Perfect if you wanted a sumptuous meal with the family, friends, or officemates!
The pasta, pizza, and meals tastes good and comforting to the stomach! Pasta has the right amount of creaminess/flavor - one of the bests i tasted so far. Pizza has the right amount of crisp, yet still flavorful. Desserts are also delightful!
The spaghetti al tesori del mare is one of their best dishes especially if you're looking for a seafood based pasta. All in all generous, great price and staff. Will always come back to Amici for pasta and pizza.
SUPER LOVE Amici!!!!! I've had their pumpkin soup + truffle pasta in their Ayala Triangle branch. My mom and I adore the creamy, flavorful pasta, the great ambiance and service, and the value for money. Here, you really do get what you pay for! I'm happy to say that I introduced my BF to this last year (the Megamall branch is the one near his office), and he loved the truffle pasta, too! Can't wait to try their other offerings!
Nothing super fancy - just great Italian food. One of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. I love their food - from the soup, salad, pasta and pizza. For the pizza, we always get the Al Quatro Formaggi. We got this on our last visit and they served the pizza with honey. I thought it wouldn't work but it's the best thing to pair with the pizza. I love the balance of sweet and salty taste.
This place is really worth going back to. I'm not sure if the branch at Megamall moved to another location or it was just renovated. It's smaller compared before but it has a homey and cozier feel now.
One of my top Italian go to restaurant.
I love the blue cheese inspired dishes such as the salad and pizza. Ths megamall branch is paired up with Caramia and slices of cakes are available. This definitely enhances my experience ❤
Amici is definitely one of the best Italian restaurants that you can go to! Everything is so palatable that you wouldn't even mind ordering more! The food is served really well with their accommodating staff. More to that, the place looks really good as well as the choice of music. My friend and I really enjoyed having the food as well as staying in the place. It is a perfect place to chill and to catch up with family and friends. If you looking for the best Italian food, you should go to this place!
Tried eating here for the first time, The staffs were accommodating and appreciated refilling our glass of water every now and then. After ordering our food and waiting it to be served, there is a kind of bread served to us just like an appetizer. The Pizza was great especially the seafood diablo pasta, the heat is just right i could finish it all by myself and lastly the porkchop is full of flavor, would love to comeback here and have a meal again.
Love the entire menu - pizzas, pastas and gelato.
Food is awesome.
Prices were reasonable.
Serving is big and good for sharing.
The restaurant is clean and well-lit.
Ambiance is very pleasant.
I first fell in love with its sister company, Cara Mia. I am certified fan of its ube cake... simple yet super delish. But when my husband recommended this restaurant I immediately said yes because of the good reviews I’ve been reading. Food is sooo good especially the Seafood Diablo. Not too spicy.... I just want it to have pieces of shrimp as well. Rice meals are tasty too. And the pizza❤️❤️❤️ thin, crispy and cheesy....I just simply love love love it🥰
Big servings and superb delicious food especially the cakes and ice cream. Must try their bacon and caramelized onion pizza. Winner!! My fave restaurant of the month.
Italian casual dining at its best. The Pork belly is a must try and their Pepperoni pizza is to die for. Of course eating here won't be complete without their desserts! Try the Pistachio cake it's simply heavenly!
We fell in love with Amici the first time we dined here, the service was commendable and the food were really great! One thing I noticed though is an apparent lack of space to cater more people, but meh putting this aside, the place and food gives an overall very amiable experience! :)
If I can give a rating higher than five, this branch of Amici will be one of them. I am literally impressed with their food and service. Staffs were so courteous and helpful. They refill your water without being told so even though their restaurant was so jampacked with other customers. They provided us complimentary bread while waiting our order and their bread was really good. They gave the bill as soon as you ask for it etc it really was an impressive service, kudos!
As to the food, gosh we were as impressed! We had the ff:
Il supremo pizza - brick oven pizza topped with italian sausage, ham, pepperoni, bell peppers, mushroom and everything else. I love it. The dough specifically was soft and bouncy. It was perfect!
Seafood diablo pasta - star of our meal. It was a bit spicy but not so spicy, it perfectly blended well with the marinara sauce and the seafood. This is a must try.
Matcha gelato cake - another impressive dish. I can taste the matcha very well and was perfectly incorporated. Love it!
I am so sure to be back very soon to try their other pastas and cakes. I love both their food and service. Job well done!
I had the pleasure of eating here while my girlfriend was out of town and I have to tell you that I could not be more pleased with the food and service! I started with a blue cheese and walnut salad that was fresh and delicious. My main course was a linguine with garlic and oil that was full of delicious clams, scallops and shrimp. Pasta was al dente to perfection and the servings were huge. The staff was extremely friendly and this restaurant was one of the best I have found here in Manila! We will be back and thank you Amici for a memorable lunch 💘💘💘💘💘

Their steak is amazing!!!! 😋💕 Pizza and pasta is also delicious, has their distinct taste which sets them apart from other restaurants. They are also, I believe, a sister comany to Caramia so if you’re craving for some gelato for dessert, they have it :)
Would definitely keep going back for their super thin crust pizzas and seafood pasta.
* Best to eat at the restaurant, avoid having your pizza delivered.
Quality of food has remained the same throughout the years. My family and I have been regulars from the start. Eternal favorites are the White Vongole pasta and the Four Cheese pizza. We've tried so many of their other dishes but these are what we always come back to. Waitstaff are always quick and courteous. Cakes, gelato, and coffee offerings are still good, although, TBH, there are better gelato restos out there that specialize in the craft. Still, they're good, I wouldn't take that away from them.
The interiors of this branch, though, seem to have changed a bit. I feel like their lighting now is dimmer than it was several years before. And the ambience has changed a bit too. Seemed like a happier family place than how it feels like now.
Too bad the resto is now smaller. But the food is good. I recommend the seafood diablo. Very flavourful but not too heavy. Regular serving is good for 2. Ube cake is really good for those who love ube, its not too sweet. For the pizza, the crust didn't get soggy nor hard even after we took it home. Its still good after a few minutes in the oven. The staff are very accommodating as well.
I love Amici. They moved to a small space which looked crowded but their staff accommodate customers very well. It is now beside the Sambokojin. One regular order of their spaghetti is good for two persons.
We haven't been to Italy, but this place tastes legit!
Pizza has the thin biscuit-like crust that's best eaten while hot...and their Pasta is divine... al dente and flavorful. Love love love...
I am very satisfied with all the food served. Their pizza and pasta go well together. Ambience is very cozy too. Smell of each food served are mouthwatering.
I visited on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend, was seated and had my order taken quickly. In all, the food was very good. The service was maybe a little inattentive at times, but great at others.
Not terribly crowded...only about 8-10 tables were being used, which helped keep it quiet
I had the Tuscany personale meal. First came a piping hot breadstick that was fantastic. Soft, chewy, still very warm from the oven. I could easily eat a dozen of them.
The salad had a little bit of a sour taste to it for Caesar Salad...not alarming, just different. The chicken was very tasty and more than I expected it to be. The pasta was spot on, and the vegetables crisp.
For dessert, I went with the chocolate symphony gelato cake. The chocolate sauce and cherry puree on the side is a nice touch, but I think the slices have gotten a little smaller. Still very good, though. If you like chocolate at all, you'll like this.
I ordered my favorite Amici dish here Linguine prosciutto al tartufo and I was a little disappointed. The pasta though aldente in texture was drowing in truffle and olive oil, the prosciutto ham had a shredded texture and overly salty, the mushroom was sparse and the serving I felt was below the standard size.
When it comes to pasta and pizza, Amici surely delivers.
Their pasta are for single orders but if you’d like it for sharing you can partner it with pizza.
We love their pesto and marinara sauce. Its price was reasonable considering it is Italian and for sharing.
The Eatventurers
Nowadays, people are very busy with their jobs and about earning money. Being busy should never be an excuse not to see your dearest friends. If you truly cherish and treasure your friendship well then, you will find a way. Since it has been a long time since we catch up, we all decided to have a simple lunch at Amici.
What I like?
1. Place
The ambiance of the place is really nice. It brings a homey feeling with the help of their dim light and even the concept of the restaurant. They also have a comfort room.
2. Food
Since it is an Italian restaurant, we offer a wide variety of pizzas and pastas that you can choose from. Since we are a group of 4, we decided to have their group meal which includes 2 pizza, 1 pasta, garlic bread, chicken dish and Caramia dessert.
3. Staff
They were very nice as they serve the food. They recommended a good set of meal for us since we cannot decide what to order.
4. Price
I can say that the price is okay for a group of 4. We just paid 400+ per head inclusive of service charge. I think this is not really bad. The food and experience is worth the price. I really love the Caramia ice cream. (haha)
What I do not like?
Hmmm. Well, that could be the time when the staff recommended the group meal and we were expecting that she already mentioned it to the other staff. 15 minutes had passed and one of the staff is staring at us so one of my friend decided to ask if he knew our order, to our surprise he said, "No". (haha) We should have thought about that but because we really missed each other and it has been a long time since we had a talked, we did not thought of asking.
Will I be back?
Probably, yes.
Will I recommend it?
Of course.
Pasta, salad and fish combination as its best.
Some of their products are almost for sharing. There is also a ice cream parlor inside the restaurant.
In order to fix a pizza craving, we tried Amici yesterday. The restaurant is really big in a colorful southern italian style.
We've been welcomed and entertained by their manager that gave us a very professionnal and flawless service.
We got their truffle pasta and their 4 cheese pizza.
The pizza was good, not exceptionnal, with a low time rising dough and the toppings were good.
The pasta were OK but a bit too salty.
We tried one of their dessert made of gelato, the ferrero ice cream is to die for !
Good late lunch, a bit pricy though.
We enjoyed the food when we dined here in Amici. We ordered their Celebration Meal (2,998) good for 10 people.
Their carbonara is one of the bests Ive had. Even my father who is not a big cream based pasta fan was impressed!👍🏻
Another impressive food for me is the chicken pesto pizza! It was surprisingly very good. The gelato cups were also a big hit! My faves are chocolate therapy and tiramisu.
I would have given this place a 5 rating if not for the poor service. Everything else was really good except for the fact that their staff at that time were slow to respond to our requests, despite the fact that the place was not packed at all.
We ordered extra cups of rice since the meal also included chicken, and we had to follow up thrice before the rice finally arrived. Actually, the chicken pesto pizza was the last to be served (before dessert of course😀) and it was not by choice. We were almost done when it was finally on our table. Another one is the gelatos. I get it that it was 10 cups in different flavors. But really, it was waaaay too long before we got them. Almost 30 minutes! And when they finally arrived we were missing one flavor and the server even said "wala po sinabi si mam" referring to me, when everybody else heard me ask for salted caramel.
Overall, the food is great. Get the celebration meal while you can coz it really is worth it.
I would definitely go back for the carbonara and pesto pizza, and hopefully the service will be better.

I dined here to consume the benefits of my Amici Gusto Card before it expire.
As usual, I ordered Carbonara and Amici never fail me. The creaminess is there and the bits of mushroom and bacon has that taste (because in other restaurants serving pasta/carbonara, you won't even taste every chunks of meat that was on the dish). Place is clean, but it's a bit darker. The staff were so accomodating and put everything I need on my table (see picture). Nothing to complain, always a customer of Amici (and Caramia).
Amici Review:
Service 5/10, they need to improve on this part.
Food: Tutta Carne - 10/10, favorite Pizza
Ravioli, 10/10. It's a must-try!!
The best thing about this place is that they serve good italian food and dessert as well, on a cheap price. 👌👌👌

Didn’t get the chance to take pics but Amici offers great Italian goodness! I forgot how they call it but the Seafood pasta caught me hanging, I just can’t get enough of it!
Clean and nice ambiance and I love their Parmesan Crusted Sole and Seafood Diablo. A good choice for family dining and casual meet ups :) Service is ok cause I got my orders served really hot and quite fast :)
Delicious food, the staff are very accommodating, they will really assist you in ordering and ask if you are enjoying their food. And the place is really cozy 👍🏻
We’ve always been lovers of ice cream, as do a lot of us, and gelato is definitely on top of the list when it comes to really tasty sweet ice cream. Gelato is denser and thus more flavorful and doesn’t melt as easily as regular ice cream. There are a few brands here and there, but one of the most prominent gelato brands is Caramia. The first gelato I really loved was from Caramia along Pasay Road near Don Bosco.
I would have given them a perfect 5.0 if for the taste of food alone. But I'm deducting for service which needs improvement, and for the mussels that were not thoroughly cleaned (they didn't take out the hairy part!).
I've always come back here for their penne pasta in creamy pesto with prosciutto. It's really good. Their latest creation, seafood diablo, is a must try!
Love the desserts here at Amici. My all time favorite would be the Sea Salted Honey Crunch. Tried the pasta too and the Ravioli is to die for. Amici is always a good choice.

We ordered Pollo Arrostito (P328), Chicken Pesto Pizza (P395), Prosciutto E Funghi (P382), Linguine Al Salmone Cremoso (P352), Spaghetti White Vongole E Gamberetti (P352) and Rouge (P165) for dessert. Everything was awesome, except for the dessert. I read on their website that the cake we ordered was voted as one of the best desserts by the Philippines Inquirer, but I don't get why. It didn't have a lot of flavor, and the texture was just all over the place.
Some of my notable favorites : Pollo Arrostito, I always order this when I go to Amici. The different herbs and spices works so well with the chicken. And the vegetables are also always perfectly cooked. Another favorite would be the Linguine Al Salmone Cremoso, it has the perfect balance of creamy and zesty, you couldn't get enough. I was also picking out all the Salmon because they were also cooked to perfection.
been here few times back when I was working in Shaw, food is great. I LOVE their Pastas so much. We usually eat here to try diff pastas and pizzas they have and it's always good..
👍👍
when we visited amici, we coincidently had the chance to avail their promo which has free ice creams when you order a whole pasta and a whole pasta serving can be divided by 2 since it was a generous amount of pasta. it was worth the try! will come back any time soon.
Italian roll x gelato
The italian roll was surprisingly good. Something new for the tastebuds. ☺ also, each table has its own (little dispenser of) Parmesan cheese. Yes, it's free. How cool is that? 😊
The gelato inside the resto was Caramia. We had blueberry and cookie dough. Both were good 😊
first time to eat here with my boyfriend and we weren't disappointed.. everything we ordered was spot on. We had their mediterranean salad, risotto di mare, bolognese and amatriciana, all were delicious.. definitely will come back.
I really love there pasta hindi siya masyado luto i mean yung over cooked na pasta i really love the sauce with anchovies, yung serving system nila yung good for one can good for two servings kasi madami. I will come back here soon kapag balik ko PH. Good Job to everyone! 👍👍👍😃
I love the gelato and pasta. My go to place in megamall for Italian comfort food. Huge servings and very pleasant wIters. This time I had the lasagna and availed of tbe buy one take one gelato promo for election day. I forgot to take a picture of the gelato. Too busy earing.
Amici's decor is cozy and inviting. It's serving sizes good for couples or group sharing, tastes are authentic Italian and the prices are reasonable.
We've eaten here a few times before and recently re-visited the place at SM Megamall, with our niece from Davao. We ordered the Tuta Carne Pizza ("An old-time Amici favorite! Italian sausage, ham and pepperoni"), the Penne Rosa and Bacon ("Bestseller! bacon, pomodoro, bechamel sauce sauteed with mushrooms, garlic and onions") and the Spaghetti Al Pomodoro ("Fr. Gianluigi's dish -pasta tossed in a flavorful blend of tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and fresh basil"). Every dish we've chosen was good. We really had a hearty meal.
We appreciate the attention provided by their staff, Kris and Joana.
Food - I like the wide variety of their pizza flavors. The Walnut & Blue Cheese, and Blue Cheese & Honey pizzas were different from the usual but it worked for me. I like the texture of the former and the contrasting taste of the latter.
My fave pasta is the Spaghetti Ai Tesore del Mare or Seafood pasta in olive oil. I like how Amici is consistent with the freshness, flavor and most importantly the generous (real seafood) toppings of this dish! I haven't seen any other mid-priced Italian restaurant serve this dish with that much topping.
Value for money - Looks good, tastes good! Sulit! Good food served generously for the average price point.
Ambiance: Pleasant and well-thought of interiors. The place is neat, sophisticated and yet accommodating. This particular branch is spacious so there's no waiting time to be seated.
Service - The waiters were pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable on what to recommend in case my preference is like this or that.
Amici is ideal for couples, families, girlfriends and titas of manila. This is a resto where its inviting to lounge in even after eating. No rush. Enjoy the food & conversation. Definitely one of my fuss-free-no-fail go to Italian restos.
Nice selection of italian food. It is affordable but the quality is good. It is great for a family lunch, or lunch with friends or even bring your meetings over
I've tried their famous gelato's, but this was the first time I get the chance to dine and eat a full meal at Amici - Megamall. Upon entering the place, I was a little bit disappointed because none of the staff accompanied us to a table, or even handed us the menu after we seated ourselves. Well anyway, I was craving for a good old pasta and pizza combination so we ordered Creamy pesto with proscuitto and Tutta Carne pizza. I must say that this pasta was the BEST I'v ever tasted. It instantly became one of my favorites. It was creamy, the pasta is soft, and it was oozing with flavors! The bacon on top if it gave it the right amount of saltiness, and it was not too oily. Plus I get to add a lot of parmesan cheese on top! The pizza was good as well, but nothing special about it. For the dessert, I ordered a slice of Rogue. This cake was delicious! It was fruity, and sweet. You can almost distinguish the different layers by the taste. Over-all the food was very satisfying. Top choice if you'll be ever craving for pasta and desserts!
Spinach artichoke dip with pizza wedges. Spinach ravioli. Shot of espresso. Duck ravioli. Loves me. Spinach cannelloni is baaaaaaack. Sansrival gelato. Brazo.
Amici Megamall is a memorable branch for me because it is one of the places where my friends and I waited out for the Ondoy rain and flood to subside (and we all know what happened on that day/the following days). We mostly ate ice cream because for some reason, eating something cold on an already cold day is still quite nice. Anyway, they have generally ricey food that come in small servings.
The Pepperoni and Three Cheese will always be our fave! My mom loves cheese and she's always happy when there's a lot of cheese on the table. We partnered our pizza with two kinds of pastas which were Bacon & Blue Cheese and the other one was Aglio Olio.

Great place to relax!! Very affordable yet so tasty and mouthwatering foods!
Had a great time in Amo Yamie. Actually we're celebrating my sister's achievement earlier. The ambiance so cool 😁😁 You've better try this place. ;)
Great minds think alike! Penne party with the team.
On the table
🔹Penne Rosa and Bacon - yummy but least tasty of the 3 pasta dishes.
🔹Bacon & Blue Cheese - we requested for penne instead of spaghetti. Blue cheese wasn't overpowering.
🔹Creamy Pesto with Prosciutto - real creamy and pesto wasn't too strong
🔹Mozzarella Fritto - lacked flavor even after dipping in the sauce
Love how the flavor of each pasta dish was different. Bread was yummy too. The regular sized servings were so huge that we weren't able to finish everything.
I'm adding this to my list of restaurants for my pasta cravings.
For an affordable Italian restaurant, one can never go wrong with Amici. The pasta is superb, its al dente and its really delicious especially the Pasta Aglio Olio. The place is also cozy with a friendly and helpful staff.
A Good place partnered with Good Food. 😊
Their Shrimp and Pesto Pizza is indeed their best seller Flat bread pizza. It is the kind of pizza that you will truly love because of its delicious shrimp taste with pesto sauce. Also, their pasta will never disappoint you. 👍👌
I LOOOOOOVE Amici's yummy, a bit spicy Spaghetti Ai Tesori Del Mare. I'm very particular with Italian dishes, good thing this one did not disappoint my tastebuds. BTW, Their regular plate is already good for sharing. Amazing!!
Great pastas and pizzas! Really had a great time with my college friends! Will definitely recomment to my relatives, colleagues and other friends! :)
Amici is one of my favorite Italian restaurants to eat in since it's my dad and I's classic kill
time spot which started during my high school days in San Lorenzo, Makati. There is just so much history with how the business started; from the Salesian brothers of Don Bosco down to every hungry customer, this really does fit its name Amici. Being a cream-based pasta lover myself, I never fail to enjoy their Carbonara and Salmone Cremoso. Sautéed in layers of cream and cheese, these pasta dishes are one to look forward to. Another constant I would order is mushroom soup and Amici's version of mushroom truffle soup is something my taste buds are eternally ready for; a strong blend of truffle decadence and even a dash of cappuccino. Amici is another char topper to come see for yourselves!
If we're only talking about food, Flavor and how satisfying their menu is. I would have given 5. 00 rating. But I also need to consider the service. This has been the problem with Amici. I haven't been to the other branches so I'm not sure if all their branches have slow service. You have to cal the waiter twice or thrice just to ask for water. I understand that this branch is in megamall and megamall is always congested. But please add more people to work for you. You have nice food and a spacious location. Use it for your advantage. Food again will always be superb!!
This is one of my Dad's favorite italian resto. lasagna alragu has become my comfort food 👌👌 And I love every kind of pizza they offer, everything is deliciously superb. And for the sweet tooth their Gelato never disappoints. 😉

Amici is one of the best places to have pizza, pasta and gelato. You will surely be satisfied if you are craving for great pizza and pasta dishes. I highly recommend the following: carbonara, creamy pesto, lasagna, tutta carne, quattro formagi and spinach artichoke. If you have a sweet tooth, then you will definitely like its vast choices of cakes and gelatos. This is one of the must-try places in Megamall.

The food here is great. I had the aglio olio and it was a great mixture of oil, garlic and chillis. My wife had the pasta carbonara and the pasta to sauce ratio was great. The price is a tad high though compared to better Italian eateries though. That is why I just eat here once in a while. Although the selection is very nice.
Great place for an italian dinner. Ambience is good, food is delicious. Ordered pizza and pasta and gelato. Also the staff are accomodating 😊
Amici maintains consistent food quality over so many years.
Visited the Megamall branch Monday evening. We had a couple of cocktails - Strawberry Daiquiri and Mojito -quite good though, as expected, light on alcohol content.
Had the Chicken pesto pizza and the spaghetti Bolognese. Both were good. Pizza crust remained crispy with the distinctive pesto taste. The pasta was moist with a hint of spiciness.
Very efficient service.

My cousins are not fund of buffet because we dont eat a lot, so we decided to eat italian food. We are pizza and pasta lovers so we agreed to my elder cousin who brought us there. We had our salad first which was ceasar salad. It was really good! Next they served pizza, and my heart leaped out because it was a thin crust pizza, and i love it freshly cooked mozarella cheese was still stretching out. Lastly they served spaghetti al tesori del mare, we were all happy .highly recommended all you peeps out there.happy eating!
My family love the food but personally, I did not enjoy their Spaghetti Ala Carbonara and their Pollo Arrostito that much. I'm a pasta and chicken lover and I did not find any distinct flavor or quality on the food. However, the Blue Cheese & Honey Flatbread Pizza satisfied my desire for italian cuisine that day.
If you want authentic Italian Pasta, Pizza and Gelato that is not that pricey, Amici is the place to be. They are originally operated by Salesian Brothers and Priests and their original branch located in Don Bosco Makati. I would recommend their Red Vongole Gamberetti for the freshness of the seafood they include in the dish. I also love their Pistacho gelato. :) Also, it allows me to help charity because part of their earnings go to Tulay ng Bosco aiding oir less fortunate Kids staying and studying in Don Bosco Tondo.
Amici Megamall is one of my family's frequently visited resto.. my kids loved Ravioli Spinaci and Brazo de mercedes gelato style... my hubby would always order the lemon and butter fish..and me, usually orders Spaghetti tesoro del mare ...i forgot the name.but i always remember the taste
As a montly ritual, my previous officemates and I decided to push thru with our Dinner Nights. We decided to meet halfway and ended up in SM Megamall.
I've been hearing Amici, serving the best pasta and pizza. Located at the 3F Mega Atrium, the place is secluded but still noticable since its the restaurant you'll see once you step into Atrium. Upon entering, the cozy ambiance will welcome you. With its dim lanterned lights the restaurant feels really warm and intimate.
Since I didn't eat any decent breakfast and lunch. Checking their menu, I searched for their soup and ordered the Squash Bisque (P95) to warm my hungry tummy. I love how hot it was served and the thick consistency of the soup.
When my friends came, we immediately ordered the Penne Rosa and Bacon (535) and when it came, I was speechless, the serving was really really big and the aroma of the sauce was tempting. The taste was amazing not too sweet, just the right amount of creaminess in every bite.
We ordered pizza as well, Margherita (P318) cheese piza with basil that goes perfectly with their hot sauce. I love the perfect fit of melted cheese and the sting of hot sauce. This one for me is the best, simple but THE BOMB.
Instead of having appetizers, we opted to another pizza. We ended up choosing Meat Ragu Pizza (P398) served with meat, pepperoni, cheese and mushroom, we added olives into our pizza since the kiddo who joined us loves olives. The pizza is overloaded with ingridients and I love topped with parmesan cheese and hot sauce. The pizza was oven baked but not toasted.
Having this experience with Amici, definitely I will go back and try the other pizza and pasta selection. I also love the ambiance of the restaurant since it feels cozy especially this time of the year. The staffs were friendly and accommodated us when needed.
* Price: 5/5

my brother sponsored a mothers' day lunch here. glorious pasta (marinara and alfredo) and pizza galore! i forgot what else we had but what i remember is more than enough to give this place a 4.
For a quick snack, my husband and I went to Amici since we were craving for pasta and pizza. The frutti de mare pasta was superb! I almost licked my plate.
Great italian food. I really like their pastas. This is a good alternative to the usual restaurants that I usually go to. Another thing that I like about it is that there is usually a Caramia ice creamery with it. What could be better than an Italian dinner? An italian dinner with Gelato.
Finally, traditional authentic Italian pizza in the Philippines! I've been searching high and low throughout the 'ppines and this is the only authentic Italian pizza I've found. The pizza is fantastic, I had the Quattro Stagione and it tasted perfect, it doesn't have the toppings separated into the four "stages" but the taste and crust were perfect. They got it right! The lasagna was ok and our pina colada was excellent. The cost was not bad at all, around 750 for 2 people. It was worth it just for the pizza. I'll be coming back for sure.
Surprised that Amici is actually a local restaurant which started in Don Bosco. Their Tutta Carne pizza plus additional cheese is yummy. It has thin crust and loads of meat. Their spaghetti carbonara is also good. I love the fact that it has lots of mushrooms. I love mushrooms hihi. The pasta is creamy and perfectly cooked. We enjoyed it. Their half chicken is big and is good for 3 persons. Most of their items are good for sharing.
Delicious food and great service plus fast wifi connection!
I had dinner with my friends to this newly-renovated Amici branch in SM Megamall.
We ordered Sausage and Three Cheese Pizza, Linguine Al Prosciutto E Tartufo for pasta and Seafood Chowder Risotto.
I loved the pasta the most, the flavor of the truffle makes the dish delicious and not overwhelming. The pizza and risotto were excellent as well.
The prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. I can't wait to go back for more.
So I was looking for a restaurant that I have never tried in Megall. I was looking at the menus making sure it's something that I would enjoy and agrees with my budget.
Now while the first two restaurants I checked have their menus right before the entrance, what separated them from AMICI is the CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The lady who attended me made me feel welcome. I felt comfortable asking what the best seller is and the price. Now that's saying something.
So she gave us the best seller for pizza, pasta and drinks. She helped but still left the decisions to us. LIKE!
The food is swesome. But what stood out is the service.
I'll be back. Definitely!:-)
One of my favorite restaurants, AMICI!
Amici (an italian word for 'friends') restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine for the Filipinos. Started as a canteen in Don Bosco of Makati, the restaurant has grown metrowide. It is also popularly known for Italian pizza, pasta and the CaraMia's gelato.
One of their branches I love to visit is in the vicinity of Megamall. Located at 3rd floor of Megamall Atrium, the restaurant welcomes you with its warmth and cozy ambiance. However, the current arrangement of furnitures has lead CaraMia's customers away because the counter is now located at the center of the restaurant. But good thing they opened Cara Mia Gelateria stall at ground floor of Megamall Mega A.
I also love the staffs and their services here. The staffs are polite, friendly and attentive. They also observe cleanliness in the restaurant and its comfort room.
For the food, I've tried different kinds of pizza, pasta and of course, gelato. Let me discuss them one by one:
1. SAUSAGE PESTO PIZZA consists of Italian sausage, mushrooms, garlic and the pesto sauce. This is my favorite here at Amici. Formerly, this pizza didn't have Italian sausage but the sausage truly adds deliciousness on the pizza. Moreover, garlic tastes like meat :D. And the pesto sauce is love!
2. TUTTA CARNE PIZZA consists of Italian sausage, ham and pepperoni. For the meat lovers, I think this is the right for you but the overall taste is salty, or it is just me. Amici claims this as all-time favorite but I prefer sausage pesto pizza.
3. MEAT RAGU PIZZA consists of pepperoni, provolone cheese, parmesan, mushroom and ragu sauce. I don't think I can share anything good about this pizza but it seems I don't like it. In addition, the name is very misleading for the meat lovers.
4. SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA is a white-based spaghetti pasta with cheese and bacon. A mediocre pasta that highlights creaminess and milkiness.
5. RAVIOLI DI SPINACI is a ravioli stuffed pasta that has spinach and mushroom on the inside and has creamy sauce. Good for veggie lovers and even veggie haters like me :D. The creaminess adds a tiresome feeling on the pasta later on.
6. TORTELLINI MORTADELLA is another stuffed pasta that consists of Mortadella sausage, has creamy white sauce and tops with bacons. Delicious from the start but like Ravioli Di Spinaci, it becomes tiresome to eat at the end. Solution, share them. :D
7. LINGUINE AL SALMONE CREMOSO is my another favorite here. It consists of creamy white sauce and salmon. The salmon is very very delicious here.
8. PENNE ROSA & BACON consists bacon, pomodoro, mushroom and bechamel sauce. A mediocre pasta that tastes like an another tomato-based pasta and a mac and cheese pasta.
9. For the GELATO, what I can recommend are the Pistachio, Ferrero, Sans Rival and Salted Caramel but all of the gelato are good. Compared to ice cream, gelato has less fat and does not include air which makes the gelato creamy and compact.
So here you go fellow foodies. Amici really offers great Italian dining experience with your friends and even with your love ones.
Amici is one of our default pizza and pasta restaurants. We have been patronizing their offerings since I've known their humble restaurant in Don Bosco School Makati. It has grown to several branches and changed their set-up to casual dining from self-service type. I prefer the latter because there was no service charge.
My recent visit to Amici Megamall branch involved ordering al quattro formaggi and penne alla primavera. I personally like penne alla primavera because it was cooked al dente and well, delicious. It contained tomatoes, zucchinis, roasted bell peppers, broccoli, and black olives which were all tossed in olive oil. The taste is lightly salty but good. This is one of their healthy options. Al Quattro Formaggi is also one of my favorites because I simply love cheese. The crust was quite crispy but I wish they added more cheese on its toppings.
Amici has a lot of items on their menu from antipasti to gelato. One should not miss their gelato because they are affordable and offered in a variety of flavors. My personal favorite pizzas are meat ragu, frutti de mare, Pesto de aglio. They also offer oil-based, cream-based, and tomato sauce-based pasta dishes.
Ordered the Tortellini Mortadella which looked like Xiao Long Pao (or Xiao Long Bao) to me. The meat inside was almost the same of the popular dimsums but it was really chopped Mortadella sausage. Couldn't distinguish it though. :( My order was served with tiny yet crispy bacon which added some texture to the dish. The cream sauce was so good, I wanted to ask for more.
