Manam Cafe is a great place for catching up. The interiors are great, very classy & homey. Service was also suprerb. The crew were very polite. They also gave my brother a birthday ensaymada complete with singing a birthday song. Serving time was understandably longer since it was lunch time when we went.

If I want chocolate sticky roll then we go here. I just love it but the last time we dined here, the bread was no longer warm and in a platito eh before they put it like in special plate (I really don’t know how it’s called pero parang doon din ata yon iniinit). Maybe that’s also the reason bakit hindi na mainit yong bread. Love the crispy lechon kawali and laksa-style soup. I don’t like their crispy palabok and salty sizzling sisig.

Best sisig ever!!!!! All their food are good. I love the fact that they have small, medium, large portion options. The ube champorado was so spot on with real halaya. Love Manam and will always come back.

Customer service is great. The food was superb, a simple filipino with its own unique and extraordinary taste. The crew and the guy manager were very accomodating. I have to say it's a highly recommended fine dining restaurant. I will definitely come back.
Had dinner with the in-laws and visiting friends. The seating took awhile as diners would only be seated if the group is complete. We ordered Pork Sisig, Palabok, Kare Kare, Sinigang Beef Short Ribs & Watermelon, Camaron Rebosado, Crispy Pata, Chicken Wings. All were very good. Service was fast. Pricing is good as there are serving sizes to choose from.

Love the modern interiors. The food is superb though place can get a bit crowded. You must come in early because they don’t accept reservations.
Our usual go-to lunch place on office weekdays. If you want to get a table for your group, best to be here by 11 before the lunch crowd arrives.
...Manam would have definitely been my first 5-star rated restaurant if not only for the undercooked squid (had to send it back), notwithstanding, i sing all praises to their food selection, ambience, and service.. the upper tier pricepoint is deemed reasonable in terms of the quality one gets in return.. all things considered, i'd still recommend Manam in a heart beat, so go try it!

Got a meeting here at podium during the morning last Thursday and it went well.. Since we are already at the area we decided to have a Filipino lunch.. Podium is quite newly renovated and they don't have the information desk like the other big malls.. So to cut it short we found ourselves at manam..
The verdict..
Ambiance - the ambiance is good they do have 2nd floor seating for other customers.. The have waiting area knowing they are at the center now of 2 towers where people work.
FOOD- well I could say their foods are SUPERB! they do have dishes that has a twist and those that are classic.. Our order are really delicious
Service - their service is really amazing food are served fast.. Staff are all polite and helpful.. They are all smile .. They even asked you how is the food..
What we really love is the UBE SAGO.. It's like a blended shake ice cream with sago .. We really enjoyed it..
Will try other branch in the future if it is the same but podium branch for me is really good!
I heard a lot of good things about this place and every time I pass by (whether it be in Megamall or Podium), there’s always a line so I vowed I’d try it. And it did not disappoint. We ordered the Inihaw na Pusit, Ensaladang Talong and Sinigang with short ribs & watermelon. I’ve never tasted watermelon in anything else except just as it is and I never expected it’d be good with sinigang! Everything was really delicious and at a reasonable prize. I really appreciate that they have 3 different sizes of servings on each dish, it’s good for two people. My boyfriend and I decided we’d keep coming back just to taste everything on their menu!

Tried this on a weekend evening and the line can get pretty long. I don't think they take reservations so be sure to come in early. Food usually gets served 15 to 20 mins after placing your order.
We went for the Patis Wings, Watermelon Sinigang, and House Crispy Sisig. I liked the wings... it does smell like fish sauce but the taste is superb and not fishy as you would expect. The Watermelon Sinigang was a downer for me since I expected it to have a tinge of watermelon taste but it didn't. It was quite sour from the tomatoes and only had a few chunks of meat in it.
The sisig in this branch was very crispy and tasty. However, it's quite different from the same sisig served at Manam Cafe's Greenbelt branch where the sisig had smaller bits. I prefer the sisig in the Podium branch. Maybe management can look into consistency across branches.
We ordered shrimp in crabfat sauce and waited 20 minutes. However the order never arrived and when we asked the waiter it turns out it wasn't punched in. :(
We ordered dessert which included Calamansi tart, puto bumbong and bibingka with duck egg. I was expecting a lot from the Calamansi tart, but was left disappointed. It was too sour, even when complemented with the whipped cream. Puto bumbong was meh as well. The bibingka was okay, but not outstanding. You are better off having dessert elsewhere. Serving is good for two.
Overall, the dining experience was acceptable and I liked the cozy interior. Service wasn't perfect but the waiters at least were attentive. The food itself was 3.5 but could be higher. I would consider dining again to try their other dishes, but won't consider waiting in line during peak hours..
The food was awesome. I got a date who always go to this cafe and he was right the food was good and the mango and ube shake was good also. So guys, try to visit or ever you go to Podium and feel hungry, this is the place to be. I enjoy the service people here. Like 👍👍
The restaurant is full when we went there. The salmon is okay, the dynamite is one of the dishes to die for. We will definitely try the ube shake next time
Seeing Manam Cafe from a far gave me the impression that they offer modern Filipino food. After dinner i can say that the menu gave justice to the ambiance. Their crispy sisig is best enjoyed with rice and watermelon sinigang. If you are used to adding hot sauce on your sisig, pls DONT! As for the laksa halaan, i had to keep reminding myself i did not order for corn soup. This place is close to perfect and i will definitely go back for their three cheese ensaymada! 🤪
Manam has really improved over the years in terms of range of offerings, choice of sizes, restaurant locations and interiors. Manam Cafe at the Podium is the best example of this. Offering S/M/L sizes enables even a party of 2 to partake of multiple dishes, as we did.
Our beverages, Ube Sago and Camias Lemongrass, were excellent and priced very reasonably for their sizes. Thev4 small dishes we ordered - Ensaladang Kamatis & Kesong Puti, Overloaded Garlic Bangus Belly, Bone Marrow Kansi and Beef Salpicao- were all good. Although small, the dishes are still good for 2 while sharing, especially the Kansi.
We're super loyal customers of Manam. However,this is our favorite branch because their service is really really good.
We dined at Manam Net Park last night and we got disappointed with their service because we had lots of follow-ups and the food we ordered was not that of the same quality compared to what we had from our past visits. I know that the restaurant is full (nothing new about this), but I believe that consistency is the key. I can definitely say this so, because Manam at The Podium is a proof that customer's expectations (food & service) are met even if the restaurant gets too busy. Plus,they maintain their smiling faces/good attitude even if the house is full!

Food 5/5 we tried quite a handful in our first two visits and while everything is good, I can classify our orders into two categories: (1) just okay and (2) will come back for more
(1) just okay: caramelized patis wings (too salty), kare-kare (too sweet), ube sago (it's like ube ice cream with sago), crispy palabok (ig worthy but too pricey for its quantity)
(2) will come back for more:
lumpia ubod, inasal skewers
pork sisig (it's like bite sized crispy pata)
laksa-style halaan soup (interesting flavor)
laing (omg they have the best laing!!!)
puto bumbong (cheese makes all the difference!)
If you are a family of 4-5, getting three medium sized dish would be enough to have variety on the table :)
I rarely eat at Filipino cuisine restaurants because my own mother's cooking is enough, however I am open to something new.
This is my second visit to Manam and this is the only Filipino restaurant I will continue to come back to. I love the food. The prices are reasonable. The service was superb.
However, I would like to not recommend the following menu items, crispy palabok and kamias and lemongrass shake. The crispy palabok is too oily due to the fact that the noodles was deepfried and the sauce is already rich. The kamias and lemongrass is too fibrous and barely drinkable, I didn't finish the drink and I was spitting lemongrass between sips. Even if my drink was remade it was still not drinkable. Please remove or improve this drink!

Tried it for the first time today and we're not disappointed. We were very hungry (super late lunch) at 5pm, ordered Garlic Bangus Belly (very good), Pork Belly Bicol Express (very good) and Chicken Inasal Skewers (good). Orders arrived fast. Camias and lemongrass shake was also good but too sweet. Excited to try their other food.
I have been eyeing a visit here since they opened weeks ago. I finally got to indulge in their modern Filipino offerings for lunch today.
They got Ube all over their short menu. I simply loved the strong presence of local purple yam in their shakes and desserts. And they serve them not too sweet.
For mains, the Watermelon Sinigang won our hearts. Bold, tangy taste with hints of sweetness from fresh watermelon. That went well with Manam’s garlicky Chicken & Pork Adobo.
Our table also had their rendition of spiced up Gising Gising and a unique dish of tangy Sizzling Corned Beef Kansi. I’m glad we had ample brown rice to pair these two flavorful dishes with.
Ate here for dinner on a thursday and ordered a lot. 2nd floor area is VERY warm, I was sweating most of the time. Service could be better. We asked for soup bowls for our sinigang 5x!! Food is great overall

I love you Manam. The branches are always full for a reason... the food lives up to its hype! When we ate here we had the Sisig, Grilled Squid, Kare Kare and lots of rice! We loved the sisig so much... we ordered 2! The staff are friendly and accommodating even with the rush of people waiting to be seated, being seated, ordering, eating, billing out, asking for this and that. Flavor, quantity and quality of food is consistent in all three branches I’ve eaten at. Sometimes you may have a bit of a wait for your food when they’re full, but when it arrives at your table the taste more than makes up for the time it took to get there.
As a person who habitually takes photos of my food before I dig in, it's quite unusual for me to simply eat straight away and forget about the photos. But this is happening to me recently, almost at every Manam branch I eat at, simply because I pretty much have a picture of all of the food they offer. 😂 After dining, for so many, many times already. 😂 But really, I just love them so much. My latest discoveries are their Chorizo, and Kesong Puti Lumpia, and Overloaded Garlicky Chicken, and Pork Adobo.

I had the best Manam experience in this branch! Manam Cafe’s The Podium Branch has very nice and clean interiors, true to the Manam branding. They have an additional Take Out Kiosk built in for those not wanting to dine there. The space was also split into two levels, with the main dining area on the ground level and another dining space on their mezzanine floor which has a more cozy atmosphere. What I loved most about this branch, other than their food, was their staff service. They have the best service among all the branches I’ve been to! Great job to the team!

(Just yum for both ube fans and non ube fans alike. This branch is good at making shakes, they were served perfectly made up and didn’t have a problem with runny consistency unlike other branches.)

My first Manam experience was love at first bite. From its superb sisig down to creamy leche flan, everything was spectacular and memorable. And when Manam opened a spin off brand Manam Café, I was excited and curious at the same time especially after hearing that it offers different dishes.
When they said, they have the best sisig in Manila I believe them. Without having any previous dining experience with Manam, we were just so lucky to have ordered their flagship crispy sisig and the uniquely sweet/not too sour watermelon sinigang. The bicol express rolls were good too, having that rich coconut cream and salty profile made it a great pair with rice even if it was an appetizer. Among the four of us we cleaned our plates along with kare-kare, beef salpicao, calamansi tart and halo halo. Its pretty clever having a small, medium and large portion options. It makes people try more dishes in one sitting without breaking the budget or having too much leftovers. While their halo halo may not be as impressive as the other menu items they have, the courteous, attentive service and bright, roomy, clean interiors makes this place highly recommendable.
Still new and it doesn't disappoint. First the interior design is awesome! We ordered the same old favorite items like gising gising, sisig, palabok, tokwat baboy and squid. The only dish that was bland is the sizzling corned beef kansi. It lacks the sourness.
Service is good with a slight delay on our palabok and the coke zero that didn't arrive till we billed out.
The calamansi tart is too sour:(

Good service from the other servers, not much from the host server. The mango shake and sisig was great. The watermelon beef short ribs sinigang tastes somehow similar to pochero, and was also good. Binagoongan was okay.
Always love coming back to Manam Cafe! It never fails. We especially loved how gracious and patient Ryan, our waiter, was with our big family. Thank you!
I went here for lunch a few days ago. It was almost past usual lunchtime. There was queue but it didn’t take long for staff to find me a table. I tried Gising Gising which was mildly spicy, Camaron Rebosado which was bland without its accompanying sauce, House Crispy Sisig which is my first sisig ever and it didn’t disappoint me although I expected more because there is much buzz about it as a great Pinoy food. I also had their University Tapa and Egg Rice which was a big serving good for two. For dessert I tried Calamansi Tart which was overly citrusy but still good. Overall it was a comforting lunch, feels familiar but strangely different in a nice way at the same time.
We went here for breakfast. Available then besides the breakfast menu, were pastries and pancit menu. Lunch menu is available starting at 10am. Despite that, there was already so many food items to choose from.
The servers are very polite and attentive especially the manager. He was so friendly. It makes you feel like you've been going there for so long. Place is spacious, very clean and well lit.
You can park at the basement. I'd recommend parking at basement level 2 and take the elevator or escalator up.
The food is quite good. Serving size is ample, in fact I almost was thinking doggie bag. 😁

We waited quite long for a table even though their 2nd floor was completely empty. Then when they opened up the area, it took a while for our food to be served. After that, I think it took an hour for the crispy palabok to be prepared.
Still giving the place 5 stars because of excellent customer service. Your servers have been trained well. I can't remember the name of the girl who was so apologetic, and made up for the delay in our food, but she deserves a raise.
Food is good, of course. But amazing service made the wait worth it. 🙂 I just hope they anticipate the crowd next time. Learning experience for them.
