My favorite resto in Shangrila Mall. Cozy ambiance. Excellent food choices. Favorite entree is Seafood Aoli. Generous seafood ingredient. Very attentive service crew w/ special mention to Segui Pelayo.
Had a good meal delivered! Roast Italian Chicken with linguini pasta was very tasty. Nicely roasted chicken in confit sauce with garlic. Chocolate Cake added a yummy, though overly sweet, happy ending!
This place is a must go for morning persons wanting the best value for a hearty breakfast and a βperk me upβ cup of coffee. It is one of those Restos where relationships with their usual clients are given priority and new comers are greeted with a warm welcome . The Manager Mr SEGUI knows each of his regulars and greets the guests with true Pinoy hospitality ! My go to Resto in Shang. Yummy food and excellent service especially Segui
Simple and delicous also has this high end feels. Maybe because of the crowd. For the food, the mushroom and truffle baked macaroni is a standout. The pot pie and and quiches were also okay, pair it with a cup of flat white and surely it's a good day ahead.

Aside from coffees, who would've known this cafe also serves great food?
But first, I'd like to take this moment to appreciate and say that I'm madly in love with their Mushroom & Truffle Baked Macaroni. It's just so creamy, and the aroma of the truffle-- head over heels, man. Two of my faves literally smashed in one!
As for the pot pies, the Seafood Curry is the best! (Sorry, Beef with Mushroom) The only thing missing was plain rice, and good thing we also had some meat entrees which are the Grilled Pork Chops and Bangus Belly. The pork chop was unexpectedly sweet (which is good for me), as well as the bangus belly.
And for the dessert, I had my very first quiche here (can I ask a knock knock joke tho?) and sadly, I prefer tarts over quiches.
There wasn't a lot of Coffee places that you'll get all the things that you want...Good Coffee, delicious food and a cozy place. That saves you a trip going to another resto just looking for good food after having a cup of coffee from a Cafe, right?
It was indeed a pleasure that we get to try Cafe Lyon during a Food crawl with fellow foodies. No wonder they were one of Zomato Foodies' choice.
We began with the French onion soup and Pot Pies (try Beef with mushroom).
I enjoyed the Truffle Baked Mac and both Spinach and Quiche Lorraine or Cheese and bacon. These Savory French Tarts are unsweetened and baked fresh everyday. Yum!
For Rice meals, you'd probably want Grilled Pork Chops and Fresh Bangus Belly with veggies on the side for breakfast or anytime of the day.

What was once Dome is now Cafe Lyon, one of the awardees of the Zomato Foodies' Choice Awards 2019! I found this restaurant really spacious and classy. It actually reminded me of a French bistro. Here are the dishes that we had during our dining experience there:
1. French Onion Soup - Not a big fan of French Onion Soup in general, but I really enjoyed this. It's a good starter to begin your meal with.
2. Spinach and Feta Quiche - Spinach and feta is a classic combination and works well here.
3. Quiche Lorraine - My favorite kind of quiche. I like how Cafe Lyon's take isn't too cloying and has the right ratio of crust to filling.
4. Beef and Mushroom Pot Pie - This was just okay.
5. Seafood Curry Pot Pie - One of my favorite dishes and highly recommended. I'm not a big fan of spicy dishes, but this one has just the right level of spice. Would love to have this again the next time I dine here.
6. Mushroom and Truffle Baked Macaroni - I like how this had just the right amount of truffle.Β
7. Grilled Porkchop - The porkchop was tender and it wasn't difficult to slice and chew.
8. Bangus Belly - Another favorite dish from our meal. The side of vegetables goes so well with the bangus. Will definitely, definitely order this next time. Sarap!
The place is spacious. It has a cozy butΒ homey ambiance. I like how the staff are welcoming. Cafe Lyon is just one of the restaurants which was awarded with the Zomato Foodies' Choice 2019 award.
I tried the Seafood Curry Pot Pie and I can't get enough. It was on the spicy side but it is tolerable. The Mushroom and Truffle Baked Macaroni is big in serving, creamy, and rich in flavor. Their Grilled Porkchop is tender and flavorful, and it comes with a
sweet adobo-like sauce which is good.
Aside from these delectable dishes, you can hold your private meetings/events, and special occasions here. Consumable room rates are waiting for you.

The place offers exquisite ambiance, perfect for your Sunday brunches with friends or family. I find the feel of the restaurant cozy and classy, I think itβs perfect for a little alone time while reading a book and drinking coffee. Cafe Lyon (formerly Dome) offers Italian/Filipino cuisine featuring steak and coffee.

We broke up here and βcomfortedβ ourselves with coffee. He ordered Cafe Latte while I ordered Cappuccino. He finished his drink while I left my cup half full. We were relieved to have found a place that wasnβt crowded but, at the same time, not too empty that we feel the void. It was quiet but not deafening enough that we could be heard. It provided us the space to unpack without inviting attention to ourselves.
Looking forward to visit again but on a more festive occasion. Hopefully.
Cafe Lyon, used to be Dome Cafe is like a second home, second office and a refuge for me, my kids and business partners. The warmth of the entire staff and their superb service makes us feel so comfortable and cozy in this place. Feels like we're never away from home nor from our office. All the comforts of both worlds not to mention their amazing carrot cake and tasty pork chops (my faves!)provide comfort and palate satisfaction for us. No wonder they've been there ever since. Call it Dome or Cafe Lyon, the staff and food there are both amazing.

I've been a regular since I started visiting Dome Cafe in Eastwood, probably a decade ago! The name may have changed to Cafe Lyon, and now In Shangri-La, but the food remains amazingly delicious, and the same staff continue their excellent service and warm friendliness. The cozy atmosphere always provides a conducive place for me to get my work done or to catch up with friends!

a friend of mine recommended the grilled porkchop, I'm not fond of eating pork because of its weird taste but as i ate the food, it tastes really good! I love the lemon and thyme marinade. Kudos for the great afternoon music and clean comfort room. π

Segui is an excellent manager and takes care of our family whenever we ars at the resto. He makes us feel at home.
Been eating here since I was a child this place has so many memories and they never went back on the excellent service they have here. All the staff including Mr. Segui has given excellent service. If I could give it more than five stars I would.
Food and coffee is great! Would recommend for meetings and gatherings. Service is awesome, ms Ces was very accommodating. Will be back! :) :) :)

Waiters are very friendly. I loved the fact that this was Dome before. They really kept the menu and the vibe the same and it it really amazing because they were able to retain the service I remembered when eating here as a kid. Love this place! Very relaxing and calming place. Friendly and very accommodating staff. They know I love breakfast β their Chicken Tocino and Overmedium Eggs with Garlic Rice β so they allow me to order them in the afternoon when itβs no longer in the afternoon menu. Iβd like to specially mention Segui, one of their servers, who would always enthusiastically greet me every morning that I come I. For breakfast. Heβs definitely a keeper! Iβll coming to this place for as long as it is here because this is a place where it feels like home.
This restaurant is where my family goes to whenever we want to relax. The ambience of the restaurant itself is really nice and the staff is very polite and accomodating. The manager always make sure that we have everything we need and we are taken care of.

Best place for breakfast and great staff! My family and I are big fans of this resto. Highly reco Beef Tapa and Combination Breakfast. For dessert, their chocolate cake and mango cheese cake hits the spot.
