Had their marinara pasta and it was delicious. It almost taste like the pescatora pasta of another restaurant but at a cheaper price. Also had their pitcher of fruit shake and it was good as well. I was satisfied with their food and service was efficient.
Tres Leches and Churros are the magnets that attract me back here for snacks. Nothing of those I have eaten here so far is overwhelmingly sweet. The chocolate dip for their churros in particular is really good. And their cakes... sumptuous yet simple.

Their Churros are my favorite. Before others even had their Churro addiction, this place had it first. The tablea dip is exact for the churro. You will be craving for it once you tried it.
When you visit Dulcinea, I suggest you order their Churros con Chocolate. Its the best thing ever, better than ones in La Lola. Bc the chocolate dip is a hot, thick and creamy when served. Plus the churros aint that big so the dip can accumulate all the churros(5pcs). 😋
Other foods we ordered:
Beef Salpicao - 8/10
Chicken Cordon Bleu - 6/10
Good churros! I like the area and service, though noisy since it's an open area. I used to go here for their salpicao, and I may just come back again.
Their Beef Salpicao and Four Seasons fruit shake is worth the try!Â
Don't forget to order Churros for dessert. The chocolate dip is so rich and delicious! Worth all the calories
Went here for their churros. Yes, just for the churros and love I love it! I can eat three orders of it. The chocolate dipping was so good too and it wasn't sweet. It was like dark chocolate or cocoa but either way it tastes good. Best churros for me so far :)
I haven't dined at this branch yet - I just bought the Churros con Chocolate at their kiosk at the ground level of SM Megamall. There are already a few restaurants that offer churros but I'll always be a fan of Dulcinea's churros. Yes, they're oily and smaller serving but I don't find them nakakaumay unlike those from other churro stores. And the chocolate dip isn't sold separately and the amount is just enough for the whole serving.
Compared to other churros, dulcinea's will still be the best here in the metro. Their food exhibits quality Spanish cuisine made with love. It's just classic.
I find their churros so delightful. I am not fan of churros but I enjoyed eating it because of their chocolate dip. So rich and right for the soft churros.
We always come back to Dulcinea for the Churros. We ordered some other dishes for merienda.
Chicken Fingers - the breading was just right, unlike other chicken fingers that's full of breading. Tasted a lot better with the mayo garlic sauce. They can add more flacor to the chicken itself though.
Pollo ala King - the puff pastry was already soft and chewy, I was expecting a bit of a crunch. Not much chicken, the sauce was okay. The vegetables that came with the dish was hard to chew. Fries was okay.
Soup of the Day - we got Garlic Soup. Tasted great with the bread!
Chicken Potato Salad - the potatoes were still hard, can be cooked a bit more. The mayo was also too sour for our taste buds.
Been here once just to try on their churros, and I wasn't disappointed.
Food: I haven't really tried their main menu, but this is where I found the best churros con chocolate. The churros itself tastes good but the chocolate dip makes it better.
Service: The staff are polite and friendly, service is okay.
Place: They have lots of seats available, place is clean and spacious.

I started eating at Dulcinea with my parents back in the day. Up until now I order the gambas al ajillo, grilled tenderloin and Ice tea. The combination of these dishes: spicy gambas, savory tenderloin (with potatoes) and sweet ice tea, never fails to satisfy my hunger and cravings. After all these years, they still taste the same.
(Sorry for the low quality photos.)
Dulcinea, for me, has the best churros. I can always eat more than 2 orders and still crave the next day. The chocolate dip isn't too sweet. I also tried their lengua, also good but a quite expensive.
Another classic, we've been eating in Dulcinea since I was little.
They have a lot of menu items, like their Salpicao, Lengua Estofada, and even their Pitcher of Fresh Fruit Shake, that deserves special mention but, I really come here for their pastries and desserts.
They have, in my opinion, one of the best eclairs in manila. The coux pastry keeps a nice firm texture even with the nice hefty filling of pastry cream and a chocolate glaze on top.
Another must try is their Churros con Chocolate. Fried in a shape of a tear drop, it it served with an unrefined espresso of sweetened cacao. Perfect balance of bitter and sweet coating each bite of those crunchy churro.
Their Churros are the best :-)
