We wanted to try their version of lechon so we had our early dinner here. We just ordered lechon belly which was really good, crispy skin, tender meat and really tasty! The scallops was comparable with other restaurant’s version because it is filled with cheese, as in more cheese rather than the scallop meat itself. But it’s okay because I love cheese hehe. Would love come back next time to try their other dishes. Fast service & staffs were nice.
Loved their Spicy Lechon and Rellenong Hubad.
We went during dinner time and there were only fee people dining with us. The place is not well lit as you can tell on the photos. But their servings are good for sharing, and I must say the dishes are worth the price.
Zubuchon is one of the top restaurants that we always dine in. Their take on the classic Filipino food is as enticing as the images of it in their menu. We have 2 dishes that we always order whenever we visit:
1. Lechon Sisig – Serving size can fill 2-3 people. Dish is flavorful and a great mix of saltiness, spiciness and crispiness. Though the dish is a bit oily, if you partner it with rice you won’t actually be bothered by it anymore.
2. Sinigang na Hipon – Serving size can fill 2-3 people. Dish is served very hot which is great. At first sip, you can immediately taste the shrimp in the both. Shrimp are cook perfectly, thus being easy to peel. The shrimp are also medium to large size, so it’s definitely a winner.
The staff are also friendly and easy to approach. The downside is that it takes a while for them to approach you/ serve your dishes during lunch/dinner rush. Place can also be noisy at these times but it’s not a big factor since the resto is a family restaurant.
Highly recommend this place and please do try the 2 dishes above to see what I mean.
Pineapple mint shake was weird. The lechon was not Crispy.
Kalabasa soup had an enormous serving. Sisig rice was palatable but not in generous amount. Good for 2 people only
So happy they brought Zubuchon here in manila! They have an affordable and yummy set meals you can choose from. I love the mongo and lechon paksiw taste very good. The set meal was enough for you to get full.
Craved for Lechon and we found Zubuchon! It's very near the entrance of the mall but not quite visible because it is covered by stairs. Has huge seating capacity. The lechon was delicious, crispy. I also liked the cheesy baked tahong. Cheese fitted in the whole mussel shell. Fast service. The only thing I didn't like was - we had numerous attempts to try Zubuchin but during merienda time, they do not serve Lechon.
Been craving Zubuchon for awhile so decided to give in and eat here for lunch. Their lechon is tasty and tender. The skin is nice and crispy. It’s always a treat eating here. They have other pork dishes aside from lechon and non lechon dishes as well.

Best Lechon indeed!!! Crispy! 😋 Their food serving is good for 2-3 persons already. Staff are very accommodating and they’re always checking on you! I guess they checked on us 3-4 times just to ask if we still need something. We just stayed there for 30mins 😆 #lechon #cebulechon #lumpiangshanghai
CLEANLINESS
* The place is clean.
ATMOSPHERE
* I love the Red Color all over the place. I just find it a little dark, maybe they can add some white light. The place is a little noisy though, maybe because there were a lot of people eating. Not a place where you can eat then talk.
SERVICE
* Staff are polite and friendly. They are attentive to the requests of my parents.
FOOD
* I love their vegetable dishes they were really full of flavors.
* I was expecting the skin of lechon to be really crispy. I was saddened for a bit that it is crispy but also it is almost near to be rubbery. The meat of their lechon is really tender and you can taste the herbs and spices used.
