Everything in their menu is mouthwatering! I love their California maki, stamina ramen, and gyutojidon.
One of the best hidden gems in Marikina: you literally won't be able to find the place at first glance. The food is amazing enough that you'd totally overlook the ambiance (and the occasional pests on the floor), that's how good this place is. The mouthfeel gives off a premium vibe which is expected, given they label themselves as 'authentic Japanese'.
I highly recommend their katsu curry rice. The rich taste of the curry sauce doesn't overpower the flavor of the katsu nor does it affect its texture.
I love this place since day 1. We ordered the stamina ramen and fell in love. I invited the most important and closest people in my life here since this is like my heart in a restaurant. It feels great to share this type of restaurant to people who I love and that loves ramen as much as I do

I've known this place like a year ago. I browsed their menu through Zomato and I found the prices so affordable. I was biased then, since it was not pricey, I assumed it is one of those wannabe japanese restaurants that serve instant-tasting ramens and rice toppings. Not until I learned that the owner is Japanese who married a Filipina, I did not give this food nook a second thought.
Well, I was not disappointed! Spicy Stamina Ramen is fantastic! The thickiest broth I have tried so far, it is so savory and tasty but not salty for the price of Php 188. The serving is right for me, for someone who loves spicy ramens.. Delicious, seriously!
I loved their chicken karaage too, it looked dry on the outside but surprisingly so tasty, soft and moist on the inside! I have also tried their gyoza and kani salad. The 5-piece gyoza is priced at php98, it was good, but honestly I didnt get enough of it when I paired it with the Kani Salad. I wanted more 😄..
As of this writing, this is my 3rd visit already and my orders jzt revolve around stamina ramen, chicken karaage, gyoza and kani salad.. Over-all feedback? MASARAP! MURA! AUTHENTIC!
Once I eat rice again, I will try their rice toppings one day! But they sure look delicious too from the orders of other customers when I side-glanced at them! 😂😂😂
Note: Not airconditioned and it could get so hot especially if your having ramen. But I didn't mind! 😂
Super affordable Japanese food. The tonkotsu ramen had a lot of ingredients, but kinda lacked in taste, sad to say. We really liked the Gyudon and Gyoza. The wait time can be quite long, especially when the place is packed. And yes, we're definitely coming back!
Ambiance makes me feel like I’m in Japan. Place is just beside the street inside the residential parking. No aircon so it could be too warm on summer or even during lunch time and warmer when you start eating your ramen. 😊❤️ food is superb, I love their gyoza plus it’s so affordable. Everything we orders actually is really good. (Gyoza, ramen, katsu) I’d definitely go back to this place again soon. And yes, I will recommend this to my friends...

Authentic. Delish Japanese food. Owner/chef is Japanese and friendly too. Recommended is the Stamina and Tonkatsu Miso Ramen, California Maki and Karaage. ❤❤❤
I love their Stamina Ramen, the flavor and taste its sooo good. Specially on a rainy weather, i also like their maki.

Asked my co worker where in Marikina had cheap authentic japanese food and she suggested this one to me. Since it's close to her home and to our work as well. Ordered the Shoyu Ramen for 168 php and Gyoza for 98 php. The ramen was just sufficient for me, it had enough meat and the broth is ok. My uncle ordered Gyudon and Karaage, and at first glance the Karaage looked tough but as I took a bite it was tender and juicy. Would definitely go back to try more.
I love this place because it’s near our home. I get to have cheap authentic Japanese food ☺️ The serving is really good for its price. I especially love their karaage and yakisoba 😋
