The porkchop is really big especially for one person which is pleasant and enough. The serving is good and the flavor of the porkchop is good even without sauce. I'll definitely come back again soon.
It’s been more than 5 years since I last ate at Tasty Dumplings. I always have their dumpling noodle soup. I think still taste the same as the last time.
Hands down the best and most consistent tasting kuchay dumplings here in Binondo. The dumpling wrap isn't too thick that all you taste is starch, and it isn't too thin that I breaks once you pick it up.
I also recommend their Porkchop Rice or Noodles, if you prefer that.
Also get their Hongma, that's good too
Although the store is named Tasty Dumplings, more people come here for the porkchop.
The huge piece of porkchop is so tender and thin yet maintains its juiciness, dip it in their special fish sauce along with some chili oil and its absolutely perfect. Couple that along with rice or my favorite tossed noodles, its a match made in binondo ;)
The dumplings were just ok, sometimes the dumplings will have a porky taste, which suggests that the meat wasn't properly handled while frozen.
When you come here, definitely try the porkchop w/ rice/tossed noodles.
Their porkchop is the star of the show. Our go-to place whenever we crave for porkchop, who could ever forget their chili sauce!I could remembering eating here since I was a child. Their porkchop is always cooked to perfection, flat yet full of flavor. Been eating it with noodle soup lately.
Also loved their Tsay Ma Pao and Silver roll bread. You can order their dumpling half fried and half boiled :)
Tea is complimentary.
Great dumpling fix for your snacks or lunch cravings. It serves a generous amount of tasty pork chop and rice. We also got the fried and steamed dumpling and it is indeed delicious

Porkchop noodles is a must! Their dumplings are superb and at cheap prices too (tastes like real dumplings unlike the cheap ones you buy outside). Missing this place already! 😋
What we had:
An order of Hongma (pork humbâ) and silver bread (baked mantao)
What I liked:
Tasty Dumplings is a great first stop to an overdue Manila foodtrip. Loved that the Hongma with its soft pork meat and the silver bread makes a perfect pair. You can dip the bread into the tasty sauce/soup base. :)
A very basic restaurant that could do with a bit of fresh paint however from order to delivery of food was less than 3 minutes it was simply served and large portions and as good as the reviews suggest, great value and unique experience

Have you tried eating a fried porkchop that's as big as your plate? 😁 Tasty Dumplings serves this yummy Fried Porkchop Rice (Php 160) that will keep you full without leaving your pockets empty! Crisp and light, this porkchop goes well with the steaming hot rice. You may drizzle on some of the sweet salty porkchop sauce on it to boost its flavor even more. If you're on a no rice diet, you may also have your porkchop with noodles or bihon! 😍 One of the best porkchops I've tasted in my life -- and I was so glad I got to have it again a couple of weeks ago!
We also tried their Dumplings (Php 120 - 8 pcs), and it was just okay. I found the meat to be a bit dry, and the wrapper slightly too thick for my liking. 😢
Don't expect much from the service, since its pretty much a fastfood type restaurant, though the dishes are ordered thru a wait staff who will approach your table. Still, their porkchops are a must-try when you visit this restaurant! ❤️

Porkchop noodles. The last time I’ve been here was around 2 years ago and it’s amazing how it tastes exactly the same as I remember it. The porkchop is still huge and tender. Best to pair it with their soy sauce and chili!
Also ordered fried kuchay dumplings and it was just okay. Probably skip this and get the steamed version which is much better.
This Tasty branch is the one that we frequent the most, ever since we were in high school. We would always order Porkchop Rice and the porkchop is big enough for sharing for 2 regular appetite guests. We just need to order extra rice and we’re good to go. There is free soup so you can request for a bowl or two if the waiters was not able to give you one. We also order the steamed dumplings. Many of the servers here have been working in this Tasty branch for a long time now. We frequented this place when I was pregnant with my son I would always kid him that he was “pinaglihi sa Tasty porkchops.” My son is now 15 yo and the servers would always comment “ang laki na ng mga anak nyo po” whenever we go back to eat here.

Our last food stop for the day!😁
Too bad that Dong Bei had too many patrons, so we decided to skip that stop and just head on over to Tasty Dumplings... Irony time, since despite its name, this place is known for their pork chops!!!🍛🍴
When the pork chop order came, you will already see that it was enormous! Panis ang Hot Star!⭐️ My bf and I shared an order, which came with rice and some veggies... Sarap with toyo na may kasamang chili! Samahan mo pa ng Wintermelon juice on the side!👍 panalo talaga!👍 plus it was my first time to try hongma paired with silver bread roll... It was novel and good! The bread was super soft and the meat was very tender and flavorful!👏 galing nung pairing! Another must try!👍
At dahil frustrated kami na hindi nakapunta sa Dong Bei, we also ordered their kuchay dumplings... Sorry pero hindi siya tasty dumplings IMO... If based on this dish alone, they would be called Okay Lang Dumplings. Dong Bei's version is way better. Skip the dumplings here and just order the hypertension inducing pork chop!😁
Great way to end our tour, as this place is a stone's throw away from Binondo church where we started... 😊
This was not my first time in Binondo and it will definitely not be the last! Try the culinary delights Chinatown has to offer!👍👍👍

Tasty Dumplings is known for their big and really tasty pork chop. For the price of Php145, this big pork chop and cup of rice will definitely full you. 😂 And don't forget their dumplings! I order steam dumplings for only Php105, the plate has 5pcs dumplings. Their dumplings is really meaty and tasty. That's why the restaurant name is TASTY DUMPLINGS. 😂🙊 And we also order Sweet and Sour Chicken Rice for only Php154. And as expected their serving is quite big. This restaurant become one of our favorite! ❤ Very tasty, big serving yet very affordable 👍👍

I was there Tuesday evening, not planned, I was doing some errands and decided to check out for places to eat nearby and I stumbled at their zomato page. It was still unrated at the time due to lack of reviews so here it goes. I went in, their place was average to good fully air-conditioned but it has seen better days - may need some renovations. There was only another customer inside and as per the reviewers before me I ordered 3 items on their menu: Hongma, Silver bread, and Dumplings. I really wanted to try their kuchay but since I was going in alone I didn’t want to overdo it.
Hongma; served hot and in a generous amount. Good for around 3-4 persons. It was very tasty, juicy sweet to taste, and soft to the bite. Perfect with their Silver bread. I’d say it would be nice with rice too. A must have if you’re planning to visit.
Silver Bread; served hot and very delicious. Id like to say its good for 3 persons but I managed to eat half of it, and the thing is im not even hungry then – Its that good. With its toasted crust and soft and moist dough, this is the clear winner of their store.
Dumpling; served as cold as your ex’s heart, It was the loser of the evening for me. How is a restaurant with the word “Dumpling” in its name get so sloppy to serve a customer a poorly prepared menu item – to be fair it not really cold as I say it is but it’s definitely not warm on my standards. Hell it should’ve been served hot, there should’ve been steam coming off of it. Its taste would’ve been promising if it weren’t to that. I guess it’s due to poor service.
Service; I couldn’t even get a refill of water as no attendant is seeing to the customers – there were only 2 of us dining that time. I guess they just prefer hanging at the back counters that much.
I really wanted to give this place a lower rating but because of the Hongma and the Silver bread, I just couldn’t. Hopefully their service improves.
Tasty dumplings known for their big porkchop, hongma and silverbread. Dine in before going to metropolitan hospital. Well porkchop tasted the same as before when i was still high school. Service is ok. Price is affordable.
And I just love theie porkchops, dumpling, hongma with silver bread! Sure to be back here. I've tried 2 branches still with the same good taste!
