about the Korean restaurant is the golden look. I'm talking about plated flatware from the water glasses to the flatware to the exhaust. Almost everything is golden making you feel royal at least until you step out of the place.
Royalty or not, everyone who has a tongue for KBBQ can enjoy Wagyupsal. I did. You will, too.
Great food and excellent service! Definitely worth your money! đ I have yet to try the wagyu and the tempura but I'm already loving their pork and beef cuts!
The KBBQ craze is getting intense in the Philippines and the competition is so on! Korean restaurants have been spreading so quickly, we can almost see one in any area, may it be on a commercial or remote location, though we know itâs a survival of the fittest. There are some established ones, some were already left out with the gimmicks, and some willing to take the risk and join the battle â Wagyupsal is the newest contender.
Reading just the name, one can perfectly guess whatâs in store for diners â Wagyu + Samgyupsal = Wagyupsal.
Unli Pork + Beef + Wagyu (P899) â we got unlimited Korean barbeque and unlimited Wagyu beef. Yes guys, WAGYU!! And this is on top of their refillable side dishes (that includes tempura, thank you very much!) and ice cream-all you-can. If youâre still not convinced, then weâre telling you that all these are for just P899!
Running out of moolah? The P599 option, perhaps? Still with everything unlimited, except for the Wagyu and tempura.
Wagyupsal is currently on soft opening but weâve seen lots and lots of customers already. We appreciated that they are not undermanned â we can see an estimate of one person for every three tables, maybe more, which made the refilling of meats and side dishes very fast with little to no delays at all.
Value for money: Service is great. The ambience is great. Food is a steal. We know youâre already paying 400-600 pesos for a regular KBBQ, why not add a little more for Wagyu? Trust us, itâs worth it.
