Good food, huge servings, affordable selection, fast service, polite crew, and chic ambiance. Only downside is that the place doesnt give you the best view of Manila Bay. :)

Maybe the best hap chan branch i have eaten at. Hap chan is a proven name in the chinese restaurant industry and it is easily found in various locations which isnquite convenient. Picked up some japanese guests from the airport and passed here for dinner before going to the hotel. Solid chinese cooking! Lapu lapu was steamed to perfection. Soinach soup was excellent and can be done no better!

Hap Chan Tea House and Seafoods Restaurant actually falls under three categories. First, it is a traditional teahouse where anyone can enjoy sipping a cup of tea while munching some of their best selling dimsums, congee, etc. Second, it offers fine-dining for those looking for exclusive menu cooked by their well-trained and certified Hong Kong chefs.

And don't get confused with the third category; although Hap Chan is known to be a fine-dining restaurant, it also caters plates for casual-dining and full-course meals.

Here's what we had:
• Fish Fillet with Tofu
• Hakaw 👌
• Seafood Fried Rice
• Beef Broccoli
• Lemon Chicken 👌
• Lumpia Shanghai

We ate at Hap Chan Sm City Bacoor, me and my mom loved it. The ambiance, foods and waiters are good. I love the Fried Butter Chicken and the Yang Chow Fried Rice.

Another chinese resto in the metro. This resto will never let themselves get left behind the pack. Their spare ribs are great as well as their dimsum. Their yang chow fried rice is also something to forward to. Reasonable prices for its quality.

Hap Chan became quite popular during the early 2000. It actually expanded, thus there were quite a lof of branches that opened in Manila, Makati and QC area. I remember that I saw this restaurant featured in F, which was then a fashion food feature program in ABS-CBN. This program were then hosted by Angel Aquino, Cher Calvin and Daphne Osena. It was the branch in Malate that was featured in the said show. My favorite here is the fish fillet topped with crispy garlic. Aside from this, they offer dimsum, noodles, soups and other main dishses.

Hap Chan has been around for decades. Must try here are the fish fillet with garlic crust on top, polonchay seafood soup, sweet and sour pork and yang chow fried rice. The congees and dimsums here are also good. However, the dimsums are not readily available so if you're hungry then you will have to wait.

Great choice for eating with huge groups--has a nice, welcoming ambience and food comes for an affordable price. When we dined here around Sunday 6pm, not long after we ordered, customers poured and filled the resto--majority of them came in groups. The moment you sit down, they will serve FREE tea that you can enjoy. Their tea automatically comes with calamansi but not with syrup so don't hesitate to ask. Instead of ordering Chinese food, we stayed within our comfort zone and ordered the usual: Yang Chow Rice and Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet. Both cost around 230-270php. A 530php bill may sound too much for a simple meal for 2 but it was actually more than what we could eat. The Yang Chow Rice was good for 2-3 persons while the Sweet and Sour Fish was good for 3-4 persons. Hakaw is must try which we failed to order this time. I will definitely try it when dine here again. Overall, the ambience is great and the food is alright.
