Been to a few 10 Dove street branches, and all of them provides excellent service.
Ambiance - Very neat and pretty, the cafe/restaurant is very nice for a small gathering of friends and families.
Food - Though there were only a few items on their food menu, they were really good and filling, especially their rice toppings.
Cakes/ Pastries - They have the best variety of cakes and pastries selection. I like their Vanilla Cake (Tres Leches Cake), and also their muffins and cookies. Definitely worth the price.

It really feels like Christmas when you visit their store. They have cake selection and goodies made for Christmas.
They also have outdoor seating which I love (you cannot smoke in there)

My first time was in their original location - Sto. Niño Village back when they were still starting and I can say there are big changes. Second time was here in Oakridge last early 2017.
Faster service, more available seats (given that they also have other branches), more accessible and easier to find. Food is still awesome. I ordered the same - set meal with main course: burger steak (?). When I checked their soup choices, I was hoping to find Clam Chowder (I think? Or mushroom soup. I forgot sorry hehe) but they only have limited choices for the soup. I think they took out some choices from their old menu. Their cake is less moist unlike before but it's still very delicious. Their Chocolate Decadence is such a must try.
If you want to eat their main course meals, I recommend you to order their set meals instead which includes: salad, soup, main course, dessert. You can save a lot more. Drinks are not included btw.
Hoping for them to open other branches in the south part of central Cebu (i.e. Paseo Arcenas)
I came here on a rainy Saturday night and was sad to find the indoor seating full. But it was fortunate for me to find an empty table and eat in peace. Their fluffy is good, the cream and the milk have a perfect balance. The cupcakes are good too, they're delicious without being too sweet. 10 D.C. met my expectations on the food and the ambience. Just not on the 8% service charge and the absence of wifi.
Mouth watering dessert. Banoffee’s taste are just right. For those who dislike too much sweet. Pair it with a hot tea and your good to go for this dessert snack.
I have tasted one of the best Chocolate Muffin here at 10 Dove Street. In all fairness, it was really good! The environment is clean and it was Christmas Season when my friend and I visited the place, so the ambience was Christmassy - interior is really beautiful. Will try in Island Central soon!
Cakes are appetizing and mouthwatering. It may be expensive, but it is worth every penny. The place is also as good as their cakes.

My go-to place whenever I crave for dessert. The place is quaint, I love the ambiance and the staff are very helpful. I like how they always have a piece of cookie served along with your coffee. Seriously. 😊
I was overjoyed upon seeing their shop! If you're a sweettooth like me, your insides will do a happy dance when you see their wide array of cakes and pastriest. But most of their cakes need improvement. Either too dry, lack flavor, or just simply forgettable. Their s'mores was divine though and they have very attentive and accommodating staff.
Obviously, the total look the place is very shabby chic. It does make you want to stay there for awhile, hangout and enjoy a cup of their good selection of coffee and the cakes that are worth ruining your "no sweets" rule. Service is very satisfactory. Definitely, a good place to be in when you need to actually talk to the people you are dining with.
