If you're looking for some freshly-baked pizzas made with quality ingredients, Crimson Hotel's newest food destination, the Firehouse Pizza features New York Style pizzas, and it will surely satisfy your pizza cravings.
All pizzas are baked to order on the premises in an Italian-style wood-burning oven – making every meal an exciting experience every single time. They use real Italian flour, yeast, and sourdough were mixed carefully and rested long enough. Service was excellent. It was easy to get their attention because the counter is just there in front as well as the oven they are using for their pizzas. You can see how made their pizzas and the salad. For the first timers, I recommend the Four Cheese pizza. You also have the option to choose which type of cheese to top your pizzas (Chili Boconccini, Scamorza, Ricotta, Parmesan, Buffalo Mozzarella, Burrata, Fior Di Latte).
Feeling full and you wanted something light? They offer fresh starters and light appetizers such as Mini Calzone Salad (I like it), Panzanella Slad, Garlic & Herbs Flatbread with Dip, and many more. They stay true to their words, "certified freshness from oven to plate". There’s also a wide selection of excellent wines, drinks, and cocktails shaken to order. They also have frappes, and for a change, I tried the Matcha frappe. It's not too bitter, it was creamy, and it has a hint of sweetness as well.

It's been a long time since I've dined in a pizza parlor and this one located at the ground floor of Crimson Hotel, gives me the New York feels or the scenes in American films where the jocks go for pizza and chill.
For the appetizers, we had the anti-pasti platter, mini calzone salad, and burrata salad. The anti-pasti platter we ordered was the for sharing, and it consists of assorted cuts of cheese, mushroom, salami, olives, proscuitto, pepperoni and artichoke; while the salads made me very health conscious.
For the pizzas, we picked the Pepperoni Pizza with Scamorza, Firehouse Pizza with Burrata, and Seafood Pasta with Chili Bocconcini. For the Signature pizzas, you can customize what kind of cheese you're craving at the moment btw. All of the pizza's are good for 3-4pax, made fresh and baked straight from the brick oven, and aren't near the taste of NY style pizza's I've tried so far here (since I haven't been to the Big Apple yet haha) All of the pizzas have the right amount of toppings on them, and so good, but my ultimate fave is? Four Cheese, of course! Guess what, we had 2 Four Cheese pizzas just because we loooooove cheese. Who doesn't? It'll make you forget your name for the second you had a slice of it.
For the beverages, we had some Matcha Frappe, Cookies & Cream Frappe, Salted Caramel Frappe, Chocolate Milkshake and Iced Americano. Frappes and milkshakes are refreshing, not that sweet.
Would love to bring my fam and other sets of friends here for an all-out pizza night!
If you are craving for fresh-from-the-oven kind of pizza, Firehouse Pizza is a sure win! They have 5 types of premium cheeses to choose from as pizza toppings. Among the list of their classic pizzas, the Four Cheese is my favorite—I just can't get enough of each slice.
But wait, beyond that, they also serve fresh salads that are crisp, flavorful, and fresh. Their signature Firehouse Pizza is also quite remarkable—this is the kind of guilty pleasure food that I'd crave for at midnight.
The place has a chill vibe. Their bar section and wide selection of drinks and mixes, make Firehouse Pizza a perfect spot, not just for the perfect slice of pizza, but also to share a perfect pint of drinks with friends.

It’s a good day in Alabang indeed, thanks to my newly discovered pizza place — Firehouse Pizza. Located in the ground floor level of Entrata Urban Complex (same building as Crimson Hotel) this pizza place just recently opened their doors last November 2019, blessing the south with their great interiors, good service, homemade sourdough pizza, and oozy cheesy goodness! Firehouse with Burrata Cheese made the list for me! You can literally taste the meatballs with chili oil. It’s a bit spicy but it definitely hit the spot for me!

The starters are sooooo good! Truly made with the freshest and quality ingredients. The pizzas are unique but made to suit the Filipino palate. Not your ordinary New York Style pizzas, they taste legit. Bring your kids here it's kid-friendly and they will enjoy watching the staff toss the pizza dough in the air.
Their pizzas are great. Unique yet delicious flavors. Not that big but can surely fill you up. Definitely worth the price.

I am not into pizza nor a burger person. I can take only a bite because of family gathering but I will not buy it. Actually, they are happy about it and watch out for it whenever I eat a pizza or burger. Definitely, once I cannot finish a slice of it, I will give it to them my share – the reason why they are really glad because this would add up to their cravings.
But not with Firehouse. I finished two (2) slices and quite full already.
For something that is hand made and fresh when I was seeing them doing it painstakingly, I was engaged to give it a try. They cooked their pizza in a brick open fire that is not common nowadays.
After it was baked, they put toppings that are into premium ingredients. One can choose also different cheese toppings on their classic pizza like burrata, chili bocconcini, parmesan, ricotta or scamorza.
Aside this is a rolling dough, it serves also salads. Highly recommended is the Burrata Salad. This is simply served with Garden Tomatoes and Mesculin leaves oozing with lot of freshness of Burrata cheese drizzled with Balsamic Olive Oil.
Wines and Cocktails are also available for serving which is best partnered with pizza. Tequila which is a refreshing hit of mint and lime and the classy salted rim Margarita. You can also request the bartender to adjust your drink.
f you like a 2-in-1 coffee con dessert, then try the Affogato. It is a two delicious essentials: espresso and gelato. Served by pouring the pipping hot espresso until the cold gelato is drowned.
This is a new venture at Crimson Hotel which combines the New York firehouse concept with the laid-back vibe of the southern Manila into one crazy pizza joint. It is a cozy, new hang-out place for all pizza lovers to look for.

Enjoyed my dining experience here last night. The staff were very attentive, hospitable and friendly. Shout out to Alon - the server assigned to our table, he really went the extra mile to meet all our requests and needs.
Love the pizzas that we tried. When they served the pizzas and other food that we ordered on our table, it was already a feast to the eyes. The antipasti, flatbread and salads are so colourful and fresh! Indeed the flavours and the preparations are superior. The crust is not oily. The cheese is incredible (I actually had takeouts I ate this morning, still very tasty after reheating)...
My top pick for the cheese would be the Burrata :)
We had the Firehouse Burrata (which is my top pick), the Manhattan buffalo, Time Square Scaramoza, and Seafood Burrata. Our starters were Panzella salad, herb and garlic flatbread. I ordered salted caramel for my drink - which I enjoyed so much!!!!
Next time, I wanna try the unlimited mOjito for Php400 :)))

This pizza place will definitely satisfy your pizza cravings! They have a wide variety of mouth-watering pizza flavors which you will definitely shouldnt miss. They use high quality meat, cheese and toppings on their pizza. It is freshly made and brick oven baked. As a super fan of cheese, they have options on what type of cheese you want to go with your pizza. This is really awesome!
Out of the 7 pizza flavors we’ve tried, my top 3 are Garish Gravlax, Times Square and Aglio Olio. To be honest, i had a hard time picking my favorites for their pizzas are really worth your money.
Aside from their pizza, they also offer frappe, juices and alcoholic beverages too. Their beverages are average and quite expensive. They have starter set also. We tried their Mini Calzone Salad and tastes good too.
The ambiance of the place and their friendly and accommodating staff will surely add a plus factor in your experience in dining in this restaurant. I am looking forward in visiting this place again. 😊

Amazing food, quick service, and a great atmosphere. Tall windows and wooden tables are a great combination for the instagrammable food. Would definitely go back.
