The oyster cake is the best in town. I cannot get enough of the fried chicken. The staff should be trained how to be accomodating.
The food was great we ordered the sincerity fried chicken and rice, duck misua soup, and spinach with garlic. The service was fast and prices are good.
I'm a hotel manager in Toronto, and over the years, had managed brands such as Hilton, Fairmont, Sheraton and Crown Plaza. Even with all that exposure to the restaurant business, I can boldly say that the quality of food Sincerity offers is simply outstanding. While the hotel industry may fall on a different demographic altogether, I can say that anyone on the list can and will enjoy the menu off Sincerity. I'm talking about a gem that should already be a household name in Manila, yet it humbly operates, quietly catering to their loyal customers for decades. Thankfully, Sincerity had seen some exposure of late, being featured on Kris TV and other venues, but what I find most admirable about the brand is that it had managed to avoid the pitfalls of over saturation with franchising, keeping the business well within the family as it has, and more importantly kept the quality of their unique and rare flavor consistent and uncommon. Visit them yourself and you will wonder how is it that this is the first you've tried it. That's simply because the business did not resort to gimmicks or gadgets to draw attention. It was all about the food, and those that enjoyed had simply spread the word or returned over and over again. So believe me when I say, I've tried all sorts, and have found a lot of great places to dine in. Sincerity definitely ranks among one of the best. Try it, then let someone you care know about it. Be a foodie and once again explore. Take your taste buds on an adventure. You won't find this on some overhyped gigantic mall, with dated franchises trying to peddle their inferior buffets and failing to truly satisfy. Sometimes all you ask for from a restaurant to know its identity and stand by its menu, therefore its character. It's worth the trip to Binondo.
