5 stars for the ribeye burgers!!!!!
I don't know if it has become our personal goal to try each and every food in the menu but almost all that we have tried are fantastic! This restau alone makes zomato gold membership super worth it! The complementary bread is something we crave for all the time. The macarons are a sin to eat, they are sooooo good!
I love the ambience. Quality and friendly service of the staff. Very good food.
I love the fresh shrimp pasta.. the unli bread they provide while waiting for the main orders qre yummy.. the chicken lollipop and the fish and chips were too salty thoughmm
The food was great, ate with Zomato Gold, which made the whole experience even better. We loved the Fish and Chips, Beef Burgundy and Puttanesca! The Lasagna's so-so. It's too sweet for our liking. Really happy with the warm bread basket too.
The ambience here was great. It's complimentary bread was very satisfying as its service as well. The food was also very tasty, we ordered the creamy chicken in wine sauce and the chicken galantina. Next time we'll have to try their croque monsieur. It looks very delicious!
The chairs were so elegant which made me feel like a princess 😂
We ordered the spicy pasta and the porkchops.
They were generous with the pasta.
A lot of shrimps, fish, and squid in the serving but it wasn’t spicy at all.
The porkchop had 2 pieces and it was a bit hard to chew.
While waiting a complimentary bread and butter was served too!
Thanks to Zomato Gold our total bill for 2 was only 380!
The food was delicious. The staffs are courteous and professional and provides great service! The place is nice if you want some quiet time. Nice ambiance! Would definitely go back.
Love the food and the ambiance! They served their complimentary bread basket which tasted heavenly while we were waiting for our food. We ordered chicken cordon bleu and croque monsieur. Both tasted superb and service was also great. Will definitely return for more.
The ambiance is great ❤️ The food is also quite good but pricey (good thing there’s Zomato Gold!). We tried the Classic Carbonara, Fish and Chips, and Mango Crepe. Overall, it was a relaxing experience.
Good place to have a quiet lunch with my mom on a Sunday afternoon. The grilled chicken with mango salsa was a great choice for lunch and a must try.

How we review 😎
Heart if we want to order it again in the next 30 days, thumbs down if it's the opposite.
> Chicken ala king - ❤️
> Macaroon - ❤️
> Pistachio sansrival - 👎
> Carrot cake - 👎
> Americano - 👎
Food was great and the serving was big enough for a big size eater. The service was excellent as well. The staff were very service oriented and friendly. The place is very cozy that is suitable for people who wants some serenity and not the noisy and crowded restaurants.
Surprised that food was awesome and very good here :) We weren't able to try much on their menu since we got in moments before they announced they were closing (for the night). So we'll definitely go back to try their pies etc :)
Love their French Onion Soup! The shrimp tomato cream pasta was also good, there was a generous serving of shrimp. Their chef salad was ok.. its simple greens and eggs, I needed to eat greens so we had to order it. The cordon bleu was a bit burnt so it was tough and dry.. but hubby still finished it. Will probably stick to their soups and pasta next time. Will definitely come back! 😊
It took a while before we got our orders. More than 25min wait. The food was just okay. I think it’s a bit pricey for me considering the taste and serving. Just an okay experience overall. Nothing extra special to note.
Ordered the Seared Salmon and the serving was pretty big and really flavorful 😊 Servers were kind and accommodating too. Super underrated resto!
It is great concept done by French Baker Salon.:) For main course I love the Ravioli pasta and Burger steak. Even in dessert...must try! 👍❤️👏. Try also the Cafe Americano. One cup for me is huge and with a nice 1 slice or chocolate brownie. We will come back here soon. Thanks Zomato!
Food is good, zomato gold is also very good, almost wverything in the menu is for 1 on 1 food. It's a good place for meeting. They give you free bread. Nothing to complain about here.
Yum! That pistachio sansrival is heavenly! I love it. Sweet and wonderful! and if u love hot chocolate drink, go for the French chocolate in a hot pot! Love it’s bittersweet taste. The spicy seafood pasta, I like the chewy squid 😂 however I couldn’t taste any spicy on it...Nonetheless since I love food I can still give it a 5! 😉
My boyfriend and I went here to eat lunch and everything was okay. The place was nice and ambient. It has that classy vibe to it so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the grilled chicken and the galantina chicken, I think. For the grilled chicken, it was supposed to come with mango salsa but it wasn't available so they replaced it with salad. A few leaves and small slices of tomato, cucumber and cheese. I guess it wasn't so hearty because it was just a side dish. The chicken was not that special to be honest but it was worth a try. My order took a lot of time to get served but it was fine because the staff were nice to serve complimentary bread. The food I had was okay. Nothing quite special but it was good. I guess we should have asked for the best sellers. Still, I'm giving this place 4 stars because the staff were nice and the seating was comfy. Good for tita meetings or brunches!
i love their spicy seafood pasta. it can be good to share as the serving is too much for ladies lil tummies. recommended to get another dish that will match this and to share with your date. ambiance is super too!
Nice, quiet ambience, food was good, friendly staff, however they were a bit understaffed when we visited, so getting the crew's attention, as well as the bill took awhile, otherwise this would have been a 5-star rating. Otherwise, all good.
5/5 Dainty and opulent ambience
5/5 Knowledgable and attentive servers
4/5 Pricey food but each is well garnished and delicious
Good place for cozy afternoon tea or an intimate dinner

My father's favorite turns out to my favorite too! So it was a joyous day for us and we decided to celebrate at his place of choice, which (ofcourse!) meant French Baker Salon de The.
It's a very classy restaurant. It makes you feel inside a restaurant and you forget that you are inside SM Megamall!
So this is a combined review of 2 days that I went and had the opportunity to taste different dishes from their menu.
FOOD:
Firstly, I would like to comment on the complimentary bread basket. It consists of fresh French bread (baguette, to be specific) and white butter. Simple, yet heart touching!!
Chicken Fricassa a' l'Ancienne: my father's favorite. It's made of several chicken pieces in a stew form with some carrots, celery and mushroom added. Even rice with some boiled corn and carrots are given as well. I would give 4/5
Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa: grilled chicken with sweet barbeque sauce accompanied by mango, tomato and onion salad with plain rice. Filipinos favorite!! I would like to give 3.5/5.
Chicken alla Grandinade: minced chicken filled with kismis, egg, ham in a patty kind of form accompanied by sweet barbeque sauce and white rice. I would like to give 3.5/5
Chicken Corden Bleu with Portobello Mushroom: chicken cutlets stuffed with cheese accompanied by mashed potato, and Mushroom sauce. Sauteed veggies (carrots, corn, and beans) with butter and white rice. I would give 4/5.
Ricotta Cheese and Spinach Quiche Slice: it was awesome. Fresh ricotta cheese was used and made the dish very palatable and authentic French. Would give them 5/5.
To end the meal we had one Salted Caramel Macaron and Chocolate Macaron. I can't explain in words the goodness of such delicacies. Wang authentic macaroons at reasonable price? Head to French Baker Salon de The! Would give them 5/5.
SERVICE:
Superb! Do not have complaints. Its awesome service attracts customers!
A perfect place for brunch! Place is high class and serves awesome food! Their service is impeccable and the service always attend to your needs. The place is not too crowded too so if you want a quite place to work this is perfect (life hack: the inner benches have a charging port for your needs). Price is a bit on the high side but flavor profile and generous servings well make up for it!

My dad super loves their coffee and usually orders two every time we go. My go-to tea here is peppermint because it’s super relaxing. You’ll never go wrong with their French Onion Soup because it’s the perfect meal when you want something light and filling at the same time. Best of all, I’ve tried their taco pizza and it’s good for tea-time.
I love the free bread and butter. Hahaha. Seriously, the bread is amazing. They serve it hot and its very good. Anyway, ordered Chicken Pesto pasta. It was a creamy version but I liked it nevertheless. Well-balanced flavor between the pesto, salt, and cream. Would definitely try again.
It was my first time visiting this place because I searched that they have a very stable Wi-Fi connection. (Because I have to work) I didn't know that this is also French Baker. Anyway, I went inside and noticed the very instagrammable place! I seated in one of their couches surprisingly it has a plug for my laptop cord. It is unfortunate and fortunate because I have to work while I am there but fortunate enough to experienced their quality service and of course good food. Ordered chicken pesto and beef burgundy.

Yesterday was my second time to visit this place. It is definitely a posh version of the usual French Baker, which is something that I welcome. While the regular French Baker still offers good food, the vibe of the place sometimes turns me off. French Baker Salon de The, though, gives you that Paris-y look and feel, so points for that. :)
As for the food, I opted for their chicken ala king because...why not? :) It is a classic favorite and I think it’s the gold standard for chicken ala king. Their version is even better so more points for that.
For dessert, I tried their dulce de leche cake and was happy with it. It’s sweet, fluffy but filling, too.
Service can be improved, though. And perhaps the space, too.
Upscale and classier version of French Baker catered to serve premium dishes, pastries and tea selections. Fancy interior with posh chairs though I found it a bit dreary. It could use a little bit more light though I assume they're going for a candelit/dim type ambience.
Ordered vongole linguine and a glass of freshly squeezed lemonade. Vongole linguine is a pasta dish with clam and garlic as the main ingredients. A thin layer of clam broth sits at the bottom of the plate. Overall, the dish delivers what it's named after. The garlic flavour is strong though it doesn't overpower the clam broth. Around 10 medium size clams are included in the meal. It comes with an assorted selection of artisan, freshly baked bread - soft buns, sliced baguette, etc. That plate of bread together with the butter is enough to make one satiated.
The freshly squeezed lemon is refreshing and is served in large, fancy glass.
This place is usually packed during major meal times but is perfect when one wants to relax during tea sessions.
The French Baker’s Salon de Thé goes for the French café feel compared to its original bakery style. As the name implies, a number of tea varieties are available to choose from, along with cakes, pastas, soups, and the like.
I wanted something light, so I had some French hot chocolate and a scone. The chocolate is served in a shining metal chocolate pot on a stand. A tea light burns under the stand to keep the chocolate hot. That is a plus for me as I like to take my time writing or eating in places like this.
The scone is a round, crumbly cake sort of like an American biscuit. It is not too sweet but I can get a hint of butter from it. It is not the easiest to handle with a fork and knife but it is a treat worth working for.
It's a classier version of French Baker from the ambiance to the furniture. We ordered Dulce de Leche (Php125) the slice was a bit small for the price. Then I ordered Cafe au Lait (Php125) I liked their coffee blend.
This French Baker has a classier version of the regular fare and more. They have an assortment of teas and pastries not available in other branches. But I just had the usual quiche since I wasn't very hungry but I just wanted to rest a bit. So I'm going back for the tea and pastries next tome.
Somebody called this a glammed up French Baker and I wholeheartedly agree! Good interiors and quite an extensive menu of quiches, sandwiches, pastries, desserts and beverages.
We picked up a few items for our late supper just before closing time. Iced Bourbon Vanilla Fruit Tea was good as was my Cafe Americain.
Spinach Feta & Tomato Quiche and Mushroom & Swiss Cheese Quiche both were tasty and healthy supper snacks. Tasted fresher than normal coffee shop offerings.
It's challenging to find a nice, cozy spot for winding down while in the mall as cafes are usually packed. We went here on Fathers Day and were able to secure a table easily. The first thing I noticed upon entering the salon was that the table across ours was unoccupied, yet, brimming with dirty wares. The place looked classy with its beautiful and subdued interiors, but uncleaned tables are easy to spot when you're outside scanning places in which to dine.
We were assisted by a server who was pleasant and who carried himself in a professional manner. The music suited the design and feel of the space. The menu looked modern and minimal. Lighting was slightly dim, which I thought was spot on.
The Mushroom Quiche was a suitable choice that day; having had a savory lunch in a Japanese restaurant, we needed something light and fluffy - exactly how the quiche was. It was served with salad greens and a lovely vinaigrette that tasted like the one they use in their French Baker stores. The Pistachio Sansrival tasted wonderful, though cloying as you move to finish the slice.
Good food and really great service. I love that their serving is really big and the price is just right. Most unforgettable though, are their servers who are ver accommodating, very polite, and has a great sense of customer service. Thumbs up! 👍😁☕️
Ambience and food are great. They have WiFi and booths with comfortable couches and power sockets that make this place a great place to work in. Customer service was not too great, though. The waitress who served me had no idea if the tea came in a pot or a just a cup (she hesitantly answered "single serve" in a small, uncertain voice instead of asking her colleagues, and ended up serving me a POT of tea - which, I mean, pleasantly surprised me, but she shouldn't have said it came in just a cup when it's actually a pot). It also took them forever to take my empty, dirty plate while I was working.
Ordered pesto pasta and requested the pasta use to be fettuccine. Four cheese pizza too toasted though. :) Great place and ambiance. The food is worth the price. Surely to come back. :)

The place has a great vibe, the staff is friendly, and the food is good.
We had pizza, which was actually the best pizza I ever tasted, with a great balance of flavors, and the minced meat was so tasty!
I also asked for fruity tea, which was excellent.
The carbonara, I wasn't a huge fan of. It tasted good, but in a way that is "different" to what I like (I like more cheese in it, too), but I cannot blame it on the cook.
Too bad they didn't have blueberry cheesecake when we visited. I am also looking forward to trying their mini burgers next time.
This place gets two thumbs up from me. :)

This is a posh version of French Baker Restaurant and inspired by French tea salons. Housed in the trendy Mega Fashion, it features French macarons, pastas, salads and entrees. I had post-lunch sweets here in the form of a French hot chocolate. Its presentation was tops as it was served in an ornate silver flask. The hot chocolate itself was rich and milky. It was even accompanied by a small chocolate pastry. It was quite a sumptuous experience.
We had late lunch at this restaurant with a nice ambience in the busy Mega Fashion Hall of SM Megamall. Ordered Fillet Mignon and was surprised that it was reasonably priced and was really delicious! Well-presented with unlimited warm French Baguette made from sourdough. It was a very pleasant dining experience! The interiors are great but the restaurant, in my opinion, needs more lighting. It was value for money.
The rich interior of the cafe welcomes its patrons eager for some pampering and extraordinary food. I ordered Cafe Americano and was pleasantly surprised that the cup was huge and came with a tiny piece of brownie.
The macaroons we ordered were tasty and chewy; the cookie was semi-sweet and had a rich texture.
But where were my favorite Danish pastries? They were nowhere to be found! ☕️🍪🍛
I'm a french baker fan and looking at their new posh looking restaurant made me want to try it.. So we did, we ordered Two mini angus beef burger with chips and gravy and prawn in tomato and creme.. The pasta is good, they are decent enough to put lots of prawns in it which is great. I love the creaminess of it. The burgers are not that bad. One comment though with the service, i asked for a butter for my bread and they charged me 50 for it. I don't understand coz mostly its free esp of you ordered bread. The ambience is very nice and the price is not bad too. A bit higher of course than the normal french baker, but that's perfectly fine.
French Baker is one of my all time favorite. Actually, it's a family fave. Their pizza, blueberry muffin, their meals - grilled chicken with mango salsa, garlic bread, bonbons -gosh, they're all soo good, no matter what branch however, since The French Baker Salon obviously a bit new, their menu wasn't that complete yet and their service a bit slow. The only available drink was water and minute maid. I forgive them for the cold lasagna because French Baker is my favorite but I am hoping it won't happen again.
Parisian Macaron will always be my comfort and happy food. So when I tried Salon De The's I was a bit hesitant at first, well to my surprise I absoultely love their macarons. Just the right amount if sweetness and not to mention an affordable price at 34 pesos a piece
The food was okay. Coffee is pretty good. I loved it. ?? Different menu from the other French Baker. Has a 'French-y' ambience. Pretty good.
A super posh place for tea snacks, dessert, coffee, and of course tea.
The approach is a mix of British and French, so you'll get scones and little French fruit tarts to go with a full pot of tea, which has its own menu. We really came here just for a quick lunch-cap and we had a fruit tart and a strawberry tart. Interestingly, they offer brewed coffee, but not cappuccino.
Come here for the ambience, which is like that of TWG and Lartizan at the Fort. Great place for stopping by, and a definite asset to the mix of restaurants at the Mega Fashion Hall.
