Ebi King is a winner! As described with special shrimp oil and dried shrimp powder, the flavor is amazing! I enjoyed eating this dish because it was also my first time to be given a ramen bib. It made perfect sense considering the flying seafood broth I made during slurps. If you love slurping out of shrimp heads, this place creates that experience in the form of ramen.
I'm extremely happy with this flavor, and whether this dish is temporary or permanent, I'm sure to return for more ramen. Thank you to Gilbert for good service and offering water. (Water is alkaline because I noticed the lemon in the pitcher.)

Great job as well for Greenbelt 3!
The best so far.. i walked from my hotel to MOA twice a day just to enjoy their savory one of the best ramen. I know it's a very busy place but one thing that I noticed is the staffs are just too busy taking oreders, forgets to smile and slow down to create a emotional connections with customers. I don't see them go back to the table and asked about the food and everything else. One of the lady that works there, she must be on management and she doesn't even interact with customers. I rated them with five stars on food taste and quality but two on customer service.
Ramen nagi 🥰
Great taste especially broth 🤤🤤
Full bodied of taste plus the noodles and the meat perfect for rainy season
I have always been a fan of good quality ramen and Ramen Nagi takes the rightful spot as one of the bests I've tried.
From the tender meat to the rich broth, I just loved everything about it. We also tried the Green King which was, to easily explain it, a pesto ramen complete with parmesan. It was something pleasantly new. Not your typical ramen but it was really good.
We also tried their karaage and gyoza (not pictured) and also recommend trying those with their ramen.
The only reason I would only give Ramen Nagi a 4 out of 5 is because the pricing really isn't for every budget especially if you want all the possible toppings you can have like I do.
Would still come back and recommend to anyone!
Ramen Nagi is always awesome although it would've so much more if they had smaller portions for people who would like to eat alone and can't finish the big bowl. Menu items for dessert too is limited, would be cool for them to add.
One of the better Ramen Nagi restaurants we've been to.
We went to avail of their birthday promo: FREE Butao bowl on your birth month if you bring one paying adult will order the same.
--== AMBIANCE ==--
This restaurant is probably the smallest Ramen Nagi we've been to but the location doesn't have that much foot traffic so we haven't seen this place full. They also get the full noontime sun which can make the place extremely hot at noon but they do combat that with extremely high ac which works really well. The only problem is the ramen bowl gets cold fast.
--== SERVICE ==--
Service is good, at least they try to be. Not sure what's up with them today but they look upset with something and it's affecting the service. I felt they were really condescending in the way they served. Also, the food came out fast which is great but we practically didn't get any decent service after that. ☹️
--== FOOD QUALITY ==--
The ramen was definitely better than the one I had at their Trinoma branch. I'm happy with the rich flavor my ramen had.
If it's your first time at Ramen Nagi, you'll be ask to customize your bowl according to your preferences. If you're not sure what to get, just go for the Chef's Recommendation. You can also choose the spice level if you want to bring the heat. Just make sure that you mix the bowl because they put the chilli paste under the noodles so you won't get the spiciness until you mix it.
--== What we ordered ==--
* Butao Bowl
* Gyōza
Everything is appetizing, from the ramen and appetizers like chicken karaage and their gyoza! 😊 We enjoyed it and we spent 995 for three recipes!
Another go-to place for your quick ramen fix! This crab king ramen is for the win! Super yummy! The place though gets too crowded a lot so this place is ideal for you if you're fine with the crowd. A ramen lover should try this place! 😊👌
ordered the red king which had just the right amount of spice, and was generous with the pork. and they offer bibs in case you're worried about ramen stains. i liked the checklists which allowed you to customize your ramen to your liking, although i went for the chef's recommendation this time around. the portions are really big, these would be better shared since they don't allow takeouts, something to do with ensuring quality which i don't exactly buy. the tables are also small, spacious for two but with four it gets crowded real fast.
Black king - 4.5
Expected but well-balanced flavors from a good ramen. Their checklist style ala ichiran helps you achieve your own perfect dish. I also enjoyed the black meaty bits, tender pork shoulder chashu, and their generous serving.
Butao king ****
Richer flavor, which is great but can easily be cloying after a while.
Gyoza ****
Light and fun to eat
Karaage 3.5
Good taste but pales in comparison to other leveled up karaage
Place ****
Ample seating, open kitchen style, with beautiful interiors like you're actually in Japan. No inhouse restroom tho.
Service ****
Courteous and attentive servers. Serving time was relatively fast. A number of condiments are available per table.
Price 3.5
Quite expensive although justified by the quality and serving size, at least for the ramen. Meanwhile, i think the gyoza and karaage are overpriced for their small serving.
Credit cards are accepted. Bill includes service charge.
Servers are very polite and accomodating. I like how you can customize your ramen by filling out a checklist. Makes the experience more fun. I always come back here when I need some good ol' creamy ramen soup! It's one of the best places to get your ramen fix in the metro. ♥️
Best Ramen in Manila, so far.
My usual should be the King Butao.
Loaded with garlic.
Normal noodles.
Regular broth.
Pork Shoulder.
Think of the sound of guns fired during those old cowboy movies:
Butao!
Butao!
Butao!
Butao!
Butaooo!!
