Brie And Rocket

Love their salads. Food is quite good and unexpected for the location. Steak could be less chewy but it’s quite tasty. French onion soup is recommended even if the bread bowl is not so crusty. All in all a place to go back again and again for comfort food.

My team mates had our very late "Christmas Party" yesterday here at Brie and Rocket. We had the unlimited pizza and pasta and it's great! Especially the Gardener's Plaza and Spaghetti Bolognese! ✨

Tried out this resto using a voucher that I purchased online. I usually try out a place after I've read its reviews. And yes, this place did not disappoint. We ordered B & R Salad - the merriment of flavors was simple yet robust, Sisig - better than a lot that I've tried, Onion rings - it had a twist in is flavor which I think came from cumin, Thai Chicken Curry - was very flavorful, and Glazed Salmon - the risotto was good and the peach Glaze gave the dish a twist . Their servings are decent. You know they don't scrimp on ingredients and portion.

Unfortunately, when we visited all their dishes that had shrimp were not available. And service was rather slow. But servers were responsive and very accommodating. They even apologized for the rather slow service.

If you're looking for a place where you can leisurely converse with your family or friends while waiting good food to be served, this is the place for you.

Please read my updated review in the comment section below.........................I could have rated 1 because of the frustration I felt when they served me minestrone soup in a ceramic bowl with 1 small slice of garlic toast (see picture attached). The menu was very clear that it's a soup in a bread bowl. Without any explanation, they just served me this. I asked the waiter and replied that they don't have bread bowl available. Since I felt that he could be a new employee, I went straight to the person he ran into when I first asked him. I talked to the cashier with the assumption that she could be the manager in charge. Her first words were "he's just new here that's why he doesn't know there's no bread bowl" pointing to the waiter. She apologized and offered to give me 4 more slices of garlic toast instead. I was so frustrated with her and not with the new waiter. They all knew, as well as the kitchen staff who prepared it, that they have no bread bowl why not approach me before they prepared it to inform me first. I got back in our table, finished my soup with so much disappointment that I'll be paying whole for the food that didn't satisfy my appetite. I asked the other waiter, who looked more pro, if they can at least offer a 50% discount. He returned and offered me another set of soup without having to pay for both. I refused the another compli soup because I don't want another soup. As we start our dinner meeting, our other orders came in, seafood marinara pasta & B&R pizza. Surprisingly, both dish were extraordinarily yummy. Can be compared to the pizza & pasta of Altrove & Daniellis but with a way cheaper price. The delicious pizza & pasta took away my frustration and I went home thinking about my next visit. To the owner, I hope you can find a responsible manager to take care of your customers. Wishing more customers will discover your place.

A new hole in the wall place along sucat road in front of Max's. Serves pizza and pasta. We ordered Butchers pizza, chef's salad and pasta marinara. Pizza was good, it had a different dough. Salad had huge serving maybe good for 3 or 4. The pasta marinara had a perfect flavor balance and al dente.
