I am a fan of seafood so we ordered lots. I liked their Hipon ala KKK. A bit pricey but it's worth every penny. We also loved their baked tahong! So creamy. Cheese plus mayo... Yuuum! And lastly we bought sinigang na tiyan nang tuna. At first we were a bit hesitant to try the place. But after my friend's recommendation, we finally gave in. And it's a really good thing we did.
Just ordered the starters since these were the ones covered by the zomato promo. Had the sisig and baked scallops. Was pleasantly surprised with the servings of the scallops especially since there was just two of us that dined in.
gusto ko sana ireview yung SM north edsa branch kaso sadly they're not there anymore. so I am just giving my review to this branch,. we love KKK, you know what when there is still the north edsa branch we do drop by almost every sunday because they have an authentic filipino dishes. i really love their bulalo, while my wife loved the makesong lumpia. sayang tlga wala na, since megamall na pinakamalapit na malayo samin, dadayuin namin kayo minsan.

My boyf was craving for Pinoy Food so we decided to try KKK.
FOOD- We tried their Krispy Boneless Bangus sa Manggang Hinog Sarsa, Lechon Manok na Niluto Sa Gata and the Maquezong Scallops. These taste real good especially the scallops. Fresh, no doubt! Also the Krispy bangus except for the mangga sarsa. It doesn't compliment the dish. I like it with toyomansi with sili. 😋 Then the chicken tastes so Nueva Ecija. Yuuuummm! 👌😋
PLACE- I love their Jeepney Kusina.
SERVICE- Accomodating staffs except the fact that we had some problem with the Zomato Gold as they thought we cannot both use the 1+1 benefit in the same table at the same time. But we were advised that nonetheless, they will clear the correct rule with Zomato. Very polite staffs. ❤
PRICE- Affordable with generous serving.
-----I will give 4 stars. 😊

Been to KKK for a zomato gold benefit. Wasnt really familiar with the resto since it was located at the basement of the mall. Ordered their crispy pata and got their karekare as the complimentary dish. Surprisingly, the food tasted great with a good level of authenticity. Their karekare sauce was made from real peanuts and the crispy pata was perfect with the sauce considering that they have their own brand of vinegar (i think). Overall, good visit despite the doubts about their menu and the quality of food. Price was ok as well. If craving for filipino food, KKK is a must try.
This resto serves great food and they have the best scallops ever...The price is very affordable and servings are generous. Friendly staff and good vibe. We will definitely go back.
Good food. Great service. Outstanding dining experience. They serve Filipino dishes with a twist that are very palatable and yummy. They also give you a very Filipino kind of service that makes you want to keep coming back on their restaurant.
KKK or Kainan sa Kalye Kanluran has been one of my top choices when it comes to Filipino cuisine. Not only is it affordable for its quality, it also offers very delicious Filipino food that is innovative and classic at the same time.
Why innovative? Because it has turned various Filipino dishes into something new through taste and presentation.
Bistek Flakes - very appetizing and a new way to serve Bistek. However, for me, it lacked “wow” factor once the spoonful of good-looking delight is already in my mouth. Perhaps, this needs improvement and more flavor.
Ensaladang Inihaw na Talong - my all-time favorite will have to be as simple and as classic as Ensaladang Inihaw na Talong. But beware at how its very simple-looking facade would surprise you — it has a very eccentric and complex taste. A mixture of meticulously mixed and preserved vinegar, and perhaps a sprinkle of some heavenly delight that we can’t figure out what — this was how my first bite felt like. Since then, I never go to KKK without ordering this.
Bacon Cut Inihaw na Liempo - I never miss ordering this dish during every visit. I never really realized how the style of the cut changes the taste of the meat until I tasted this — the Bacon-cut Liempo is yummier, juicier, easier to chew, and harder to get enough of!
Binagoongang Lechon Kawali - Yep, that’s right! The best of both worlds. The only thing I didn’t like about it is that it has a hint of coconut sauce, which I don’t like. For Binagoongan, I still prefer Cafe Juanita‘s, but this one ain’t bad either!
Sinigang na Salmon Belly - was also exceptional having the proper amount of sourness. It’s just that, I don’t like Salmon very much. This was cited by PhilStar as one of the best Sinigang in the Philippines.
Garlic Pusit - yummy squid dish cooked in garlic and sweet soy sauce. YUM!
Gising-Gising and Ensaladang Mangga are also nice to try. Herbivores’ tables should not go without it. More innovative items include Pancit Lucban and Tinapa Pasta, and both come at very cheap prices (good for merienda). Tinapa Pasta is a must-try — exceptional and very unique taste.
The list goes on and on…and why won’t KKK attract you? With its very Filipino-looking ambience, travellers should be brought here to experience good Filipino food from the “Unang Sigaw” to the “Maki-baka” and “Piggytarian”. The serving is even very generous (except for the Inihaw na Liempo, but we understand)!
We would always pass by this restaurant but ignoring it. It has very few dining guests thinking that food isn’t good. We were wrong and quick to judge. Everything we ordered were tasty and good. What made it even better was we used our Zomato gold, making it value for money. I really just hope that the servers would be more attentive and smiling. Well, I’m just referring to one server who wouldn’t smile all throughout our dining stay as if she really had a bad day...she couldn’t be tired since it was just 12 noon and not even half her shift yet. The rest were ok and recommendable 👍🏻
Aside from trying out new good food, i also love it when staff serves you very well. A little improvement on your lechon sinigang though, for me its too MAASIM. But over all is great, you deserve a five star or more 🙂
We tried this filipino resto because it was at 50% off at eatigo .. it was sooo worth it even without the discount the price of the foods that we order was really delicious and tasty.. the staffs are nice and i love how they serve the dishes they have tagged lines with it haha .. ang kulit ..overall its a great filipino resto for satisfying cravings
This place is perfect for family lunch and dinner. My youngest daughter would always want to eat here at KKK. One reason is their free crackers while waiting for our food. In addition, we so love their Sinigang na Hipon and Ilokanong Bagnet! For quite sometime, KKK is part of our weekly routine!
I do always come here. I love the food. It's not pricey at all. The staffs are kind and energetic. They give you snacks while waiting for your orders.
This place is very much underrated.
I feel like very few people actually dine here. Probably because of the location, and the price. It's a bit pricey if you take a single glance on the menu, but actually, the serving size of each order is more than you'd expect.
The dishes we ordered were great. The Bagnet was easy to eat/chew, even better than some other Ilocos or Ilocos-inspired restaurants. We also ordered Sinigang na Salmon, and the taste was much on point.
Definitely going back!
Had a nice experience. The place was not too crowded and the food was great 👍🏼. Their Sinangag sa Bagoong Rice is the bomb! Do try that out when you plan on dining here. Also ordered Pinitpit na Manok and Sinigang na Lechon, which we also loved. Out of all our orders, the one we did not enjoy that much was the Maquezong Scallops, not very tasty and too creamy.
They also serve complimentary crackers with vinegar. The vinegar they use for the crackers was so good!
Ordered the sisig Pampanga and pinitpit na manok. I enjoyed the sisig more than the pinitpit because I felt the chicken lacked flavoring and was charred, giving a little bitter taste.
The service was very impressive. Everyone was all smiles and very accommodating.
It was a very nice experience. They serve excellent filipino food with a refreshing twist. Aside recommending their Bagnet, I'd also recommend the Hipon Ala KKK and Inihaw na Rellenong Pusit. Something that is worth a try and definitely something I would eat again.

Told the staff I’ll be using Zomato gold upon entering the resto. She provided me a list of guidelines for availing and since it was my first time to use Zomato gold, I found it helpful. They gave us complimentary crackers while waiting. We ordered Grilled Pusit Negra, Sinigang na Tuna Belly, Maquezong Scallops, Sisig with Egg and Ensaladang Mangga. Pusit negra is tasty and with rice as filling. It was good but personally thinks it’s a bit overpriced. We didn’t know their sinigang has ginger, tuna belly included was only a few, I think around 100g only or less though it has lots of veggies. My father and sister loved the cheesy scallops. It was meaty and the recipe did not scrimp on cheese which is a good thing for cheese lovers like me. Sisig is also good, serving is a bit lesser than other restos. We love the ensaladang mangga, it is sour, salty and the infusion of pritong dilis balances the taste.
Overall, we enjoyed the food. We also waited longer than usual, I had to follow up our orders once.
Since I used Zomato gold, the sinigang na tuna became the complimentary dish.
Thank you KKK and Zomato :)
For a nicely decorated place inside Megamall, KKK isn't half bad. What would be difficult though is when you crave for it, there's not a lot of branches out there.
If only we had more people dining with us, we would've gotten their Crispy Pata and Kare Kare. I've honestly never been to a ZG partner (aside from Barcino) that don't have a lot of restrictions on what you can use your BOGO membership on. A huge plus!
We got the Kare Kare (beef) and their Grilled Stuffed Squid (inihaw na rellenong pusit). Both very yummy plates but we liked the squid more! It's easy to chew, cheezy and flavorful! Their Kare Kare had a lot of meat and tripe and veggies so we enjoyed it also!
P500 for both dishes with your ZG. Use my code BIRTHD if you like having free dishes like me! :)

Thanks guys 👍👍👍
I don’t usually order adobo in restaurants because I refuse to pay so much for such a common dish. However, KKK’s adobo ni jake is so worth it! We also loved the sinigang na tuna belly. All the ingredients are fresh and cooked just right — vegetables are tender without being overcooked, the broth really tasted like it was prepared the traditional way (not the unnatural super asim sinigang mix in mang inasal haha), and the serving size is really filling. A real gem for affordable but quality Filipino food 🐣
We ordered sisig Pampanga and lechon manok na niluto sa gata. It is so delicious that one rice isn't enough.
Their staff were great with their service. They were very polite and attentive.
But, I would suggest to do a maintenance on their utilities (especially their tables as they were wobbling while we were eating our meal).
Never got the chance to take a pic of the dishes we had. It was just plainly alright and nothing was just as impressive similar to what we had experienced with the restos we've been to. The food was okay, however, we didn't exactly liked how we need to make a follow up on a simple request for 3 glasses of water while we wait for our orders. No one even bother to ask if there's anything we'd possibly need. But i'd still give them 4 stars. If we'll be asked to return, we'd say this visit is already enough.
The place gives-off a typical Filipino fiesta vibe. The food we’ve ordered were delicious — good for sharing too. It took them about 10-15 mins to serve the food. Special mention to one of their staff who delivered witty catchphrases upon serving the dishes on our table.
Good filipino food. Enjoyed the grilled tuna belly, baked scallops, and sotanghon. 🙂 and thanks to Zomato Gold, the baked scallops was complimentary! 😁
Good food presentation. Cool ambience. Interesting and exciting menu. Friendly crew. Satisfying but expensive dishes. The bowl of sinigang we had was almost P400, while the taste was average.
Friend ordered the Lechon Sinigang while I had the Ginataang Pancit. Food was good; noodles were firm and not mushy and well-seasoned. Sinigang was a good level of "asim"; the lechon and lemongrass could also be tasted in the broth. This is a casual dining restaurant, so ambience was just okay. Would come back to try their other dishes.

If you’ve been away from home for quite a long time and is looking for an authentic ‘lutong bahay’dishes..I recommend this restaurant..with good food, nice ambiance and very accommodating staffs..👍🏻👌🏻
Once seated you're welcomed with a serve of complementary crackers and staff ready to take your orders. The atmosphere was welcoming with Filipino decor with a jeepney as the centrepiece. The drinks was refreshing and food was yummy however not exceptional. The garlic pusit was too sweet for us and sinigang was nice but could do with less radish.
I was craving for Bulalo and tried out KKK.
Food: Bulalo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Masarap. Pwede na para sa cravings ko ng Bulalo that day, cravings solved naman.
Marami yung serving ng Bulalo, good for 3 yung isang order.
Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nag bigay agad sila ng crackers at vinegar while umooder kame. Panalo yung vinegar dip, sarap.
Yung mga crew okay naman, mabilis magrefill ng water. 😜
Konti lang din ang mga customers kaya siguro ang attentive nila.
Place: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Okay, maganda ang interior. iG worthy naman.
Local Dishes
Product: KKK is a restaurant that serves some of our favorite local dishes. The theme of their restaurant is supposedly Pampanga cuisine and we all know how famous the place is for their food. The food is actually really affordable, not to mention that they're all for sharing already.
Maquezong Lumpiang Shanghai (Php 180.00): was a good starter, it was deep-fried breaded lumpiang shanghai and the best part about it was its cheesy goodness. This is a great twist to a local favorite.
Pinitpit na Manok (Php 300.00): is basically just chicken inasal laid flatly on a plate. It was marinated and cooked well. It would go really great with salted egg which we had that day on our fried rice too so props for that.
I found the Ilokanong Bagnet (Php 295.00): too oily that the oil is mixing in with the taste of the bagnet. I guess that can't be helped because pork is an oily dish anyway but I've had less oily bagnets before. Maybe it's just me because my family seemed to like it.
However, the Binagoongang Lechon Kawali (Php 320.00): was the best dish for me that day. Maybe because i'm a sucker for both bagoong and lechon kawali (the only thing missing on the table is Kare-kare) but also because it was sweet and savory. The pork wasn't too oily and also because they didn't soak the meat on the sauce so it didn't get soggy at all. It was crunchy as a lechon kawali should be and the shreds of green mango on the side was a nice touch.
Their fried rices were also a must order! They go great with the dishes and make you actually want to eat more. The Sago't Gulaman was kind of overwhelming with sago so it kept popping on my mouth but the drink itself was refreshing and a great "tanggal umay" for you.
Venue: It's very easy to find KKK, once you go down the escalator on the Ground floor of Building B. It's at the center and it's right there as soon as you step out of the escalator. The interior of KKK is very enticing. There are so many Filipino inspired decorations like a jeepney and a hut. The servers were friendly but the service was slower than what we're used to or maybe we were just really hungry at the time? We did feel that we waited for quite a while but at least when it did come, they all came at once so maybe that's how they serve things here. At least we stuffed ourselves when the food came and also left satisfied and full.
One of my favorite Filipino food restaurant. They're a bit pricey for their serving but its understandable. Our favorite is their lechon sinigang you can never go wrong with that.
Food was great! They first serve a bowl of fish crackers with vinegar. Loved how they made the vinegar sweet and tangy. We ordered their bulalo, KKK fried rice and garlic pusit. Its comfort food and i love eating traditional filipino food.
Food taste and quality is a notch better than the famous filipino chicken resto in my opinion. I recommend the garlic pusit.
Service is good. The service crew doing the refills of our iced tea is very attentive and makes sure we dont run out of it.
Ambiance very nice. I like the jeepney facade of their kitchen. Seats were comfy. Overall place is clean.
Cost - is affordable i would say but its 50% off for us since we made reservations via a food app.
Love their ilokanong bagnet, which is served with kbs (kamatis, bagoong, sibuyas). Their ginataanf sigarilyaa at kalabasa is also good especially with the price of only P110.00. I used to like their pandan iced tea but it tasted a little funny in my last visit
It's still a favorite to visit here in megamall! 😁 they may not be the best tasting but at least their crews are always ready to serve you. 👍🏻 it's the first time I tried their noodles. Ginataan is great, if only I can eat that much of gata. Lol! 😂
Great food, good service. My Aunt and cousin from new york visit the philippines and they miss filipino food that's why we decide to eat here. It's my first time and i enjoy the dishes. We ordered a lot. I think good for 18 persons. But in all the dishes what I love the most is the ensaladang talong, sinigang na lechon, sisig pampanga and pinakbet. The tanglad and pandan ice tea even the chicharon with vinegar dip they serve while waiting for the orders is so good. And for dessert, banana fritters chocolate and strawberry ice cream. We all love it. Its Worth it. Were all full and there's still a lot of leftovers for dinner and for our dog. 👍😂😄
We've been here a few times, and we never get tired of going back. Here's our latest experience:
The Place
The restaurant is located at the lower ground floor of Building B. We were seated at one of the spacious red couches, as previously requested when the reservation was made.
The Staff
We were greeted by the Branch Manager upon coming in. He immediately took care of our orders. The wait staff was just as accommodating. They were efficient and alert.
The Food
Before our food was delivered to our table, we were given vegetable crackers to munch on, which was really addicting.
The items we ordered were:
Crispy Pata - crispy skin, tender meat. It was also packed with flavor.
Sinigang na Bangus Belly - big chunks of boneless milkfish belly with fresh vegetables. The hot, sour soup dish was a perfect complement to our meal.
KKK is one of those restaurants where you feel right at home. :)
I always love this place ;) Last weekend we went for a dinner here and we ordered bulalo and ensaladang mangga with dilis..we did not regret it and the place is very comfortable, the staff are accommodating ;)
For the most part KKK offers traditional food and then some. I personally like their Sinigang na lechon. It is a good contrast of sinful pinoy food delights (sinigang and lechon), Its a pleasant surprise in an otherwise traditional menu. Service is ok and the interiors give a very Pinoy feel to it perfect if youre taking a balikbayan friend for a Pinoy lunch out if you are tired of Gerry's grill.
They serve delicious Filipino style comfort food (I'm not a fan of Filipino fusion). We ordered gising-gising, their version of chicken inasal, lengua, cheesy lumpiang shanghai and a pitcher of pandan iced tea. We were very satisfied with the taste, the serving size and presentation of the food. Service was also great.
Overall I was satisfied with the experience, great value for money. My family and I will definitely come back to get our homestyle Filipino food fix.
It was my first time here and I would definitely say I was satisfied with what I ordered. Their food was good. Servers were attentive. The place looks great. They offer different filipino cuisines.
Lutong bahay with a unique taste. Service was good. Food was great! We had Salmon Sinigang and Ensaladang Talong. Even the complimentary shrimp crackers are good. Can't wait to try their other dishes!
Pinakbet is so flavourful, you can taste every veg on the plate. Bagnet is crunchy but isnt hard to chew. Serving is kinda not enough for a hungry person.
this KKK reminds me of my mom's recipes. every time i ate here, it reminds me of my mother. :) my favorite food here is their bicol express and their sinigang na baboy. very Filipino food and classic. :) great place, KKK! :)

Good food & nice service..We tried their suwam na halaan at kabute, paruparong plapla, inihaw na liempo (bacon cut) sisig pampanga & tanglaf iced tea!☺wow all weee superb! The place was cool & cozy as well..💑💕👍
I was in a rush for dinner since most of the restaurants in Megamall closes at 10PM but this staff from KKK welcomed me and advised that they will accommodate me. Being a solution to your need is great how much more to your hunger. :-)
I had the lechon cooked in sinampalukan and the tinapa rice. Everything was great and excellent even the free chicharon/kropek! I finished everything with great satisfaction!
The place is definitely all Filipino. It's not the average Filipino restos you've tried lately. You will get complimentary chicharon that is already good for two, then dip it on their signature Vinegar. Their Sinigang na Lechon is tasteful that it's like having two viands in one. It's literally pork lechon submerged into the delighting and sour goodness of "Sabaw ng Sinigang". We also ordered Lengua (Ox Tongue) which is so tender, while the creamy sauce slightly covers it. Also good for two. The all-time Pinoy favorite Gulaman can be served bottomless/unli and we find it bang for the buck and a better alternative than iced tea. If you want to save, go during the weekdays as the menu is at 30 to 40%
The first time I've been here, I was a bit surprise 'coz of the store's look and I seemed I was attending Buwan ng Wika in the midst of October. Great thing, I count all the dishes I wanna to eat especially the Superb Pinakbet! Saraaaaaaap!! HAHA.
It's our second time here but first time to try their kare-kareng baka and I would say that this is the best already for me! Meat at it's finest indeed and the bagoong is very good too. Nice ambiance here in KKK ,great for family and friends get together dinner or lunch
