Others may not prefer it, but I really liked the creaminess of their ramen. Their takoyakis are good as well, it kind of has crispiness on the outside. One thing I noticed, is that they have not expanded their menu, there was just quite a few to choose from. Dining and parking space is also very limited.
Best takoyaki ❤️ Ordered tantanmen too, souuuuper love💞
Currently my favorite type of men... Ramen. 🍜😆 Ichiro has the best authentic ramen under 300 pesos 😱 I ordered Shio ramen and it’s salty (well, of course) and very creamy! We also ordered takoyaki( not in the photo) and it’s also good (but I liked Mr. Tentacles more). I’ll definitely be back at Ichiro if I’m craving for ramen on a tight budget!
Nice ambiance and loved the staff! Had the shio and a side order of gyoza. The broth was super thick and rich. Was caught off guard at first but later learned you can adjust its richness with the complimentary dashi broth (instructions written on the menu which naturally I didn’t read 😅). Noodles felt fresh, chewy and filling. Chashu was smoky and tamago thoughtfully made. I’ll leave the gyoza at just ok. There was something missing (maybe I should have ordered something additional to cut the richness of the soup) but I would undoubtedly come back :)
Good place for simple, yet delicious dining.
My fam and I got the seats on the Chef's counters so we saw how they made everything. Kitchen is surprisingly very clean and organized, the cooks though, pay better attention to detail when it comes to the guests needing something than the actual food runners.
I love how simple their menu is so you don't have to go crazy about what to order.
Gyoza - nothing special, really. I think they should just spice up the meat a bit to make it taste different from the others
Chicken karaage - not the best i've had, probably bc I like it when it's crunchy and this wasn't. They could'vr plated it better too, but the chicken was pretty tasty.
Takoyaki - really good! Like any other customer, I'd expect more octopus but it was good nonetheless.
Shio ramen - not my type bc it's creamy. But it's good for people who can't have soy in their lives (aka my mom)
Shoyu ramen - more flavorful and rich than the Shio. Was kinda bland though, I just added the spices they had in front of me + sesame seeds. Still very good ramen though
Tantan-men ramen (no pic, sorry!) - the richest out of all the ramen. Definitely has a nutty and sesame flavor to it. It was really tasty but I don't really like nuts so I'm glad I got Shoyu
Ramen in general - I love how the noodles aren't super soft bc I hate that. The amount of components in the ramen was just the right amount and I can say I was definitely satisfied, even as a person who typically doesn't enjoy ramen
Their Shoyu ramen is suprisingly rich and creamy. Quantity is good for the price too! I highly recommend you to try the Shoyu ramen and their Takoyaki. And also, the place has it’s modern Japanese vibe feel to it. ✨
Tried their tantanmen and shoyu for the noodles and both are delicious. Just the right thickness of soup and there’s balance in flavour. I highly recommend their Karaage. It’s one of the bests I tried! Takoyaki was okay though. Easily my favorite no fuss ramen place at Aguirre.
Not Yoshuken, not Kuroda...Its a 7/10. Its good. Come if you have a craving. Dont be all effin ramen champion reviewer. Just eat and enjoy it.
See, empty bowl.
About left overs,
We Filipinos have a bad habit of ordering too much. - Some italian guy told me that.
Dined here a day ago. Lunchtime and we were the only table occupied. We ordered shoyu ramen, gyoza and Takoyaki. Shoyu ramen was really flavorful but it was lukewarm. Would've preferred it hot. The noodles they used drew mixed reactions. It was very chewy, bordering on tough. I liked it. My two companions who also ordered Shoyu did not like it so much. Gyoza was ok. Takoyaki wasn't really good, despite some IG reviews about it being the best in the south. I beg to differ. Osaka's is wayyyy better but they're closed now. Overall... It was ok. Service was fast.
My dining experience here was great.
Friendly Staff. Clean areas. Fitting ambiance. And of course, good food.
Shoyu Ramen and Tantanmen were said to be the best sellers, and the dishes didn’t disappoint. To add more flavor, you can ask to add DASHI BROTH while you eat. I added a little to my Shoyu; the husband added a lot to his Tantanmen. Tasted so much better. Towards the end of my bowl, it seemed like the flavors settled so it was too rich (which I didn’t mind). Word of advice: continuously stir your ramen if you don’t want to get that UMAY effect (not to be confused with umami).
Great place to dine in BF. Just like any place in BF, parking is a b!tc#; we dined early (around 6pm on a Saturday) so we got 1 of their 2 parking spaces. I saw a parking lot in front of it, but i didn’t catch any prices.
Finally got to give a review. My boyfriend and I first came here on my birthday last year. It was Oct. 23 and I think they just opened back then. We gave their Shoyu ramen a shot and wow. Better than Yushoken at a lower price. We've been coming back every now and again and we still love their ramen as if it was the first time we ate there. I'll probs come back soon and recommend this to my friends too. :)
Do you like Yushoken? This is better than that place (that’s just my opinion lol!) the place is small, but the service is personalised. The owner is always there, to oversee and prepare orders (in our case), and they have an individual timer for every order of ramen to be prep, which is why the noodles are spot on 👌🏻👌🏻. All my friends said it’s almost the same as Mendokoro in Makati, all the same, this is a good place to have a bowl of quality Ramen.
Why 4 then, that’s because (1) I hate wasting food and they have a house rule (which was already explained to me that it’s not only them, all ramen shop do the same) that you can’t doggie bag your left over. Why did I have left over, because (2) they only have one kind of noodle - the thick one, and I am not a fan of any thick pasta or noodles.
Don’t bring your car if you’re within walking distance, parking is expensive right across, that’s your only option since the entire Aguirre street is a clamping zone.

Your friendly neighborhood ramen place is so worth the visit! Good ramen, yummy karaage and delicious chahan! We loved the place. We'll be back George ... Congratulations!
Ramen that eliminates stress from work the moment you sip the soup. 5 stars! The menu is very basic. there are only 3 types of ramen and some few side dishes (and a few rice menu that I've never tried). And the price is very very very affordable, less than 300 for an action-packed ramen. The flavor EXPLODES! Try this, you will thank me later... you will not regret it.
Their Ramen was very rich and flavorful. Yum! Too bad I was unable to try their takoyaki. We had the Tantanmen, Shoyu and Gyoza. A very nice experience and I would definitely come back to satisfy my ramen cravings in the future. 👌🍲
The Shoyu Ramen was great - you could really taste the char on the meat (which was very tender, btw), but not too strong. The broth was smooth, tasty, rich, but light. Almost comparable to Yushoken, but the noodles at Ichiro are cooked so much better: there's bite and bounce. Better than the "extra hard noodles" option at any ramen place you would go to - worth the price, will definitely fill your stomach (or clear your nose of any darn cold - but so will other hot soups, ramen not necessary haha). The Gyoza was good as well, you can really taste the ginger and spring onions without it being too overpowering on the pork. However the gyoza was a little salty, and I would appreciate the option of having my gyoza sauce with or without chilli oil.
Some peeves: the Tantanmen is o-kay. The broth was a little too oily and the beef didn't have that much flavor, can definitely improve. Noodles were great. service is a little slow, or at least the waitress attending to us at the time was not very alert or took initiative (water refills, tissue). Also the space is a bit small - hopefully they expand, or open another branch!
Tried the Chahan (So good!!!), Karaage (Juiciest chicken ever), Takoyaki (Crunchy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside- it also has an actual octopus inside), Shoyu ramen, and Shio Ramen (We love the handmade noodles but, shoyu won us over for the flavor)
Can’t wait for our next visit to try whatever’s left on the menu!
Been wanting to try this place for the longest time and finally we were able to visit last night, surprisingly there was parking available at 7 pm. Lol. Tried the shoyu ramen, takoyaki and gyoza. The ramen was delicious, it was very tasty serving thou was a bit small but still sulit because of the price. Takoyaki was amazing, they were big, crispy on the outside and really soft on the inside and the sauce was really good. Gyoza was also good. The ambiance of the place was nice also, it was clean and simple and the staff were very attentive. Left the restaurant feeling happy and satisfied, would definitely recommend.
The place is still on soft opening. Being long time fans of Yushoken and Mendokoro, we can say that the ambiance and food are clearly inspired by them. This place has the potential to succeed in BF Homes. Just maintain the price range, good quality and quantity of your servings as well as the commendable PR skills of the owner/s so you will have your own loyal patrons.
First 5 rating! Super good food and ambience. Went there at 7 pm and and the place was not packed. We ordered Shoyu Ramen, Gyoza and Takoyaki.
Shoyu - Super close to Mendokoro Shoyu and way way cheaper!!! Meat was as flavorful as Mendokoro. The serving though is a bit smaller I think. But again, the price.
Gyoza - I loooove it too! Generous amount and the doneness is perfect!
Takoyaki - 6 pcs of huge Takoyaki balls! But for me this is not the best Ive tasted so far, but it's not so bad either.
I just love how near this is to my place. This will be my new go-to ramen place. ❤️
We ordered tan tan men, shio ramen along with takoyaki and gyoza.
Ramen was very good and flavorful (it may be close to the one of yushoken’s)
Serving size for ramen, takoyaki and gyoza were generous.
Ambience was very peaceful, owner and staff were very friendly and attended to our needs and made sure we had a good dining experience.
Would totally recommend this place!
A taste of Japan in BF Homes. We love the shoyu ramen here. My wife loves the richness of the broth and firm noodles. The takoyaki is also delish, very airy and light; perfect pair for the ramen. Price is reasonable. Parking is a challenge tho, but worth the wait.

Best takoyaki I've ever tasted so far. Ramen (tantanmen) is also affordable and tastes like the other high end ramen joints. Will surely go back.
Ichiro Ramen is owned by passionate restauranteurs whose been in the business for years, their food reflects the years of research they have done. Although space is limited and parking can be difficult, don't let it dissuade you from trying out Ichiro Ramen. Common parking can be found at the side of the small complex and the pay (expensive) parking on the opposite side of the street. We ordered the Shio Ramen, Shoyu Ramen and the Karaage Chicken. On a different visit i was able to try their Takoyaki. I enjoyed the Takoyaki very much. It was filled with vegetables and squid (or is it octopus) inside. The sauce was salty sweet and the generous Japanese Mayo gave it a richer taste. The Karaage Chicken had a crisp batter and the meat was tender soft. A bit of chili and Japanese Mayo on side was a welcome dip, should order Chahan on my next visit. The ramen can be overwhelmingly rich but it was comforting. The noodles was firm, the crunch from the mushrooms and the softness of the chasu pork blended well. My parents shared a bowl and they were kind enough to give us an extra bowl, they were not strict on sharing considering that they have smaller appetites because they are seniors. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. Would visit again soon. Recommended.
Best karaage in Manila! Ramen tastes similar to Yushoken's although it is a bit saltier. Expect a 20 minute waiting time because the place is small. Would definitely be back soon.
So I tried this new ramen house in my area which last time I checked they only have few branches in metro. About how they move in the kitchen, they pretty well move smart, like they know how to do it fast but with technique so its a plus plus to me. For the pricing hmm its a bit expensive for a small serving but quite affordable still, because for a cause of lets say 300 pesos you can have a fresh legit egg noodles because thats what they use for their noodles. Cleanliness of the place I am giving them 7 coz their place is a bit small so I guess for me I find it really squishy and very crowded too. How they present their ramen, its actually nothing special nothing fancy. Now for the taste, I must say it taste really good, taste like a legit ramen from Japan. I literally gonna recon to you guys to try this one.
While Im waiting for my ramen I tried interviewing some staffs and surprisingly the owner of this resto is also the owner of burger geek in molito. Hmmm interesting.
When I crave for a specific dish i make sure to check all the recommended places all over the metro and this time I'm on a search for the best ramen in town. And this one here didn't disappoint although Ramen Yoshuken set my standards to what to look forward. Ichiro Ramen is on a budget friendly side but it's a steal for the price you get the same creamy and delicious ramen (although the broth is a Lil bit salty) but still its delicious and their noodles are perfect too. Side dishes like the Takoyaki are OK. Kaarage is good and very tender. I just hope they could get refill of their soup even if on extra cost 😋🤗
Located inside BF Homes along Aguirre ave. Ichiro Ramen gives you another option of Ramen goodness. I ordered in Ichiroa are;
1. Shoyu ramen (280pesos) and the taste is almost the same as in Yushoken but cheaper.
2. Takoyaki (135 I think) and it is truly the best tasting takoyaki I have tasted so far.
Another gem here in the south. I will surely go back here.
