Been wanting to try this before but we don’t usually drive to Newport Mall. We’ve seen a show in the theater and decided to go for a Japanese dinner. There is a seafood counter upon entering the restaurant where guests can select fresh options for cooking. Ordered the Tempura, Sashimi, Gyu sticks, and Fresh Oysters. Service is fast and the taste is just right.
Great Japanese cuisine that will definetely satisfy your taste buds and cravings. Servings are enough for 1 to 2 persons considering that their prices are affordable. Service is swift and food servers are all accomodating. Worth a revisit, Try it out!
Sarap Pero Meron ako kita isa ipis sa table kaya minus one star , medyo pricey rin but masarap maki nila......................................
A decent Japanese restaurant for those with cravings. A bit reasonable price compared to the other restaurants in Resort World. Also a different vibe that is worth experiencing.
Food tastes good. You can also try a different menu here from the usual restaurants here.
It our first time kaya tinry namin yung platter to taste most of the dishes. And we didn't disappoint ourselves. I love the wasabi fused in the salad.
Ambiance: 3.5/5
Food: 4/5
Service: 3.5/5
We have like 5 hours to kill before our flight to Jakarta, so we enjoyed our lunch here. It’s located at the Resort World just across Terminal 3 NAIA, can walk through the sky bridge. We had the mango salad, “gyoza” or dumplings, and some “kushiyaki” or chicken, seafood, and pork in the skewers. All very good and delicious as expected. The whole lunch we had cost us P1.410 or about USD27. Very satisfying and nice lunch!
Ordered Takoyaki, yakitori, asahi beer and soybeans.
Takoyaki tastes exactly as the ones you can buy in Japan. It has everything a takoyaki should have (nori, katsuoboshi, mayo and sauce). Yakitori is ok, nothing to rave about. I just find it expensive, not worth the price I paid. The place looks like a typical Japanese izakaya only bigger.
When it opened a few years back, we already wanted to visit this place. We finally got a chance to try this out last March and we were not disappointed.
During our visit, we ordered spicy salmon roll, takoyaki and negima yakitori.
All were delicious, although the spicy salmon roll was not a stand out. We loved negima although we find the serving small. The takoyaki tastes authentic and the serving was just right— balls were not too big but still it has octopus bits inside.
We recommend this place because they offer affordable Japanese treats and you’re assured that they are using fresh ingredients. Our orders are priced below P200. Those are already good for sharing.
We’d love to try other dishes from this Japanese market again. Their ramen are also affordable.

Finally got to try this restaurant!! This is always full whenever we're at RWM. It was even a holy Thursday that we are able to get a table 🙏
Ambiance is cool. It has several open cooking stations for every dish. The seating place is a bit cramped though.
Service is quick and friendly. But do expect to try and get the attention of servers during peak hours.
Food is nice. I would say above average. What we really love is the mango kani salad with wasabi dressing 😍😍😍 Takoyaki and yakitori were also good. I felt the gyudon has too few beef slices but tastes OK. The Ichiba maki was sadly underwhelming.
Overall, we are very satisfied and happy with our meal. And ohhh the strawberry slush is ❤️❤️❤️
Cute interior with lots of Japanese stall. They have taiko performance once in a while. Wide range of food option from, salad, sushi roll, ramen, soba, tempura, sashimi until dessert. Love their mango kani salad so much!
