Few years back, I did not really like their ramen, it was so-so. I was surprised (i dont know if its just me) that there was a difference on how their ramen tasted now! The soup was really creamy and flavorful and the noodles are not soggy! Will definitely be back for my ramen cravings. 😊
Great tonkotsu ramen at an amazing price! I ordered the kuro ramen, and I can say it can rival Yushoken’s broth and noodles at almost half the price. Their gyoza was nothing spectacular though. But then I really just came here for the ramen and it did not disappoint!
This is my favorite Ramen house! Their noodles is freshly made, soup base is so authentic and the serving is good for my big appetite. I usually order Aka Ramen Set. Imagine for 320 pesos you will get a big bowl of Aka Ramen, Gyoza, Rice and a small fruit bowl for dessert. Their Aka Ramen is creamy with a little kick of spices. Though for the picture I’ve posted, I tried the Aka Ramen with Katsudon Set for only 360 pesos. I’ve been here several times and this is my standard of good ramen. Will never get tired of coming back! Great value for money, Big serving and best tasting ramen! ❤️
I can say KURO RAMEN is one of their best product I tasted. I'm glad that most of the Japanese ramen are here in ph. Though it's not similar to Japan but it's great anyways.
I was amazed when we saw this cute restaurant. The ambiance was really great but the store was just small. Food was great and the price for Ramen was super cheap but the quality of their food and service was great!
One of my "safe" places for Ramen. Their menu is basic but good. Place is cramped and can be a bit hot when full. Their ramen comes with half an egg and one chasu slice (roast pork) but you can order extra. The egg has an interesting salty taste and the pork is very tender. The broth is of good quality and what I like best about here is how firm their noodles are. Even high end places like Ramen Nagi and Ippudo can't do that kind of firmness.
Most of the items on their menu tastes good. The good items aside from their ramen are, pork teriyaki and tonkatsu.
Ramen serving was enough to fill my craving. And yes did I mention about how affordable the price is? The soup base was thick and fantastic. Ramen Kuroda will surely be on your list the next time you crave for something japanese.
My go-to place whenever I'm craving for ramen. I highly recommend ordering their meal sets. My personal fave is the Ramen Teriyaki Pork Don Set 🍜🍚
Talk about value for money!
I ordered the Ramen - Gyoza set (PHP 320) and tbh that was the happiest set I have ever spent money on. You get a bowl of heavenly ramen, a cup of rice, 6pcs gyoza, and other small side dishes! I was really happy while eating this set. Will definitely have this again!
Also ordered their Katsu Curry (PHP 240) and it was also damn good. Only critic: they should add vegetables to the curry sauce so that it would be a complete perfect meal.
Recommended by one of friends so I went and tried to find the nearest one. The place is good. The crew is accommodating. The food, well, personally I really love ramen and this place is one of my favorites because first and foremost, it's affordable. Anybody loves affordable and good food right? Most importantly, the taste. The broth is good and those slices of pork is so tender. It just don't do good for me about the noodles because it was too firm. Well, maybe it was only mine. I don't know for sure. Overall, it's very satisfactory.
