My favorite ramen place!!! Their broth tastes better than the famous franchise you could think of. Just thinking about God Fire makes me drool during this quarantine period. Canβt wait to come back.
I couldn't count for how many times me and my family have been here. This is where we do religiously our monthly ramen fix. For us, who have japanese taste buds, this is the closest to an original Hakata ramen. The broth is not greasy, the egg is perfectly cooked everytime. Their signature tonkotsu ramen is a must try, but for spicy lovers, God Fire ramen hands down will solve your fix. Since I love spicy, I usually have mine at level 3. However, all others are good. For sides, their gyoza is bite size and super juicy. But the karaage is authentic, a work of art of crispy on the outside and oozing with juices on the inside. For us, this is the closest Ramen to the original in Japan, better than Ippudo, Ramen Nagi and Yushoken/ Mendokoro. Some ramen places here in Manila has already a twist of Filipino taste in their ramen. This remains authentic to the Fukuoka Hakata Ramen. No wonder Japanese and Korean customers frequent here.
I will definitely go back to this place. I looooove the food. Customer service is great too πππ
