Though many restos have already made their names in the Food industry, I really hope Sangkap would made it to the top in the future. Base on the food we've tried, I'd recommend it without doubt. They serve good, authentic Filipino dishes generously. Some of these that you should try are Pritong Hito,
Pancit Malabon, soupy version.
Inihaw na Pusit,
Tortang Talong,
Fried Chicken,
Sangkap Fried Rice,
Pinakbet,
Cebu Lechon Sinigang, and
Chicken Inasal sa Gata.
I really enjoyed everything because the fried rice is so good and a must try, bagay sa lahat ng ulam!!!
Thank you Harvard for having us!

They served Filipino dishes with a twist. Their famous sinigang bagnet was so good. The sinigang soup was full of flavor. The tapa rice, the fried chicken, crispy hito and the tortang talong was equally good as well. Though I think their palabok needs some improvement because it’s a bit salty for my taste. But overall it was a good dining experience here.
Tried the Bacolod Inasal sa Gata and it tastes good. Oily but overall taste is 8/10. Satisfied palate. Ambiance is nice. Aircon was just turned on and it's lunchtime so it's somehow hot (maybe rarely happens?) 5.0 rate but minus 1 for hot lunchtime.
