I was there at the grand launch in Robinsons Place Manila and my rating would be 1 star back then. Hindi talaga siya worth the hype guys. Even the crews back then are rude. It was a total disappointment.. But then I tried it again, the Pablo minis. Masarap siya. The texture greatly improved. It really redeemed itself after that hype. I was very happy with the minis and bought the standard sizes and now my family love it unlike before. Must try. Great for pasalubong.

Some people give negative comments because they're not satisfied on the cheese that they're not familiar with. There are different types of cheese. If you tried the cheesetart because of hype and not understand what's behind it, pricey (justified) or why it's popular in Japan, then don't give 1 star reviews. Great quality cheese used on the tarts, the consistency and the crust is superb.
