What I loved about the black angus five cheese burger were the following: the black angus burger patty, the five cheese, and the burger bun.
1. The burger patty is so beefy and melts in your mouth. The beefy goodness bursts in your mouth every single bite.
2. The five cheese gives that cheesy, salty punch in the burger.
3. The bun. Soft, kinda buttery, melt in your mouth. I was just simple yet makes the entire burger so, so good.
Now, about their fries: I've tried both the potato and sweet potato fries. I'm a ketchup person so having quality (Heinz) ketchup went very well with their crisp fries. A perfect contrast to their burger. The sweet potato fries had dry spice that was generously sprinkled over it giving it a little bit of spicy kick. Also, it went well with the ketchup and a little bit of mustard. By the way, if there's no condiments on the table, the condiments are available in the fridge in front of the cashier -- all you have to do is tell them you'd grab some to your table.
Overall, my dining experience in Charlie's is a good one.

I love the wagyu burger,its juicy and cooked the way i like it.
Service was prompt. Cashier was knowledgeable with zomato gold’s buy1+1 promo. Self service. Condiments can be taken inside their drinks refrigerator. Burgers were juicy and cooked well.
Fries was good too.
Food is nice! We ordered their Black Angus Cheese Burger and House Fries. 🙂
One of the food establishments you should try when you visit Kapitolyo. They serve good burgers, pasta, and of course the beers. Has both open area and the air-conditioned area. Place is clean and well ventilated.
Black angus cheese burger is really good paired with iced tea and garlic aioli! Their wings are also my mom’s favorite.. especially with the blue cheese!
One of the best wagyu and angus burgers in the Metro! Wait! I mean in the PH! Charlie's 5 cheese Wagyu and Black Angus Burger are the bomb! Your taste buds will surely grind and thank you with its exquisite flavors and spices. Definitely a go-to during your burger cravings! We also ordered Truffle Fries (with LIVER toppings!!!) and Spicy Buffalo Wings on the side. These are super tasty and comes in large portions! A must try.
PS: Aside from their yummy selection, the owner is super cool and kind. Plus points people!
We ordered the black angus, and since we are on gold, we got it on 1+1.
The quality of food has been consistent ever since. The patty is always juicy and fresh. They suggested angus instead of their wagyu, probably because of freshness. We also ordered the chili and cheese fries and bottomless iced tea.
A real bang for the buck esp since we had zomato gold.
Charlie's has been our favorite since 2008 and the quality of their food has not changed! Our staples: angus burger, fries, nuclear wings, and AIOLI!
Thank God for Zomato Gold! And of course, thank God for Charlie's!
We’re supposed to have dinner here , unfortunately it was closed tonight. I dont know if it’s an ongoing renovation or just for today. It is very unlikely for them to be closed on a Friday.
