Max's Harbor Square is open as early as 7:00 in the morning. This is what I like most because we can go there early in the morning for a good breakfast.
The service never fails to amaze me, the food choices are still appetizing and delicious.. it is still the same Max's I have known.
My go to restaurant whenever I'm craving for filipino food. I ordered this for take-out. I ordered boneless bangus, my mom's favorite, lumpiang shanghai and pinakbet. I like how the vegetable is still firm and bite into it.
This place is relative smaller than the other branches but their service is great! Their staff are very friendly and accommodating, they served my food faster than usual which was great!
It gets jam packed because they have limited seating but they clean and serve tables fast so it’s alright. The air conditioning is not a problem because I didn’t feel warm during my stay.
The only downside is their speakers because it’s broken and they still keep playing music to drown the chatter.
Max's has always been home to me. Filipino food at it's finest at a very affordable price.
What i love about this branch is the parking space, it's very spacious and accessible to the entrance. Friendly for PWDs.
The service: What i love about Max's is that, the staff are very neat and presentable. For some branches the staff are very warm and welcoming, however, at this branch, the staff are a bit snob. We were calling the waitress to follow up our food and for the bill, but they're just ignoring us, we had to call them 4 times, before they got to us. There weren't many people dining at that time.
Food: As always, same taste as other Max branches, We ordered Pancit Canton, the famous fried chicken , beef with mushroom and sweet and sour fish. The beef with mushroom though was a bit disappointing, we couldn't find the beef as there are so many mushrooms. For the dessert, as usual, the buco pandan.
I'd still go back to this branch if I happen to be in the area.
