Been here more than thrice already, their ramen is consistently good. Waiting time to serve your food is just a bit long.
My boyfriend insisted that we try this place. I am not a fan of udon noodles but he is so I agreed. We waited a couple of minutes in the parking lot since it opens at 11am but when we arrived there are customers inside already.
We ordered chicken karaage, cheese curry tsukemen and marutoku tsukemen. The staff said they are the best sellers.
Chicken kaarage- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Quality is good and taste is good. Not a fan of kaarage but better than other restos.
Cheese curry tsukemen- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Cheese goes well with everything. The fun of dipping the udon noodles in cheese and curry is satisfying.
Marutoku Tsukemen -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you want something fresh on your tastebuds then this is the tsukemen for you. Curry sauce is too strong but this made my tastebuds relaxed.
Overall this restuarant is a 5⭐ for me since the tsukemen here is the best I tasted so far.
Staff are also welcoming and kind.
Ambiance makes you feel that you are in a legit japanese resto along with their Japanese customers. Once you see that there are locals that dine on a resto it means that the taste is legit.
Best tsukemen restaurant. 😁
During my first visit, I tried the following:
Medium double cheese tsukemen - too cheesy for me and I wasn’t a fan of their cheese sauce; medium was also too big a serving when I wanted to try other dishes
Spicy tuna - crunchy and yummy but I was looking for more tuna cubes
Gyoza - good and affordable
Pork buns/charsiu pao - this was the best tsukemen pair for me
During my second visit, I learned to order their usual tsukemen with egg (Ajitama Yuzu tsukemen) in its smallest portion and their charsiu pao — perfect combination.
Tip: ask the servers for broth to dilute your remaining tsukemen dip 💯
The ambience in the store is relaxing, relative to other fast-paced ramen joints. Service is also commendable — the servers know their products and I never had to ask for water because they keep on filling my glass.

This restaurant has been in my must eat places list for a long time now and today I finally had the chance to do it! I was looking for places in MOA when I remembered this one, and it was closer to were I was and decided to go here. I wanted to eat here primarily because of the ambiance. MAJOR JAPAN FEELS. I like that it wasn’t peak hour when I visited, I got to take photos without much shame haha! The food was okay, not my type of ramen mix but it was good for 250. It’s nice that they offer sizes for the ramen, with this you can have control on how much you want to eat. It appears that their specialty was tsukumen but I was afraid to try something new in my level of hungry at that moment.
It’s my first time to try tsukemen! I love how rich the broth is. It’s savory and flavorful. The Ebi Tempura Don is rich in flavor as well. The problem with some gyoza is the wrapper is too thick, this one is not and it’s not sticky. Will try the cheese tsukemen next time!
Amazing place to go when you want the authentic Tokyo village. I like how each serving were arranged, also very accommodating and welcoming staff. Food is not that bursting with goodness. Its just right. ❤️
Mitsuyado Sei-Men is one of my family's go-to restaus over how many years already.
Over the course of my frequent visits, I've noticed that the ramen has gotten greasier (photo for reference) than how it used to before. :( nonetheless, still tastes just as great. The Tsukemen was yumyum! I loved the cheese sauce, not too rich, not too light; just the right balance between the two. The charsiu was well-seasoned and tender. However, the noodles were quite hard and a bit dry for my liking.
What makes up for the *slight* disappointment are the huge servings, cozy interiors and accommodating staff.
Food = 3.5/5
Place and staff = 5/5
Value for money = 4/5. :)
Having lunch there on our way to Star City. Double Cheese Tsukemen is superb!!! Ebi Tempura Don is nice, crunchy and not oily at all! Just the portion is rather small.
One of their waiter is so nice and friendly. He offered highchair for my 1 yo toddler when he saw me sitting him on adult seat (which also okay actually). Nice gesture of him. Deeply appreciate it.
THE BEST! The noodles are thick and authentic. One bite you can instantly know that it's handmade. The soup is also superb. A real Japanese experience with superb serving that is worth your money!
We absolutely looove this place! Quality is very sulit for its price. We’ve been visiting this restuarant atleast twice a month for the past year. No joke.
Their tsukemen broth is very tasty and flavorful. The quality of their noodles is top-notch as well — not too soft nor too chewy. We always order the YUZU tsukemen and KARASHI tsukemen in cold noodles.
Our favorite side dishes are spicy tuna and gyoza, absolutely delicious and worth their price.
Service is great. Quick waiting time and servers are attentive. They make sure to always refill your tea.
I don’t know why this place doesn’t receive as much hype, but it absolutely must! My only request is that you have a loyalty program for your customers, or that you offer delivery services, please! :)
