This buffet place in Sheraton hotel was lovely. We had 50 off from BDO credit card promo. The food was mostly Filipino and seafood which were mostly delicious. I aldo enjoyed the salad bar and dessert section (a lot of sorbets and cakes). The only negative for me was that the servers were slow in refilling our water or clearing our dirty plates. They probably need more waiters, but at least they were very kind in their manners.
We had a buffet lunch today at S Kitchen and we had a very good time! I love the set-up, the ambiance... the staff and of course the food especially the dessert section 🙂 I would like to say thank you to everyone who made an effort to help me celebrate with my husband. I was surprised for that cake! I thought it would be just a small slice with a note but instead you gave us a real cake! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much to the chef, to the manager, and to all the staff who sang for us. ❤️
Food was good. Ambiance was nice as well. What I love the most was the seafood section. We ate a lot of seafood there, especially the shrimps. And I also liked the dessert section, there are plenty of variety to choose. The customer service was also great. All of them are gladly to assist all of their customers.

We celebrated our 9th anniversary at S Kitchen (Sheraton Manila). Our dinner starts at 6:30pm, but we arrived at 6:15pm. We were asked to wait at the lounge immediately in front of the reception area, together with the other guests.
Parking - The hotel provides a basement parking for guests. The ticket is free for those who are checked in, and may be validated at S Kitchen for a minimum amount.
Ambience - The restaurant is huge and well lit, can cater up to 200 guests approx. The ceilings are not that high for me, and seeing the cars pass by the main road (skyway and service lane) is a bit distracting.
Food and food preparation - I like it how they managed to set up a semi-open kitchen. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
Food stations:
1 - Roast pig (Lechon), Beef rump and roasted vegetables
**(plus points) Although the roast pig displayed is a humongous one, I was served a roasted young pig. YES, a young or a baby one. The meat was soooo juicy and flavorful. It was one of the highlights of our dinner
2 - Seafood station - medium sized shrimp, mussels, and medium-sized crabs. You can have it sauteed with butter, garlic or sweet soy.
3 - Japanese station - assorted sushi, maki, sashimi
4 - Charcuterie - sliced meat and cheeses, with nuts and fruits **(plus points) I appreciate that more than 4 kinds of meat and cheeses were prepared. I also liked their smoked fish (2 kinds)
5 - Halo halo station, Ice cream / sherbet station, Ice cream teppan
6 - Salad station
7 - Pizza and pasta station
8 - Asian chicken, dimsum, noodles, dumplings
**(note) Their mushroom truffle bun is flavorful, but the ratio of the bun to filling is more of BUN than filling. More filling more fun!
9 - Filipino food - viand and dessert
10 - Fresh fruits, chocolate fountain
11 - Assorted breads, cakes
Although the selection is really not that many as compared to other hotel buffet restaurants, overall, their dishes are good and satisfying.
(minus points) Since the tables as situated as close as possible, it may seem for you to have your picture taken (as a pose), but rather seated in your assigned table. For our anniversary picture, we stepped out of the restaurant (hallway) just to have a good picture taken.
Food was really yummy.. especially the steak, seafood, conchinillo & kinilaw. They serve the conchinillo first before the big lechon, so you better come early because The lechon was really tough to eat.. Skin wasn’t crunchy, it was chewy. Unlike the conchinillo, it was tender, crunchy & juicy at the same time.
There was a section of filipino food like afritada & munggo.. I mean, it’s a 5 star hotel.. They could’ve changed it into a better variety.
The dessert section was superb, the crepe station had a lot of option for the filling. Although there wasn’t enough staff to manage the dessert section(ice cream & crepe) .

Stellar customer service. Nice relaxing ambience, away from the crowds. Great place to catch up.
Lovely breakfast steak. Will come back to try other things on their menu!
Food was good although the selection was limited. Ambiance was nice as well. What I love the most was the customer service. All of them are gladly to assist all of their customers. 👍🏻
One of the best hotel restaurants in Metro Manila. Excellent service, great selection of food and very nice ambiance! Always love spending time with family and friends at S Kitchen 👍🏻
Had dinner here (twice already!). Both the food and the service are impeccable. My favorites were the Ribeye Steak in peppercorn sauce with french beans and bacon and the Atlantic Salmon in lemon caper sauce. Their mashed potatoes are soooo good!
What i find special about this is the lechon.
You can request for the ears!
I love their signature iced tea.
The Filipino section and the cured meat is also highly recommended.
One of the best buffet places. Although selection of food is limited, food tastes great. Customer service is beyond excellent. Everyone is nice and will gladly assist you with anything you need.
I super duper love it here! Good ambiance and very high standard customer service. I would highly recommend Vic who patiently assist us with our needs. Lab ko na si Vic 😄
Good food, great service. Love the lechon, tender, juicy and flavorful. But they need to do something about the flies, they are huge and plenty. It's a five star hotel for crying out loud! Didn't they fumigate the whole area first before operation?!?
Really good food here. My favorite are the salad station, pasta and Filipino sections. The salad is brimming with fresh greens and theres so much choices of dressing. Another must try is the dessert station particularly the crepes! Can’t wait to go back!
