We go a lot here for the Full English Breakfast which is the best in town hehe (and because they are the only one's offering it around Parañaque and Las Piñas as we know of lol). We partner it up with their draft beer which is pretty good, it's quite expensive but totally worth it. The ambience is pretty okay too, it really feels like a sports pub with all the sports channels and foreigners talking about sports too haha we have our go-to combo meal err late night so we recommend y'all doing that too as it leaves you very satisfied right before you sleep hehe. The only problem we have with this Mulligan's is that #1) they don't have service water which sucks, and #2) the service is bad sometimes, there are times that the servers are hospitable, nice, and approachable but most of the time they are very rude and unfriendly.
Under new ownership, being refurbished at the moment, looking good, new aircons being fitted.

Chicken wings, pizza, nachos and beer solb na!
Gave them 4 star because of the parking boys, I think they should regulate them. 50pesos for parking.
Best thing about this place is that it’s open 24hrs! But! Can we have some celery and carrot sticks with your buffalo wings? Even if optional with additional price. It’s just not right not having them. :)

If you’re looking for a bar where you can just chill out with your friends, this is the right place to be! You can have dinner and have great drinks afterwards.
The ambiance is not the same with your typical go-to-night-bar and I think thats great for those who doesn’t want to get wasted for the night😂
Good sporty ambiance. Great place to drink and eat with friends. They serve in huge portions so its sulit naman for the price. I ordered the wings and it came HOT and DELICIOUS. Would definitely order again in the next World Cup 👌🏻
I love the food and ambiance at mulligans. It's a good place to hangout with friends or just chill after a long and stressful day at work. They serve different kinds of beer from local to imported ones, by the bottle, per mug or pitcher, you can have it however you want it. Pizza is delicious, love their buffalo wi ngs, nachos are a good appetizer and serving is huge. Even their filipino food is good, love the sisig, beef tapa and lechon kawali. They have promos daily so watch out for those buy one take one deals. Lol. It's also a good place to watch basketball or boxing matches, the crowd's energy makes it more fun. One thing i dont like thou is how the servers seem to pay more attention to foreign customers. Lol. But overall its a good place to try out.
Okay, I've got to admit, the place has changed, but there are a couple dishes that are worth trying. Try the Full Breakfast (well worth the 300+ pesos) and the Beef Tapa. You cannot go wrong with these. I've had their American Burger but it was a bit dry.
Unlike bars located in the North, (I have lived in QC for 11 years) the difference between them is that south bars tend to be more chill like its people. No loud music, no dancing, just plain quiet time with friends. Politics and whatnot over bottles of beer.
Mulligans has that. The exterior may fool you. Looks shabby and unwelcoming but the inside speaks the opposite. Spanish Tiles on the floor and wooden tables and tools mimicking pubs of Ireland i suppose. It's a very chill place packed with accomodating staffs. A bit pricey for its bucket of beer (450PHP) but the place is for chilling and not hardcore partying. 👌
Loved the cozy feel good of this place. A good place to meet up with friends and just drink, dine and enjoy the company of your friends. Food is good and loved the serving of their tapa 😋👍🏻
