I like this place coz of the cool vibe and of course the food. It tasted like it's uniquely made, as compared to other restaurants, the aroma also makes it a good catch and you can taste that it is freshly made. The steak and pizza are one of my favorite here.

This is what introduced me to a life of heaven-sent panizzas. This is one of the places I recommend when my friends visit me in my area. I always pair my Uncle Cheffy Favorite Panizza with Carbonara. Yum!
The price is decent.
The service is good. So far, I've never experienced bad service here. The staff is friendly and quick enough to respond.
Place is so-so. But I like how it isn't too crowded or noisy everytime I go there.
Always dreamt of the panizza eversince i've tasted it on one of the occasions we spent in here. The family platters for its price is super sulit on its taste and size. Good for hangout with fam and friends.

best of the best... me and my tita and her bf ate here, food is mouth satisfying. I like their bbq spare ribs it is so tender an the sauce is really good. Salmon and dory platter taste really good, flavor is so delicious it is really tasty and was cooked well. I've been here a lot of times and never once failed me. This is one of the best dinings I ever had. Try it!

My all time favorite pizza,if you've read some of my reviews, is YC. Dear Darla pizza is similar to Uncle Cheffy panizza.
We ordered the limited edition Steak Panizza, it's covered with cheddar topped with steak chunks. It's an interesting and delicious combination. Tiuey Noodles was unique . I cook great pasta( haha, pagbigyan nyo na) so Im seldom impressed by restaurant pastas. It's refreshing combination of flavors. Sweet, nutty and smoky. Not your usual pasta.
Cute presentation of the mango shake. Staff in this SPECIFIC location were quite attentive and accommodating. Ambiance was cozy. Satisfying meal altogether.

Almost a perfect score because the service is exceptional. Not a perfect score because I'm on a diet and I was looking for more vegetables.
So the panizza was so not good for my diet but my excuse is the veggies that went with it. So worth all the calories I wasn't supposed to take in. Not guilty at all!!!!
The grilled tuna that came with a salad was awesome too. Or maybe I was just starving.
Everyone else seemed to enjoy the crispy pata which came with a heaping bowl of rice. And they also said the seafood marinara was wonderful because of the tahong. The carbonara was usual.
Oh and did I mention the service was exceptional? 😊

Ordered the Cheese, Cheese &Cheese panizza. It's a combination of mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, gruyere and blue cheese. Very cheesy and tasty!
Also had the Memphis BBQ US Beef Ribs. Good tangy sauce and finger-licking good.
We took home the New England Potter Roast Beef for lunch the next day. The beef was tender and tasty.
I thought they only serve pizza and pasta. I didnt know they have good selections of meat. So we ordered the ribs.. Which is really soft, then we had the lechon kawali, and it was great. Love the lechon kawali.
I got the Uncle Cheffy Cheese, cheese and Cheese Panizza and I have to say that it is comparable to the 4 cheese pizza of CPK. L loved the clean taste of the herbs and virgin olive oil as it added and enhanced the flavor of the cheeses.
Went to have some good lunch here today and good lunch we got! Ordered the roasted half chicken. It came with tomato paste and a small serving of potato salad. I really enjoyed it! It blended perfectly with the adobo rice. We also had their ripe mango shake which was creamy and the grapes shake. Refreshing! The crew was really accommodating, although a bit lacking so they end up rushing a little to the next table that needs their service. Overall, I enjoyed my meal an that's what matters!
Unique interior design. Food tastes good. Crew suggets their best seller. Little disappointment on non availability of other food we wanted to have. But still the experience was good.

Uncle Chefy is one of the finest place to dine if you're looking for a very accessible lunch-out venue, provided you work within Boni and Shaw Area. If you're not into claustrophobic restos in Barrio Kapitolyo and long queues especially during paydays and Friday nights, then Uncle Chefy has got your hungry tummies! It was surprisingly not crowded during a Friday Payday making me even wonder more why so given the great dining experience we had. Panizza is a must try if you're a first time diner. It's AWESOME! And how could I forget to mention their ribs. Customer service is excellent. Overall, our team lunch was a great one thanks to Uncle Chefy! Price wise, it's a bang-for-your-buck eat out. We got billed Php12,800 for 35 hungry tummies :) We were all satisfied!

A day before the Christmas vacation, my bf and I met up in SM Megamall after work, his office just a couple of minutes away from the mall. We searched for a place to have dinner in, and I told him that there might be a nice resto in Atrium. And there, we saw Uncle Cheffy. We ordered their 777 Promo (good for 3), which included pork ribs, fried rice, dessert sampler & a pitcher of iced tea. We also added a plate of grilled oysters. As for the interior of the resto, it was pretty good, nicely lit, and had a clean restroom, complete with tissues, hand wash, and even mouth wash!
All our orders arrived within 8-10 minutes. The pork ribs are very flavourful and the meat easily peels off the bones. The fried rice was served warm, and had bits of vegetables. The grilled oysters were served hot. It had green mangoes and ginger on top, wherein you can't tell which bit is which. It's my bf's first time to try oysters on shell, so he wasn't able to finish all 6 (so I ate what he'd left). Tip: Finish it all immediately if you're a first-time oyster eater, as room-temperature oysters won't taste as good as warm! Though it was pretty sweet, the pitcher of iced tea was incredible as it really was brewed from real tea leaves (I should know, as I'm a tea drinker). I've never encountered an iced tea in restos before that was brewed using real tea leaves! The dessert sampler was the star of them all. Nicely presented, it was composed of a slice of Cheesecake, sliced Chocolate Parfait, and slices of Chocolate Roulade. The Cheesecake wasn't made with cheap ingredients, as I can clearly taste the cream cheese in it. The Chocolate Parfait, though we were quizzed by it at first because it looked like a 'turon', was frozen, and had an ice cream-like chocolate center. What we liked the most was the Chocolate Roulade. The chocolate part - it was oh-so-good! It had the right sweetness, with a nice bitter aftertaste, the same that you can get with dark chocolates. The white part was soft - the same texture as the chocolate, and complimented the taste of the chocolate.
If the promo is still available, we'd definitely come back again!
Perfectly cooked steak, awesome salad and well-cooked also of the tuna belly so overall it was a superb lunch experienced. Prepare your pockets hihi but the quality of the food is not bad, 500g is good for 2 already! ????????
