We got the ribeye raclette and the salted egg fried chicken with pancakes and it was amazing. The best REAL salted egg I've tried so far, and the raclette was to die for. For dessert, we got the matcha lava cake. Man, I'm not even a fan of matcha and I totally loved it. Would definitely come back!
Traveled to the south for this :) I had the rib eye raclette and it was soooo good! Started with the trio mushroom soup and I can't believe it, they had keto bread! And the chef was trying out spicy dipping sauces. Will go back for the lamb burger and will also ask it to be keto-fied!
Yey! I love the calming ambiance of 8Parker. I tried their Mac and Cheese and it was well presented, freshly cooked, and very delicious. I love the after taste of cheese. The employees were also accommodating. I want to try the other foods next time! ♥️
Generous portions and friendly staff. I had the salmon which was really delicious! I like the ambience and the outdoor seating area has a good view of the church across which is nice during the day.
Last week, we celebrated a Baby Shower for a couple friends of mine at 8 Parker Willis, a small Cafe that highlights 'raclette'. Let me warn that the cost of the raclette has increase by 100%. It is already 200pesos vs. 100pesos as stated on the outdated menu. I was looking forward to them warm up my raclette like the ones i see on instagram. Sadly they only had ones that are already pre-cut and had to warm it up the old fashioned way. Ordered the Asian Salad and an add on of Raclette Cheese on the side. Nothing that really stands out on my order. The dressing was enough to coat each lettuce leaf. My friends on the other hand ordered the Bolognese, Macaroni and Cheese, the Salted Egg Fried Chicken with Pancakes and syrup. Service was great, non intrusive but friendly. Overlooking the magnificent Church on the other side of the mall is a plus.
We were seated at the top level so we had more privacy. That is a good place to dine if you are a small group and you want things to be more intimate. I enjoyed everything we ordered from the mushroom soup, the charcuterie with raclette and the banana mousse. Loved the charcuterie set as everything in it went well with the melted gooey cheese. The raclette was so delicious, we ordered another helping. Food is pricey but worth it.

So happy there's finally a raclette place in the South! What I love about 8 Parker Willis is you have the option of adding raclette on any dish you order. It's definitely value for your money. I also loved their salted egg fried chicken and pancakes. Very unique and delicious! Will definitely be coming back!
Love this place! I come here almost everyday. We usually order the salted egg chicken with pancakes. Everything we've ordered so far has exceeded expectations 👍
