I was browsing on Zomato for Japanese restaurants nearby to where I was at the time, and came across Takaraya. The menu and reviews looked good so decided to give it a try. We took advantage of the buy 1 take 1 ramen promo. We chose the Crazy Dynamite(spicy) ramen and the Healthy Champong Volcano(spicy) ramen, along with the Crazy Spicy Tuna Roll sushi. Everything was good. The noodles in the ramen were good quality, the broth was tasty and the other ingredients complimented it well. Will go back to try more items sometime.
It’s a great japanese restaurant, just a walking distance from my apartment. Would be a nice option to dine out. I tried the hell’s ramen challenge today and i finished it in 12 minutes. Anyywaaay the noodles were delicious and the pork belly is soft and tasty. But I wouldn’t do it again bc it’s sooo spicy! my bf had tempura set which he also enjoyed. Recommended japanese place!!
Everything delicious and not so expensive. There are some menus for children so family can also enjoy food and good atmosphere. Staff is so friendly.
Ramen is a full-fledged Japanese style. This is a wonderful taste and well-balanced topping. Menu is rich in Japanese style YAKINIKU, Hotpot, Fried chicken, Sushi, all are amazingly delicious! Sushi tempura is mast try! And it is very cheap! Beer is Buy 5 get 1 side dish and BUY 5 get 2 bottle beer. Both are P299 only for unbelievable price!
For 150 and 180 pesos ramen, gyoza and rice- its a winner. Better than eating at mcdo, jollibee or any fast food. Healthy and tasty, we were served by the Japanese owner himself.
