The reasons why there is always a long queue at Frankie's Megamall, and also that this restaurant has people in it even during the afternoon, are- they have reasonable prices, large servings of great-tasting food, and good service from staff.
There are many restaurants that fail to grasp the basics, for example many restaurants have nice interiors, high prices, but serve mediocre food. I can tell that the Frankie's management knows the formula of what makes a food business work. Keep it up!
It's the freaking best!!! I can eat this all day every damn day
We ordered thru GrabFood. We got the Garlic Parmesan wings plus 2 orders of rice. We were surprised at how big the serving of rice was. One order was already good enough for 2. This was my first time to try the food at Frankie's. The garlic parmesan wings were okay but maybe I should have gotten another flavor. It was good but the taste was too rich for me. I'll try their Classic Buffalo wings next time.
Update (Aug 26, 2020):
We got to try the Classic Buffalo wings for lunch and my hunch was right, I prefer this over the previous flavor that we tried. I love it - we got the mild spicy. It can stand on its own but it also goes well with the blue cheese dip.
All time fave comfort food when stressed at work! Service is kind of slow at night since the place is full.
Always our go-too comfort food. Relatively cheap for the quality of the product. Their classic buffalo wings partnered with their nachos and/or mac&cheese never fails to satisfy cravings. Although, serving is naturally slow, I guess that’s because of large crowds and continious orders from different media.
Definitely a go to comfort food to ease the stress and tiredness from a long day of work. Always Love the wings with salted egg and blue cheese sauce. Added to that the very accommodating and friendly crew, specifically Josh of City golf branch. two thumbs up! Thanks again for your good service and great dining experience.
Sometimes service can be so slow and the waiters seem to be deliberately avoiding eye contact with customers, but thankfully their wings and mac and cheese are always superb.

I love the cheesy bacon wings
I was first introduced to Frankie's by my previous colleagues, and ever since, I've became a fan of 'em bcus their wings are undeniably good and big unlike at... *bleep*
I absolutely love their garlic parmesan, salt & pepper, and salted egg wings! (The gloves are definitely a must-have since all of their wings are finger lickin good) Aside from wings, we also had some pastas, burgers, and extras-- plus cheesecakes!
This is the 2nd branch of Frankie's I've dined in and glad they already expanded in the South area!
he place is surprisingly not too crowded during Sunday lunchtime. Probably because there's more crowd in Goto Tendon downstairs. I ordered spicy Buffalo wings with Blue Cheese dip and I must say, if you want something spicy you should order the very spicy. It's not as spicy as I want it to be.
I like the ambiance of the place, they have trendy ceiling lights and wall paintings. As for the service, the crew is attentive and prompt. They accept credit/debit cards, which is a plus for me.
Food and service is always great! Crew especially Bryan was very quick in handling transactions
