We ordered the Angus Ribeye Twin and the Truffle Pasta. The steak practically melts in my mouth, it is highly recommended, I enjoyed it so much. Good job guys and keep on shining ⭐️
Newly opened Mamou at the Podium is still by far! in my opinion the best steak place in the metro. We had the 1000kg Dry Aged Porterhouse which was grilled perfectly to my liking (as always) along with the steak rice. No matter which branch we dine at we always leave happy and content with our meals.
Mamou is our go-to place whenever we want to celebrate - birthday, promotion or just about any life milestone. Order the perfect combo - steak, steak rice, Lorenzo’s truffle pasta and a glass of wine.
Ribeye plus the the Truffle cream pasta are always a show stopper at Mamou. Simple and straight good comfort food.👌🏼

Excerpt: We decided on having take out food for our anniversary and we chose to get it from one of our preferred restaurants – Mamou.
The staff recommended that we have steamed live Maine lobsters for take out. Good thing we believed them. It was delicious. The meat was firm and not rubbery and it tasted really well with the malt vinaigrette and lemon butter sauce. It came with aligue (crab fat) rice. Lobsters + crab fat rice = happiness, definitely.
We also ordered steak: 28 day dry aged USDA Prime Grade T-bone steak. We ordered it to be cooked medium. The meat was cooked correctly to medium and the texture was almost marshmallow-like in sponginess when bitten. The beefy taste was as clean as it can get. We had Himalayan pink salt at home and it provided a real upgrade in the flavor.

The angus and wawa ribs were cooked to our liking. The truffle pasta was super delicious and heavy to the tummy! The fish fingers are good appetizers as well. Will try the maine lobsters next time. Shout out to Rome, super accomodating!
It was my first visit in this branch and we did order our usual - twin angus ribeye and truffle pasta. I was a bit disappointed with the appearance of the steak (mostly the side part) as it's not as charred as compared to what is usually served from other branches. I believe this also does affect the taste of it. As for the truffle pasta, it was very enjoyable.
As usual, the steak was superb. We ordered the 28oz ribeye. Perfectly cooked (medium). It keeps getting better and better. Excellent. See you again soon. Real soon.
Had Mother's day lunch here last Sunday. Service was excellent. Food was superb. Steak was well seasoned and cooked according to our preference. I must say Mamou has one of the best steaks in the metro. For pasta, we ordered Lorenzo's truffle cream pasta and Mario Bottarga's Spaghetti aglio olio. Pastas were cooked al dente. The truffle cream pasta was not "nakakaumay", it had the right amount of cream, cheese and hint of truffle. Flavor was balance. Mario Bottarga's pasta was my favorite. The fish roe added uniqueness to the usual aglio olio. Roast pork was the best. It was tender, juicy and had citrusy flavor with hint of cumin. I'm not fan of roast pork but this definitely changed my mind. Overall our dining experience was truly remarkable and highly recommended.
Spent our Heart’s day 2019 here in Mamou, Ayala Malls the 30th. I love their steak. ❤️ and their pasta. A bit pricey buy it’s worth it. The ambiance of the place is relaxing with friendly staff.
