World famous Xing Fu Tang is in Podium proudly displaying their boba being fried in a big wok! We had the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The boba is chewy and addictive! Milk tea was ok
My friend wanted to try Xing Fu Tang and since I’m trying to cut out on sugar, opted to get their Lemon Black Tea instead. It was nice and refreshing. Still sweet but not overly so. Was able to steer clear from the Bobas which are very bad for me.

What We Had:
Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea
Brown Sugar Boba Milk
What we liked/didn't like:
They only have one size for the drinks (either cold or hot) which I don't mind since it makes choosing drinks and ordering less complicated. But the cup is a bit smaller than usual or those of the same price range. Serving time was pretty quick as well. I liked my brown sugar boba milk, although i've had a better one, this is a close second. What they did better though would be the pearls. It wasn't tough, but not too mushy either. The caramelized sugar also gave it an interesting texture.
Ordered their brown sugar boba milk at P135 💕 creamy and sweet. I love their pearls, its soft and chewy. Perfect for malling lol 🤣 will try their strawberry boba milk next time 💖
I liked my Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea. Although there was nothing spectacular in it, I liked it. It was kind of expensive though for a small cup. I can get bigger brown sugar milk tea sizes that are cheaper than that.
Make sure you order the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea if you want to order the actual "milk tea" because there is also a Brown Sugar Boba Milk which does not contain tea at all, so don't get confused by that.
Next time I will try their matcha, as I am a big matcha fan.
Almost guiltless as it's not too sweet. The bobba was perfect! Their drinks only come in one (small) size but that helps more than it hurts.
I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the milk here, as it went really well with their boba... Very soft and chewy at the same time. I have tried several milk tea places in this area and so far this is my favorite. The only downside is the flow of things, I had to wait quite a while but there was no line, looked a bit understaffed to be honest. I also tried their tea, which wasn't bad but lacked a bit in flavor, ok for ppl who don't like it too bitter I guess.
Give it a try to their bubble tea when queue is not that long. For me it’s just okay since it’s not that sweer but according tl my husband he likes it a lot. Their boba smells so delicious. Feels like drinking brown sugar boba with fresh milk.

No line, weekday after lunch. As with their other branch that I visited (GH), no tables or chairs for customers, purely for take-out. Airconditioned since located in the mall which makes queueing bearable but good thing as mentioned, there wasn’t any during my visit.
Ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea, I like the consistency and taste of the chewy and sweet brown sugar pearls. I made sure to shake it really good this time so the milk tea will be enchanced by the sweetness of the brown sugar syrup. I tasted the Brown Sugar Milk (only) before and although it was sweeter, I’m not really a milk (only) person, I like my drink with a “kick” of tea/caffeine.
When in Podium, will definitely go back here for my milk tea fix.
Brown Sugar Milk Tea for the win! It’s not as sweet as I expected, which I totally love. It doesn’t have the “umay” factor I usually get when the milk tea is to sweet. Definitely one of my favorites.
After so many months, I’ve finally tried brown sugar milk tea from a brand that specializes in it - Xing Fu Tang. The milk tea base was good. For me, the sweetness mostly comes from the brown sugar pearls more than the milk tea. The pearls had a more gooey texture and each bite/sip is just surprising and exciting.
The hype might have died already coz there were no long queues. Still the same brown sugar milk tea experience, but I like Tiger Sugar's offering a bit more.
I would definitely go back for their Brown sugar boba milk! It's creamy and yet not too sweet. Plus, the pearls are really soft like it would just melt in your mouth.
Got to taste four different drinks here - Brown Sugar Boba Milk, Brown Sugar Boba and Herbal Grass Jelly, Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, and Brown Sugar Boba Black Tea Latte. Out of the 4, I enjoyed the Brown Sugar Boba Black Tea Latte (1 pump of syrup) the most. For me, it has the most flavor. Although if you're looking for the "latte" taste, it might be lacking compared to other milk tea shops. Hope they have a bigger size though. Because the cup is almost halfway filled with the boba and ice, and too little of the drink itself. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the drink and soft boba.
Best milk tea! The pearls were cooked right in front of you. The sweetness couldn't be adjusted but it wasn't too sweet for my taste. It has the perfect balance of creaminess and sweetness.
Queues are short to none. Service time is quick! I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea version for which hits my pallate just right (not too sweet). The fortune telling section is an entertaining distraction while waiting for my order. Overall, this is one of the best (and under the radar) milk tea shops in the metro.
The bobas were good, chewy, not overly sweet. I got the brown sugar boba milk tea instead pf the signature bsb milk - since it would be just like arnibal and gatas which is not my kind of milk tea. They added lots of ice, i was not able to ask if there were sugar level options and they didn’t ask me as well while taking my order. Overall, it was ok, nothing great, nothing bad. Slightly expensive considering the size.
A must try for all milk tea addicts in the Ortigas area. Service, staff, and ambience are also great, as they also have this fortune telling corner hehe. They cook the brown sugar pearls right before your eyes, so it’s fresh upon serving. However, on several ocassions I have bought drink from this store, I noticed that they are kind of inconsistent with the quality of pearls. One time, it’s still kind of hard and raw, another time it’s really pleasant and chewy. Affordable too, compared to the recent price trend of milk tea. Will definitely prefer this brand of milk tea over other common and over hyped milk tea brands in the metro today.
Love love the boba! Ordered the flagship product: Brown Sugar Boba Milk (cold). Drink itself was just okay since it was “milk”, not special but on the bright side, the taste was distinct and something different from the others. Then I tried drinking and getting some boba together, woah it was a whole lot better! I super enjoyed it when the boba was warm. When it got cold, it became hard and not tasty anymore. Aww
Service was fast, since there was no queue. Will be back to try other drinks, still can’t get over the boba/pearls!
Despite the mixed reviews, I actually really like the Boba Milk since it's on the creamier side. The sweetness is actually almost perfect for me. I wouldn't want it any sweeter. I actually got several cups already!
I didn't like the boba milk tea as much as the boba milk, but it's okay. Yup, just okay. Meanwhile, the lemon tea is said to be a bit on the bitter side.
Boba Milk - 5 stars
Boba Milk Tea - 4 stars
Lemon Tea - 3.5 stars
The service is great, and the people who work there are friendly!
This is another super hyped milk tea place for me, and overall a pleasant experience because the queue was nonexistent and the milk tea was awesome. Had the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and can I just say, the BOBA WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IN MANILA. Some bobas were undercooked, but they all have a good sweet flavor inside. The milk tea, on the other hand, was equally delicious, but gone too soon 😢 they should upgrade their serving sizes.
We were instructed to stir our drink for 18times. I think they got the sweetness right already. Make sure to stir properly. We loved their pearls!
Their brown sugar boba milk was really good. What I really liked about their drink was how the pearl or boba was soft compared to the pearls used by other milk tea stores. The best milk tea I had!

Tried the boba pearl milk tea. The pearl is so yummy, most likely because it was “stir-fried”. The milk tea itself is also good - not too sweet or milky, which I love. The only thing missing for me are bigger cups. Hehehe! Will definitely buy again. ^_^
Literally went all the way for this new hype in town. Xing Fu Tang's Brown Sugar Boba Pearl Milk. I didn't expect it to taste really good due to bad reviews. Love that their pearls were cooked in front of the customers. Plus it's way cheaper than other milkteas. Hoping they will open a branch in South 😍
Went there at the Podium to try this Xing Fu Tang. Sobrang gusto ko siya because sa milk at yung bobas it is served hot and chewy. Konti lang bumibili maybe because hindi madaming pumupunta sa The Podium. Worth the 120 pesos! 5 stars for me!! ⭐️
My first time and a treat from a bff. I liked the well balanced Tea and Milk combination. I just thought it's a lil pricey for a Milk Tea. The pearls have enough flavor to blend with unsweetened Milk Tea.
The best milktea in taiwan is here. they are serving it the way its dine in taipei. will definitely try this milktea again. Affordable and yummy. 😍
I tried to taste the new hype in town, since I am a matcha lover. I chose the Iced Matcha Boba Milk which is really great. I love the pearls besides it’s pink in color and their taste are great complement with the milk. Try it guys. 💯
