I really like the food... Something new to my taste.. Highly recommended to my friends and family...
The food was amazing, especially the laksa tsukemen, which came with a guide card on how to enjoy our meal. The hainanese chicken rice was also delicious with a generous amount of food and a unique type of rice to come with. The shrimp burger was fresh and crispy, not greasy or fishy at all and had sweet potato chips to accompany it. The honey soy pasta had a very sweet sauce that coated the noodles nicely along with few slivers of mushrooms.
The place had a great ambience although it felt quite empty because of the lack of sound and the restaurant had no customers since it was past lunch time.
Plus point would be if there’s a vegetarian or vegan dish option other than the salad.
Our overall experience here was great and we would 100% come back again, for the laksa mostly and to try other dishes.
Hainanese chicken- is a bit tough. The rice is flavorful but undercooked. The sauces were pureed.
Hakaw- Dumpling is perfectly steamed, well-balanced flavor with a hint of tangyness from the chili paste though the shrimp inside is chopped and dry.
Wonton mee- The Broth is tasty, becomes a little sweet when its cold because of the charsiu pork.
Chicken Baowich- Mantou is soft, cucumber leeks were freshly chopped. The sauce blended well.
Over all, the food is very good and affordable.
Truly a hidden gem in Marikina! Laksa tsukemen was delicious, it taste good as it look. The bao was also very flavourful. The taro cheesecake was decent. I loved the interior of the place, it looks so classy and clean!
we tried the Bak Ku Teh Risotto, Salted Egg Wings and Dojo ice cream. The Bak Ku Teh risotto is a must try and taste like it was made in Singapore
The food was tasty.
Authentic singaporean food.
Price is reasonable and serving is just about right.
Thanks!
loved their Laksa Tsukemen :D the wonton mee was also good.. cool ambience as well.. will definitely come back..
We ordered the salted egg wings, ribs (i forgot what it's called), and the soup.
God everything was cooked in an open kitchen so you know your food's safe to eat LOL! And everything's fresh. It was good actually. The flavor bursts into your mouth. BTW, i love how the salted egg wings weren't overdone. It tasted as if the chicken grew up like it was made that way before pa. Basta masarap! Hahahah! It's a hidden gem that deserves to be found talaga. I just hope they add more choices in their menu.
Lastly, the ambience is ☆☆☆☆☆. Super nice. Perfect place to bring a date cause it's not crowded.
I super love the laksa tsukemen! A very cozy place, very friendly and sensitive staff, beautifully served delicious food. I'm glad to.have visited this place!
