Its a great day for all of us who love Filipino and Mexican cuisine! Fiesta Alamexo by Fiery Style just opened its very first branch in the Philippines at the posh Shangri-La Mall in Mandaluyong City, hooray!. Birthday celebrant!. Your traditional and modern Fil-Mex cravings are going to be fulfilled by Fiesta Alamexo’s eclectic –emocionante- choices fit for all ages (burgers and cheesecake for the kids? yup!). Heading out for family/group meal? everything is here mi amigo.
Fiesta Alamexo serves Fil-Mex cuisine. Their menu is extensive that it's impossible not to find a dish that you won't like. There are Filipino fusion dishes and Mexican dishes adjusted to Filipino tastebuds. My top three picks are...1. Mexican Cheese Quesadilla, PHP 378 (or 7.26 USD)2. Kuboodle Y Chabelita, PHP 1888 (or 36.25 USD)3. 6 Long Sticks Cayenne Pork Intestine, PHP 358 (or 6.88 USD)

The best lunch date we had this November. We were both stressed on our respective jobs and we decided to book a date on Eatigo and we chose Fiesta Alamexo. We wanted to treat ourselves we more foods than our usual dates so we ordered Crispy Pata, 5oz Rump Steak and Smokey Fiesta Burger.
ALAMEXO CRISPY PATA: 😋😋😋😋/5😋
Surprisingly good, not just the crispy skin but also the 3 dips served with it. Vinegar, Salsa-like dip (not sure) and Atsara. Umay is not a factor because of the dips. We ordered this with CILANTRO RICE which is very appetizing.
5oz RUMP STEAK: 😋😋😋😋😋/5😋
The best of the 3 dishes we ordered. The mushroom sauce killed it and the ADOBO RICE (you get to choose what rice/side) pefectly complements it. Steak that is this good plus a very cheap pricetag of Php198 is a must try!
SMOKEY FIESTA BURGER: 😋😋😋😋/5😋
Too bad the Black Bun with Sesame is not available and settled for the Oatmel Bun. This one is a surprise hit. It's like a fusion of Burrito and Burger. There is burrito ingredients in the burger which make it unique and special.
Service: 😋😋😋😋/5😋
Ambiance: 😋😋😋😋/5😋
The pork rib serving is pretty big, which is a plus. The flavoured fries that come with the pork rib is very nice too.
I like the Mexican wings. Tastes great.
Overall, the prices are very competitive. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly.
Some of us wanted something different. Yes, we do love Filipino foods but putting some spice won't stop us from being a Filipino. That's why Fiesta Alamexo will bring us the Mexican taste to our Filipino foods. Fiesta Alamexo is the first ever branch of Fil-Mex restaurant by Fiery Style. Dining in at the restaurant with their festive and colorful theme
I just love Mexican food. Nachos topped with beef and tomato salsa, quesadillas with melted cheese, and burritos. I can’t think of a more perfect snack in the afternoons. This month, a new Fil-Mex restaurant called Fiesta Alamexo (by Fiery Style) opens in Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City. It offers Spanish/Mexican/Filipino cuisine.
