I’ve been craving steak for a while now, but didn’t know where to eat without breaking the bank and still have legit steak. At Jaeu you get both with the added bonus of great ambiance and a friendly staff, making your experience even more enjoyable.
Steak was cooked sous vide. It was just utter perfection. I have no words.
Definitely #TeamSteak (my plate was wiped clean by the time I finished) but the ramen is also yummy. I also recommend the Crema Catalana, Chicken Karaage, and the Gyoza.

Best Ramen, Gyoza, Steak and Frites and house blend Iced tea.... Everything superb! 😋❤️💋
This place is awesome delicious food and very relaxing ambience drop by and experience JAEU!
The food and ambiance are great. Best for meeting friends, families and associates. I would recommend to visit even just to chill.
The ramen and steak were super good!! Two of my faves in one restaurant! Must try!!
Tried the spicy miso ramen - the noodles are perfect and the ramen broth is delicious. Had the cold tofu for starters - light but appetizing.
I try not to finish ramen broth, but the Iekei ramen here is so good I couldn’t help it.
Will definitely be back to this Japanese and Euro inspired restaurant!
Good food. Great, fast and responsive service.
JAEU, this was our first time trying this ramen shop in Festival and it wasn't a mistake at all. Japanese-European fusion what more can you ask for a better combination. They have ramen and steak. Who would not want that? But we stick to the theme of the night which is ramen night. 🍜
To start off, the staff were very friendly and prompt on assisting us. We asked what is the best seller they suggested that it was all the best. Well let's see.. We tried the Yokohama and Tantanmen Ramen style, and added Gyoza and the Dragon Maki Roll that was a first for me. The Gyoza is full of meat unlike other stores that has this "airy" sensation when you take a bite. The Tantanmen was really flavorful, compared to my Yokohama which is not that bad. But I'd prefer the Tantanmen especially if you are into spicy based flavors. The star of the evening for me would be the Dragon Maki Roll. The first thing to tickle your tounge would be the avocado, then a crispy filing in it. Not sure what it was, as long as I enjoyed it. Hahaha!
For people who will go here, I'd recommend getting the dragon roll. Since I am a member of Zomato Gold the other ramen was free. Thank you Zomato Gold! I'll be sure to return here. Especially for the steak.. I'll be back next time to order you.. 🤔
Keep it up JAEU!
The food is superb! We ordered gyoza, Tantanmen, Yokohama Ramen and Dragon Roll maki. Gyoza is the first one that was served and we're impressed about the size and taste. It has more meat inside and we didn't need to dip it in soy sauce because it's already tasteful. Next to serve was the ramen, Tantanmen for me and Yokohama for my hubby. Tantanmen is one of the House Special Ramen of JaEu and it's very flavorful. The texture of the soup is thick and the flavor is strong, which my hubby and I liked. On the other hand, the Iekei Yokohama Style Ramen is mild but still tasty.
What we liked best is the Dragon Roll Maki which I think I'll come back for. Overall, we're super satisfied with the food experience in JaEu. 😍🤩
CONCEPT: JAEU means Japan-Europe. You could easily relate the branding to the interior design of the place. The restaurant is divided into two, both casually diaplaying each of the countries iconic interior designs. Even the graphic design displayed at the glass door is brilliant- 1/2 images of Tokyo tower and eiffel tower adjacent to one anothers!
FOOD: Their japanese menu has all the classic faves - ramen, sushi, karaage, sashimi.. but what strikes me the most... is their generous serving! It is really worth the price 😍 For the sushi, I tried the Dragon Maki Roll and Futo Maki. The Dragon Maki got my attention but the Futo Maki caught my heart ❤️ For the Ramen, I chose the Chicken Curry Ramen - curry broth, think ramen noodles with 2 large karaage at the side. My friends were kind enough to allow me to have a taste of their ramen broth but still.. chicken curry was the one for me.
For the Europe cuisine, i super love their desserts! Most especially the Profiteroles- the chocolate and cream were the best! Their cookies were good as well, loved how they served it with milk ❤️
Been wanting to try JAEU for a long time now (since they're in partnership with Zomato Gold) and finally, I was lucky enough to try some of their ramens, sushi and even desserts!
JAEU stands for "Japan" and "Europe" that's why you already have a hint on what we'll eat here today. For the Japanese cuisine, we had some ramen: Iekei Yokohama Style, Spicy Kimchi Ramen, Tantanmen, and Chicken Curry Ramen; and some cold & hot starters: Chicken Karaage with Cabbage Salad, Steamed Gyoza, Sashimi Platter, Dragon Roll Maki, and Futo Maki. For the European cuisine, we had 120grams of USDA Steak, and the desserts which are Profiteroles, Cookies with a glass of milk, and Choco Lava Cake.
Let's start with the ramen. Out of those 4, I liked the Iekei since it's mild & tonkotsu based, while the Chicken Curry Ramen has that strong flavor (which is also fine with me as long as you mix it thoroughly) and has big chunks of karaage (as big as those in solo orders). The Kimchi Ramen definitely lives up to its name, but it has more kimchi flavor than the spiciness. The tantanmen is also a crowd's favorite. The steamed gyoza's are full of meat, and not airy. I'm not a fan of gyoza but I surprisingly liked it (second time around, first was at a Ramen shack at Shaw). The Dragon Roll Maki is okay (not into mangoes on sushi's), although the Futo Maki tasted more like California Maki and liked the thickness of it, mixed veggies and topped with shredded kani and etc. Didn't tasted the seaweed which is good. The sashimi platter consists of salmon, shrimp, kani, tuna, squid, with soy sauce, wasabi paste, and special butter paste.
Moving onto the non-Jap menu, we had 120grams of USDA steak that's cooked medium-rare and it tasted good with the fries. Fries are just plain salted. For the desserts! The Profiteroles are the tower of cream puffs, drizzled in chocolate and topped with almonds. I loved it. The Choco Lava Cake tasted okay, but can be improved. The choco lava is there, but I'm kinda missing out on the chocolatiness.
I like the concept of the resto. Since it's a Jap-Eur fusion type of resto, they also divided the dining area into two: all white which I think symbolizes the classiness of Japan, and the red and black interiors on the other side represents the coziness of Europe. It can also depend on your mood!
At first I thought this is a Korean restaurant, but it turned out that it's Japanese & European, hence the name JAEU (pronounced ja-yu). Their specialties are ramen and steak.
We ordered various items during our visit.
The dishes I particularly liked are:
- Chicken karaage. I love the light breading. It's crunchy, but juicy on the inside.
- Futo maki. This is very flavorful. Another one the restaurant recommends is the dragon roll maki.
- Sashimi platter. In particular, I like the tuna sashimi and uni (from sea urchin), which was something I tried for the first time.
For the ramen, I had the Iekei “Yokohama Style Ramen”, which is one of their bestsellers. The broth was light, and the noodles were thick. I also had a taste of tantanmen ramen, which has a very rich broth. I preferred others' version of tantamen, which is also rich but well balanced. Nonetheless I prefer this one over the yokohoma-style I ordered. Overall, the ramens are good but tbh not the best I had.
We also had steak and frites. Steak was tender, and the fries were good with BBQ flavoring.
For the dessert, I recommend trying the profiteroles which has a creamy filling, sweetened with chocolate drizzle. For me this really stood out, I'd order this again 5/5. If you're craving for cookies, they also have good cookies served with milk. Another yum.
For the drinks, I like their house-blend tea.
Worth it!! A bowl of their ramen is worth every peso you will spend and will surely fill up your tummy as well. Their gyoza was awesome as well! I'm actually drooling as i write this review haha.
Friendly staff and cozy place!!
I like their gyoza, very flavorful and worth the price. The vegetarian ramen is okay, but it could be better - the broth had an aftertaste that is unpleasant. Maybe just not my preference. I should try the other ramens next time.
The place is nicely designed, one half is French inspired and the other half is Japanese inspired. However, the food is just okay, nothing too special in terms of either the Japanese or French cuisines. I have tried better ramen and meat. Overall, it’s not bad nor is it the best, its good enough. Still a good experience and worth-it thanks to Zomato Gold.
We went here the other and we tried their best seller ramen according to one of their staff which is tantanmen ramen and we also ordered tempura platter. The ramen is okay and also their tempura platter. I might try their other ramen and not order the tantanmen again cause there's something missing I just cant pin point it yet. but overall, our experience with JAEU is great and the staffs are very nice and when they see our water is about to run out, they always fill it up.

Staffs are really polite and accommodating. We used the zomato gold 1+1 in our order steaks though zomato is not allowing same variant thus we ordered different mass of steak. The steaks are good but what I truly recommend is their lava cake. Their chocolate is not something that you will easily fed up with. I will truly come back for their lava cake 💕
The only ramen place I dine at Festival mall. It's better now that they have their affordable makis, sushis, and sashimis. Steak also is superb! Especially the sauce.
At 8:55pm, 5 minutes short of their closing time, we were still gladly accommodated, and our orders came really fast... so thank you!
Using our Zomato Gold we were able to avail of the 1+1 on food. Only selected choices were part of their Zomato offerings but good thing that ramen is included.
We ordered the following:
Tantanmen
-According to the waiter this is their best seller. And at the first sip, I could already say why. The broth was soo thick and rich! Reminds me of ramen from Japan. I highly recommend this!
Iekei yokohama style ramen
-This is another best seller according to our waiter. On its own, it tastes great but perhaps given my preference I would choose Tantanmen over this next time.
Gyoza
-This tastes really great!
Profiteroles
-As if we were not content with what we ordered we tried out this dessert made of something liked puffed pastry (but not really puffed pastry) filled with vanilla cream, coated with melted chocolate that’s not too sweet, and sprinkled with shaved almonds. Guess what? This was the perfect ending to our perfect meal.
With Zomato I’d say we had a great deal. The food exceeded our expectations! Plus the staff were kind and awesome. Definitely coming back! ✔️⭐️😊
Here's a pleasant surprise in what's usually an over commercialized place! There's unlimited Asahi or Sapporo on tap. The ramen was decent and the service is good. We'll be back.
Place was very nice and their dishes were delicious. I ordered their Salmon Sashimi and it was fresh you won't be disappointed! Their signature ramen was also something.
Went here on a Friday night. The place was big yet we were the only customers when we arrived. The first things we noticed were their velvet couch, which was very comfy, and the beautiful interior. The tables were big and there was a candle in the middle of the tables (they didn't light it during our stay though. I guess you can request for it.)
We ordered the Tantanmen ramen and the grilled mackerel. The servers were very kind and very accommodating to our requests. The tantanmen soup was very thick and had a salty, sour, sweet taste that was very filling. The only problem I had with the ramen was that for the price (P440), it didn't have a lot of toppings as compared to other ramen places. The grilled mackerel was tasty but nothing that special about it. The outside was crispy however, and topped with basil sauce. The mashed potato was just normal. It could be switched however to french fries if you'd like.
Overall, we enjoyed our food. We just think the meals were quite pricey as the meals were good for 1 person only (can serve up to two if both of you are not that hungry). What stood out from our stay were the staff as they were really courteous.
The place is nice if you're willing to spend a little. :)
Staff is very attentive of our needs even before we ask. The steak was soft and their tantanmen was flavorful! Very sulit if you have Zomato Gold as well.
I ordered the Tantanmen, the broth is so rich in flavor, very generous on the ground pork.👌 Service is good and the place has modern exterior that has the combination of European and Japanese style.
Modern interiors, I ordered Yokohama ramen, the sauce is kinda thick. As it is Tonkotsu based ramen, it is flavorful. The taste is inferior though as compared to the ramen from the more known ramen restos.
They were also kind enough to give free dessert for Mother’s day. Service is great.
So why just try the ramen side of this restaurant? Well, it serves both European and Japanese Cuisine. No, it’s not fusion dish. When you think about it, Japan has this European influence in it. In my previous visits there, I would sense it in some its interiors in some areas of the country. I mean, who wouldn’t love that European flair. As much as I wanted to try that side, I stuck with trying out their Japanese side first.

This is our third time visiting Jaeu on Festival Mall and we ordered Chicken Curry Ramen, Iekei Yokohama Style Ramen, Steak Frites (150g), 5 pieces of Gyoza, Cold soft tofu and Profiteroles. Chicken Curry Ramen is worth P410 that has a flavorful taste with a touch of mild spiciness for a twist. Iekei Yokohama Style Ramen is worth P380 which is definitely our all tome favorite on Jaeu. It has a thick noodles that really compliment with roasted chasu. This is our first time trying out Steak Frites in 150grams that is worth P780. We love how fresh and chewy the steak was in our first bite. The fries and sauce also enhance and maybe make the steak more lovable. We ordered 5 pieces Gyoza that is worth P195 and Cold soft tofu that is worth P120 for our “Pantanggal umay Dessert”. For our sweet dessert, we ordered Profiteroles that is worth P220 which is our fave because the creme puff is not to sweet nor to bitter but balance. The chocolate sauce all over it is good as well.
Been here twice already past this week, came back for the ramen and their food never fails me. The second time around though failed to take pics as we're too hungry already. Not because of long serving time, we really just were even before we get to the resto.
Tried the "Hell Ramen" and my friend tried the Yokohama Ramen. Ramen serving is generous, that my friend had a hard time finishing hers being an average eater. The broth was really thick and savory. Those who are not a fan of thick noodles should be warned though. It's the standard here.
The second time around tried the Tantanmen and it was really great! Ordered the chicken platter too and karaage were well done, being crunchy and juicy in every bite. Fries were a little bit cold and soggy though but flavored well with bbq seasoning. Tebasaki wings taste really good.
Ambience was really amazing, the place have 2 different interiors in each side and tried both. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Food was quickly served.
A great place all in all!
Went their monday lunch and they don’t have a lot of customers which means we were served 30 mins. I was hungry and their gyoza was served. I love it. It is flavorful and the fillings were generous.
Their tempura don was worth it for the price. It was crunchy, served with miso soup and 2 sauces: tartar sauce and the traditional tempura sauce. My mom loved it since she’s a tempura lover. 🍤
Their chasudon is okay. The portion is quite huge. The pork is quite tough. The flavor is good and their rice is of high quality.
Their service is good. The waiter was giving us water refill. They turned the aircon on our place when we asked them.
Booked a table via Booky for 500 pesos off!! This was totally worth it! It was Saturday lunch time pero walang tao.. i guess dahil medio intimidating yung restaurant? Me and my friend ordered tantanmen ramen and 120 g Jaeu steak and we loved it both! Super lambot ng steak!!! 🤤 (im wearing braces btw) This was by far, the most, malambot steak i ever tasted. Also love the ramen, it was rich and flavorful. We had a sulit lunch! Thanks to Booky and Jaeu! 👍🏻
Absolutely good. The food is exquisite especially for someone like me who craves Japanese and European cuisine on a daily basis. It gives a fresh modern spin to such a cuisine. Would come back ❤️
We've been passing by the outlet for the longest time and finally we decided to try it last night (01/12/19). The food did not disappoint...not at all. We expected it to be good, and it was great! We tried the ramens, and the signature ramenburger - this you have to try! For us, we are visiting back next time with our eyes on the steak. Till then...
Service is 5/5.
Food is 5/5.
Ambience is 5/5.
My favorite is their creme brulee.. (sweet tooth)😍😍😍
I'm not into Ramen kaya I always order chicken karaage.
I ordered their Tantanmen Ramen and Lemonade 😊 I liked their broth. It was thick and flavorful 😍 Would have preferred a harder cook on the noodles (a bit soft for me) and more spice please.
Staff was not that attentive, I asked for chili oil and had to follow up a couple of times before I got it, but it’s something that can be improved 😊 Generally, I enjoyed the food and place here 👍🏻
Tired of all the usual ramen places that have popped up all over Alabang, JAEU is a welcome change with its European menu and Japanese euro-fusion. Food is very good and there will always be something for everyone every time. Plus great jazz music.
The roasted chasu of the Iekei “Yokohama Style Ramen” was the center piece that brought all the delicious ingredients together. A good tasting ramen with good ambience and service.
Looking at it from the outside, JAEU looks like a high-end restaurant (because it actually is), something a struggling yuppie like me would usually avoid. Thankfully, after years of "inactivity" I was once again invited to this Zomato's foodie meet-up. So, upon receiving the email, I happily and immediately obliged.
For our appetizers, we were served Gyoza, Chicken Karaage, and Cold Soft Tofu. While all 3 were delicious, I am not a fan of cold dishes so I steered clear of the Cold Soft Tofu and just stuck with their Gyoza and Chicken Karaage.
We were made to try their different ramen varieties so we would only get small servings from each bowl to make space for the other dishes but I couldn't help but finish the Spicy Miso because of how deliciously spicy it was.
Moving on to the other side of the globe is their European dishes. We were started off with their Steak and Frites. More commonly in other restaurants, steaks are grilled but in JAEU, they are pan-fried. Do not fret, though, as they are still as delicious, tasting more buttery and without the smoky flavor. I was also excited for the Swiss St. Galler Bratwurst with Pommes Aligot. I am not a fan of cheese (as you all already know too well) but the Pommes Aligot was interesting in that it had a mashed potato feel but more savory tasting and in a different consistency.
For dessert, I had a hard time deciding which I loved more: their Profiteroles or Chocolate Chip Cookies with Milk. The cream in the Profiteroles weren't as sweet which complemented the very generous dark chocolate sauce that came with it. Meanwhile, Chocolate Chip Cookies with Milk is everyone's comfort food so... I guess I love them both.
In an effort to eliminate family feuds when deciding where to eat, JAEU Bistro and Ramen Bar has decided to combine the best of both worlds: European and Japanese cuisine. It is a weird combination, yes; but, it definitely works.
Are you #TeamRamen or #TeamSteak? I know it’s hard to choose between the two. Worry know more, because there’s a restaurant in Festival Mall Alabang who offers both. JAEU Bistro and Ramen Bar is located in the expansion wing area of the said mall. It’s a combination of Japanese and European dishes in one restaurant. Many restaurants are popping out but JAEU’s concept is something unique. Posted on their entrance door is a combination of the Tokyo Tower and Eiffel Tower meaning that they carry both delicious dishes from each country that they symbolize.
As a regular mall-goer of Festival Mall in Alabang, hubby and I would always passed by at this restaurant named “JAEU”. I thought it was another Korean Restaurant who offers Samgyupsal in the South. But boy! I was completely wrong. Here at Jaeu (Ja-pan & Eu-ropean) Bistro and Ramen Bar , you get two enjoy ramen and steak in one sitting.
JAEU Bistro and Ramen Bar is not a fusion restaurant but a reataurant that offers dishes from Japan, by way of Ramen and other simple bites and Europe, through their delectable Steak and Frites! Located at the NEW Expansion Wing of Festival Mall here in the bustling city of Muntinlupa. Thankfully, Festival Mall has decided to renovate agressively to compete with neighboring malls. One of the unique finds here is JAEU. It is a play on the first two letters of Japan and Europe, even their interiors seem to reflect that. Beautiful red velvet couches, hard wood tables and an over sophistication. The white, clinical, modern side is cosmopolitan Tokyo! The owners are Doctors at a nearby hospital and the design is a reflection of their passion for their work. Look closely on their glass entrance as it sports both the Tokyo Tower and Eiffel Tower!
We've tried a number of Ramen dishes but i have to highlight the deliciously filling Cold Ramen. It was creamy, refreshing and huge enough to share by two people. The lightness of the greens complimented the creamy dressing. Perfect to eat during the hot summer months, but it doesn't prevent me from having it anytime. The Chicken Karaage had a light breading, which gave way to the soft, juicy meat. Dip it in a bit of Kewpie mayo and pair it with the cold noodles for that hot and cold contrast. The three piece gyoza was a bit 'bitin' for i am used to a bigger serving at other restaurants.
The European Side of the spectrum currently has Steak and Frites, which is a traditional dish at French restaurants. The Steak was super soft, a spook or fork was enough to slice it. However, we had an early preview of their upcoming dishes such as Swiss St. Galler Bratwurst with Pommes Aligot. A soft, flavorful sausage topped with a firm combination of potatoes and cheese! The theatrics of serving the dish was very entertaining! The group was in awe and phone ready to capture that perfect boomerang.
For dessert, I love the warm chocolate cookies with milk. It was a big as my palm. The kids would surely enjoy this dessert. They also have provision for private functions, with advance notice. When in Alabang, make way for JAEU for eats that would satisfy your hunger for ramen and steaks both at the same time. Best of both cuisines. Recommended.
Disclaimer: Sponsored dining by Jaeu through Zomato PH.
At first glance you could obviously mistake JAEU for a budding Korean grill and I wouldn’t blame you because the name very well suggests it. However, the cuisine they serve is far from what the name of the establishment suggests. JAEU is basically what happens if Akira Kurosawa and Luc Besson had a love child and used a Korean sounding name to name their baby.
It is one of the few restaurants that serve both Japanese and French cuisine which fuse traditional and inventive themes in their entree. Once you enter the establishment the contrast of the design is palpable. The dichotomous bistro and ramen bar ambiance certainly gets you in the mood either for a steaming bowl of semi viscous ramen or a juicy gravy drenched steak. I think I teased you enough, here is what I would recommend you order should you decide to pay JAEU a visit.
#TeamRamen (Ramen Bar)
Chicken Karage- Their chicken karage despite being light and not being smothered with breading is very tasty, tender and crispy. It’s unpretentious and very straight forward. Salted and fried just right it can very serve as both as starter and viand (they have a rice bowl for this).
Iekei “Yokohama Style Ramen” - The most popular bowl in the bunch. This crowd favorite offers the diner the pleasures of diving into a semi thick but rich pork broth with the consolation of having smoke roasted pork to nibble on while forging through the bowl. The unique thing about their chasu or pork is that they marinade it with a secret spice that caramelizes he skin giving it a slightly barbecue like flavor.
Cold Soba - I thought I wouldn’t enjoy this as much but I did. The noodles are served cold (how else would they be served) and tossed in a savoury sesame dressing of sorts which gives it a very enjoyable character.
#TeamSteak (Bistro)
Steak (of Course) - Even when left out in the open for a while their steaks remain juicy and very tender. I think you can use spoon to slice through it. Each slice is packed with steak juices which you can thoroughly enjoy once you take that first bite. Although you shouldn’t expect a grilled after tasted because their steaks are fried not grilled.
Profiteroles - Thin and puffy from the outside yet light, slightly fruity and creamy on the inside. That’s their profiteroles in a nutshell. This French dessert staple is further enhanced by the rich chocolate coating its dipped in giving it layers of varying sweet textures.
Chocolate Chip Cookies with Milk - Perhaps the safest choice in this restaurant but definitely one of the most enjoyable. Who doesn’t like a warm freshly baked (they bake it when your order it) sweet and chewy cookie dipped in whole milk? If kids like it you can never go wrong with it.
JAEU is one of those places that make life conveniently delicious for the busy generation since you can have the best of both worlds without the hassle of switching restaurants, in more practical terms “Everyone Wins!”
If you're looking for fusion Japanese food with a little twist, then this is the place to be. I tried the steak frites and the ramen burger. The steak had its own gravy which tasted great and the fries weren't the usual plain salted fries you pair with a burger, I definitely loved it cause it had a unique spice to it. The ramen burger was very interesting since they also have their own special sauce that makes it flavorful but not too overpowering. If you're also looking for ramen that isn't too rich or thick, then Jaeu's ramen is perfect for you! It was light and just right for me even in terms of serving. They have a great selection of food I still haven't tried but the cold tofu is one of the best on their menu! To cap off a sumptuous meal would be getting their cookies with milk. Overall, the ambiance and staff is great and you'll never have to worry about waiting too long for your meal.

The food is great... the crew and owner is really accomodating.
The ambiance is quite relaxing.
One venue two kinds of meal... i would like to try the Eu side of this resturant
When you look at JAEU at the dictionary, it's strict translation to english is 'comfort food'.
Although you can find richer tasting ramen, and/or juicer & meatier steaks elsewhere, there is no other place (as far as my tastebuds go) that could blend such odd couple. I suggest you visit this place with a partner(romantic type not required), as you'd want to taste the two distinct cuisines available. Don't forget dessert as they also have a decent selection to choose from. My only caveat is some of the dishes are quite oily (I understand that the nature of the dishes are oily), and the serving is quite big. The interior decor is a bit confusing but classy, as they embraced the dual personality of their restaurant. Overall the food is quite addicting, and I'll definitely keep JAEU in mind whenever I visit south.
It’s very rare for me to find a place where I can indulge my multiple cravings that belong to different type of cuisine at the same time. I live for RRRRAAAWWRRRMEN ... I mean ramen and I love good quality steak (I want to bottle the gravy). And JAEU has both! The only problem I have is that they’re located too far away from me! You guys in the south don’t know how lucky you are! Can you puh puh puh-lease open a branch in the BGC / Makati area? It’s my only Christmas wish this year (-ber season being right at the corner).
JAEU is great! Love how they designed the place :) The staff is very accomodating and friendly. I love their curry ramen! Got to try their cookies as well and they were hugeeee AND delicious! Would recommend people to try this place out :D
I tried their Stake and Frites Meal and the fries were so many I couldn't finish them all. The stake was also tender and juicy. I loved it! #teamstake. I would like to try their ramen next time I visit! Staff was also friendly and fast. :)
#team steak. Very tender and sauce tastes perfect. End your meal with crema catalana for a heavenly experience! Courteous staff and owners are hands-on. Thanks JAEU! Will definitely come back.
Food is great, service is awesome. The ramen is good. Tan-Men must try, they can also lessen the spiciness if you want. The steak is juicy and delicious. I love their deserts especially the Profiteroles. They have Sapporo beer.
It’s a delightful gustatory experience! The steak is very tender and savory! The frites is flavorful and it was difficult to stop eating it. I had to sample all the desserts - the profiteroles, chocolate chip cookies with milk, chocolate lava cake with homemade ice cream and the crema Catalan and all were delicious!
Id give it 3.8 to be exact because I didn't like the thick noodles but it was tasty nonetheless. Ambiance is also great with classical music as background. Waiters are great too. It's a plus for me that they both accept cash and card, super convinient. Plus they also have wifi, just ask the waiters to input the password.
Staff was friendly and inviting. We ordered from their japanese menu and the food arrived incredibly fast! The taste was ok; the dips for their fish fingers and karaage were amazing. Will try their europe side of the menu the next time we go here for a date with the missus. :) ( JAEU is Japan Europe? My wife kinda figured).
I've been there many times but still I never get tired of their steak and frites, the steak is so tender it just melts in my mouth. I also tried their ramen and chicken karaage which were also delicious. The staff are very attentive and friendly. 👍👍
Celebrated Mother’s Day at JAEU Festi. The food is great. My kids ordered ramen and chicken, mine is steak since its a mother’s day treat :) Just a little bit sad because they didnt serve the FREE dessert promo for moms as advertised infront of the resto. Maybe they forgot, but I think they should be mindful of their promo so it wont be thought of like it is just a false advertisement.
This place has very nice interior and very friendly staff!! Aji tamago was a bit salty but I don’t really mind. Would definitely come back soon.
Super love their Iekei ramen!!! Their cold tofu, Chicken Karaage and and Crema Catalana is a must try too!
The staff are very friendly.
DELICIOUS FOOD.HAPPY STOMACH.HORAAAAH
Headed south just to try this newly opened ramen place and I must say that it was worth the travel. We ordered the Yokohama style ramen and it didn’t disappoint. The broth is flavourful, the chasu melts in your mouth and the noodles are thick - just the way I like it. We’ll definitely go back.
Best ramen in town!!! Please visit!!! Good service and very good staffs!!!!nice ambience. the staffs are very accomodating. clean restrooms. the price is reasonable. ❤❤❤❤❤ 👏👏👏🍲🍲🍲

nice service and great food choices
Thank you for this great dine in experience.
:) :) :)
happy with Jaeue.
more available branches nationwide.
good ambiance worth for the cost.
Im really not good in writing. but, all i can say is.. if you want to taste a unique and savory ramen in town, JAEU is the place to go and also, don't forget to try their mouthwatering steak and the cookie with a glass of milk, you will never go wrong,
One of the very rare occasions I chance to travel to Alabang, I chanced upon this great find. For people who can't decide whether they want Japanese or Western food, there's a place in Festival Mall that serves both with divine desserts to boot!
The cold tofu was soft in a melt-in-your-mouth kind of way.
The gyozas were juicy and tender -an explosion of flavors in your mouth.
The chicken karaage I particularly liked -crispy on the outside, soft, tender and super tasty on the inside, matched with yummy Japanese mayo.
There was a lot of selection for ramen and I tried the iekei. The broth was rich and the ramen noodles had a good texture.
The steak was a very very good deal. Props to the chef for being able to make the outside nice and toasted while the inside very tender.
The desserts were divine. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised that the desserts were very good!
To top it off, they served mojito with sake and who would have thought they would blend perfectly.
I would definitely bring my family to JaEU.
tofu 👌, spicy ramen 👌, fries 👌,steak 👌, panna cotta dessert 👌
have to get the max spicy ramen next time.
where else can you get steak and ramen at the same time
I wanted steak, he wanted ramen, so it was a no brainer that we’d choose to come to JAEU! I had the Cold Tofu, 120g Steak Frites, and Crema Catalana. Everything was so delicious! The tofu was a nice and light starter, and I loved how the steak sauce was lightly sweet and creamy. The crema catalana was a perfect dessert for both the steak and the ramen. Sorry I have no photo of the tofu, we attacked it as soon as it arrived!
CURRY RAMEN SUBARASHI DESU NE 8/8
THE ICED TEA WAS OISHI. LEGIT 8/8 WOULD ORDER AGAIN AND AGAIN.
THE STEKKI WAS SUPER SUGOI. SOFT AF. A LITTLE ON THE SALTY SIDE BUT IT'S GOOD YA.
LIKE CUTTING BUTTER WITH A HOT KNIFE. BUT BETTER!
Overall it was a wonderful experience.
The staff were nice and will assist you with the stuff you need assisting.
Serving time was okay. Not too long.
Great service! The staff are very friendly and attentive.
The food is tasty. I tried the hell ramen and I super loved it! Their cold tofu is my absolute favourite. Very simple and light - just as an appetiser should be!
Overall, great dining experience!
Their Iekei Ramen is a must try! The roasted chasu is perfect with their tonkotsu broth 💖 The price is also reasonable with the excellent service and quality of food. Will definitely recommend this to everyone 😁

Amazing food and excellent service!!!🌟
Their mouthwatering steak made my tummy very very happy with its tenderness and juiciness AND the delicious gravy. Price is also reasonable since it's good for sharing! Also a must try is their Hell Ramen and the heavenly Frozen Crema Catalan which is excellent with their coffee. Sensational place indeed!👌 Will definitely be back!😊
Eikei ramen is sooo good!! and steak is very tender and really yummmy that blends with its sauce and fries!! entire venue is perfect simple but classy!!
will surely recommend JAEU to our patients and friends...kids will definitely love the STEAK!!!👍😍way to go JAEU!!!
The eikei ramen is superb! The steak was tender and its sauce goes very well with the frites. Last but definitely not the least, the crema Catalan which was just orgasmic! I will definitely come back!!! 😊
Good ambiance. The steak and frites was goooood. The ramen was superb. And their coffee was a good way to complete your dining experience at Jaeu. 😋
The iekei ramen—their signature ramen is super good yet light to stomach. The steak sauce complemented the belgium frites very well. definite will come back to try other ramen.
There's way more to say that's good but I'll open with a disclaimer that they are still on soft opening so the service wasn't perfect. They had a function going on when we were there and ended up forgetting the aji tamago I ordered with my ramen (hence the 0.5 star deduction).
On the ramen, I had the Iekei ramen. I really have to highlight the chashu slices because they don't have that thick layer of fat that takes away from the flavor of the meat when bitten into. I have to commend the noodles and broth as well because the noodles were cooked with that perfect bite (think al dente pasta) and the broth wasn't too overpowering at all. There were some bits of fat in it that you could still chew, though. Could be a turn off for others.
The steak serving of 180g was the perfect size that can be shared with the rest of my family even if we each had our bowls of ramen individually. The sauce is great! It adds a buttery-sweet flavor to the meat and the fries (there's a generous serving of the fries and the sauce so there's bound to be spillovers on the plate). Not sure if they serve the sauce on the side instead of serving it poured all over the the meat. It was a turn off for some family members who love their steak seasoned with just salt and pepper but the variation is very welcome for me.

Tried both ramen (Iekei) and their steak frites. The ramen broth is exquisite and very flavorful and well enhanced by the radish and bamboo shoots. The chashu is tender, basically melts in one's mouth
The steak is just excellent, soft and tender. And the sauce is simply divine. This is a MUST visit place in Festival Mall's New Wing! Will be back to try more!
Friendly staff, beautiful and clean interior and great food. There are many ramen houses but this one has a cool atmosphere similar to a French bistro. Tried their Hell Ramen at level 4 spiciness and it delivered what it promised, Hell. It was so spicy that I sweated bullets but it was worth it. Going back with friends next time as this was an enjoyable experience.
A newly opened restaurant located in the upper ground level of the Expansion wing of Festival mall.
It's a Bistro serving steak and fries and at the same time a Ramen Bar with selection of different tonkotsu-based ramen and other side dishes.
Place is clean, well-lit with interesting layout. Ambience is welcoming casual, relaxed with a homey feel.
Had cold tofu for appetizer: soft tofu with refreshing taste and with added unagi sauce, balanced with tangy taste of cilantro makes a perfect appetizer to sample the food some more.
Had steak and fries for main lunch. Well laid out generous fries in a hot plate with tender, juicy steak tasty by itself; superbly enhanced by peppery sauce, with hint of herbs in it. The sauce is so good, had to scrape the plate with fries (and they go well too - spiced fries and the sauce).
My lunch mate had ramen and it seemed so good from the little taste I got of it. I'm still full of ramen from my last trip to Japan. I will definitely be back to taste the full serving of ramen and compare their hell ramen - Jigoku with the one I recently had in Yokohama.
All in all good food, nah I'd say great food that satisfies.
