Hello Shakeys, I was requested by your folks down at the Mindanao Avenue branch to give feedback about our dining experience yesterday evening. Needless to say, I am generally satisfied with Shakeys. Your trademark thin crust pizza and your mojo potatoes has been our family's favorite ever since - four generations to be exact. I am certain, the taste of your Managers Choice and your mojos has been always the same compared to when I was still a kid eating at your West Avenue branch in the 90's - tasty and delicious as ever. But what really keeps us from coming back to you guys is the brand of good service that we always get every time we dine in, do takeaways, or call your delivery hotline. Although more often I give feedback on food and seldom on the service and staff, yesterday's experience was definitely an exception since I really enjoyed how your staff treated us. My sister, in particular, who just got back from working abroad for more than 5 years was pleased by the experience that all she said after our dinner was, "It is so good to be back in the PH because of Shakeys" Truly, your staff at the Mindanao Avenue branch deserve some commending since they've been good examples of how excellent customer service should be through their way of service - friendly, responsive, and accurate. Kudos for employing staff members like Renz Estrella and Adrian Sitchon who goes over and beyond with their service as well as managers like Jay Punzalan who champions the brand of service, employees like them give to customers. I like the service at Shakey's Sm Mkna. The staff are very accomodating and pleasant. I love their pizza, pasta specially the monster spaghetti and their salads. Variety wise Shakeys have always come up with new offerings from time to time. So far I have never had any unpleasant experience with this branch.
