Hello Shakeys,
I was requested by your folks down at the Mindanao Avenue branch to give feedback about our dining experience yesterday evening.
Needless to say, I am generally satisfied with Shakeys. Your trademark thin crust pizza and your mojo potatoes has been our family's favorite ever since - four generations to be exact. I am certain, the taste of your Managers Choice and your mojos has been always the same compared to when I was still a kid eating at your West Avenue branch in the 90's - tasty and delicious as ever.
But what really keeps us from coming back to you guys is the brand of good service that we always get every time we dine in, do takeaways, or call your delivery hotline.
Although more often I give feedback on food and seldom on the service and staff, yesterday's experience was definitely an exception since I really enjoyed how your staff treated us.
My sister, in particular, who just got back from working abroad for more than 5 years was pleased by the experience that all she said after our dinner was, "It is so good to be back in the PH because of Shakeys"
Truly, your staff at the Mindanao Avenue branch deserve some commending since they've been good examples of how excellent customer service should be through their way of service - friendly, responsive, and accurate.
Kudos for employing staff members like Renz Estrella and Adrian Sitchon who goes over and beyond with their service as well as managers like Jay Punzalan who champions the brand of service, employees like them give to customers.
Please take good care of these people - they are definitely your company's assets.

I like the service at Shakey's Sm Mkna. The staff are very accomodating and pleasant. I love their pizza, pasta specially the monster spaghetti and their salads. Variety wise Shakeys have always come up with new offerings from time to time. So far I have never had any unpleasant experience with this branch.
This is the nicest Shakey's outlet I've ever been to. Great service, nice atmosphere and approachable staff.
Just had a bunch of lunch and I enjoyed the food and my dining experience. Sana all branches ganito. :)
Came across their poster offering breakfast set and was curious to try it out. For 165pesos, you can have an individual size of pizza (three flavors available but had their bacon and cheese), ucc coffee or juice, pork and beans and scrambled egg. The pizza was a good one. Everything blended well and the texture of the dough was perfect. Just that it's too small for 165 pesos.
I've also had a three piece chicken with mojos and I really liked their chicken. The coating and marinate was flavorful. I didn't remember their chicken to be as tasty so this was a surprise. Overall, i think shakeys improved a lot since I last dine at one of their branches.
You would never really regret dining in Shakey's since, based from my experience, they are very consistent when it comes to their food and service. Their pizza is a classic and is always very tasty especially when ordered as thin crust. Their mojos is also very good and something I always crave for especially with zesty caesar dip. The staff are also very quick and accommodating.
Shakeys Delivery has so far been consistent through the numerous times I've called, always on time, requests for extra ketchup, extra ice are granted. I just hope next time, they be more mindful on how they prepare the pizza. Sad that the slice i ate only had pineapple chunks, no ham. It's just a reminder to be consistent, not really a complaint. Still a good job Shakeys since it has more pineapple than the usual.
A family-loved restaurant. We go here for random family dinners/lunch and when with balikbayans. Homey feel, staff is very nice, friendly and always at your service. Price is reasonable. We love now their promo of P2018.00 until end of the month, such a good deal you cannot refuse. Will always be go to restaurant. Keep up the good work!
New discovery and we loved it, Bacon and Cheese Fusilli.. Such a delight.
