Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. If you guys are looking for Filipino food (main dishes, desserts and street food) from Luzon to Mindanao, I suggest you visit Islas Pinas at Double Dragon, Pasay City. Lastly, the place is so much of a Filipino concept and everywhere is instagram worthy. #LakbayTambay

Affordable Buffet!

Brought my Balikbayan Aunt here who is craving for some classic Filipino merienda.

Food - Options were all good though quite limited, I especially enjoyed the goto arroz caldo!

Place - Nice and spacious. My family ended up taking a lot of photos lols. My Aunt also appreciates that there's a pasalubong center inside!

Affordable buffet with a great theme/interior. Food is so-so. They only have a few selections to choose from. It's a huge place and is totally IG-worthy especially for tourists.

The place was definitely superb! It definitely gave me the feel of the Filipino culture. Well, I won't forget how the foods were absolutely mouthwatering. With the wide variety of foods, I even had a difficult time which of which should land on my plate. Also, it's not just my stomach which "enjoyed", but also my eyes while seeing how beautiful every corner of Islas Pinas was. I remember seeing a real jeepney there where I took some selfies, played Sungka, had some photo-ops while holding real coconuts (buko) and vegetables beside a kubo and so on... It was a very nice experience and if will be given the chance in the future to drop by the place, I won't hesitate to do so. I recommend this to foodies who are into Filipino foods with a twist as well as those who do not only want some good food, but also a good place to dine with your family.

P.S. Good job to those guys who accommodated us. You guys were awesome! Oh, and DD Plaza has a very fast free WiFi.

You will be provided an Islas Pinas access pass upon entry to enjoy cashless and hassle-free dining experience. But take note, you need to keep your card with you at all times as they will charge you a minimum of Php2000 if lost, which is 10 times more expensive than what you pay for your merienda buffet.😅

Ambiance was no doubt, great. It showcases Filipino culture and cuisine. The facade surely brings you to places. The food stations are themed, too!

Was just a bit disappointed with the food choices because I was expecting more since it's a merienda buffet. On the other hand, staffs were accommodating and were all smiles while assisting us. Not bad for Php198.

I would recommend getting here at the moment they serve merienda which is at 3PM as they only serve it until 5:30 since they have to prepare for the dinner buffet at 6:30PM.

Overall, keri na.😊

Nice ambience, great food with value for money. Beef Rendang is a must try.

Turnstiles could be intimidating but entrance to the place is FREE.

I've been curious about this place for quite some time now especially that it became a word of mouth of a lot of foodies.

I never heard a bad feedback so far that is why when I got the chance, I did ate my dinner here.

Ambiance - 5.0/5.0
I cannot call this a food park but more of a lifestyle park that shows the different cuisines and culture of the Philippines. Also, it is very thematic and every spot would bring you to different parts of PH minus the travel. Everything is picture worthy.

Service - 4.0/5.0
I could not discredit the comfort of just having a card that serves as "eat now, pay later" card. And a buzzer that is given to you the moment you order. Very excellent idea. I suggest, the staff on the certain area should learn a Filipino greeting so that it will add to the overall experience.

Food - 3.5/5.0
I ordered Danggit (it comes with garlic rice, egg and atchara)
It was good for me. The danggit is not too salty and at the same time the serving was pretty big. However, I suggest that they should ask the customer about their preference for the egg because most Filipinos do love "malasado" sunny side-up eggs.

I also ordered Chicken Inasalitas and for me its totally good with or without rice.

I would come back to try the others.

Went here on a Sunday with colleagues from Malaysia to give them a chance to taste traditional Filipino cuisine. The place was spacious and the staff very attentive. Food choices were nice and well prepared. My guests loved the food.

One of the best buffet restaurants in the country highlighting popular Filipino dishes . Grilled chicken barbecue and street food are my top favorites complemented by thirst -quenching cold gulaman sago. Payment is very structured by using your Islas card and ambiance is so cool. A MUST try for everyone!

Islas Pinas will certainly make you proud na isa kang Pinoy. 😊 The ambience is remarkable. It showcases how rich the Filipino cultures are. The structures are amazingly built and well-arranged. Every corner is instagrammable. Price of the food justifies its taste and quality. Should I recommend this? Should I go back again? 100% YES! 👍🇵🇭
